Wunderbar zarter Sauerbraten und leckeres Duckstein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unbedingt reservieren, da das Friedhard's sehr beliebt ist.

Das Friedhard's ist ein schönes altes Lokal. Ich war zum Brunch hier und war begeistert. Wir haben ein tolles Buffet serviert bekommen. So üppig, das viel übrig zu bleiben drohte. Dann haben alle unsere Gäste die Möglichkeit bekommen sich etwas einzupacken damit nichts weggeschmissen werden muss. Sehr durchdacht finde ich. Die Bedienung die uns begleitet hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich komme sicher gerne auch mal abends wieder.

German classic food very delicios

So if you feel like homey but very on point prepared German food, this is your go to. End of April and you can enjoy white asparagus meals. We enjoyed this win a very well crumbed and fried Vienna Schnitzel served with Drillinge potatoes and hollandaise sauce. It was very finger licking delicious. The sauce obviously homemade, and even the Flammkuchen with Mozzarella and tomatoes, very freshly made and yummy. The drinks made with care, instagrammable to the point. And the taste does not disappoint. Fridays and Saturdays always fully booked and they get loads of family and group bookings. You should try it. Great food and drinks! Service is very good. Just need more staff to help out. Ambience wise, I can do without the background music or play something lighter, slower. A bit too loud for my liking. And very important: yes the restaurant needs a kids menu, at least two dishes please. There will be kids, always. Thanks for the great food.

Das Essen war hervorragend. Das Kalbsschnitzel war auf den Punkt zubereitet und der warme Kartoffelsalat hat sehr lecker dazu geschmeckt. Das Restaurant war bis auf den letzten Platz ausgebucht, was ja auch immer ein gutes Zeichen ist. Auf der Karte waren noch weitere deutsche Gerichte, die wir sicherlich beim nächsten Mal ausprobieren werden. Alles etwas teurer aber von sehr guter Qualität. Man sollte vorher Plätze reservieren, sonst kann es sein, dass man keinen Platz bekommt.

Excellent experience

A chance encounter found me gracing the doors of this traditional west German establishment. Welcomed with a smile and after confirming I could pay by card, I was shown to a table. Things went well from the start and just got better. Service was on point. A seasonal menu board was placed on the table plus the normal menu. The menu is short (which is a good sign) and presented as high quality traditional German fare; including liver, wiener schnitzel, fish and flammkuchen, also there is a pils, helles and dunkel bier vom fass. Everything felt fresh, clean, cosy and professional. The restaurant had a lovely hubbub to it and the service was always with a smile. I opted for the wiener schnitzel with lauwarm potato salad and my partner a traditional flammkuchen. The wiener schnitzel was soft as butter and breaded to perfection. Honestly one of the very best I have ever had. The pils was cold and matched it well. The flammkuchen was also very good but hard to get wrong. payment was swift, i tipped accordingly but felt no pressure to do so. If i’m ever in this area again I will be sure to visit again. Thank you.

Wir waren heute als Gruppe von knapp 30 Personen hier, hinten in der Almhütte. Wir wurden nett und zügig bedient. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, liebevoll angerichtet und die Portionen großzügig. Die Almhütte ist urig und gemütlich, halt bayrisch. Kann das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Service ist okay, höflich und freundlich aber reserviert. Eine persönlichere Ansprache, wäre mir noch angenehmer gewesen. Wir hatten die Gänsebrust. Die Fleischportion entsprach eher einer halben Gänsebrust, da hat man aus einer Brust 2 oder 3 Portionen gemacht. Das hatte ich anders erwartet.

Ich hatte heute das Vergnügen, ein fantastisches Restaurant zu besuchen, das frische Schnitzel mit Spätzle und Rahmsoße serviert. Das Ambiente dieses Ortes war wirklich beeindruckend und das freundliche Servicepersonal trug maßgeblich zu meinem großartigen Erlebnis bei. Das Schnitzel war perfekt paniert und gebraten, und es schmeckte herrlich zart und saftig. Die Spätzle waren hausgemacht und schmolzen buchstäblich auf der Zunge, während die Rahmsoße den Geschmack des Gerichts perfekt abrundete. Die Portionen waren großzügig bemessen, so dass ich mehr als zufrieden war. Das Ambiente des Restaurants war charmant und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und lud zum Verweilen ein. Obwohl es gut besucht war, konnte ich eine angenehme Atmosphäre und Ruhe genießen. Das Servicepersonal verdient ein besonderes Lob. Sie waren äußerst aufmerksam, höflich und standen jederzeit bereit, um sicherzustellen, dass es mir an nichts fehlte. Ihr Wissen über das Menü und ihre Empfehlungen trugen dazu bei, dass meine Mahlzeit zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wurde und zu diesem Feedback führte. Alles in allem war mein Besuch in diesem Restaurant ein Genuss. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach hervorragendem Schnitzel, leckeren Spätzle und exzellentem Service sind, dann sollten Sie unbedingt dieses Restaurant besuchen. Es hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen und ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.
