Went in with a wisdom tooth infection. The female Asian dentist did not do a good job of cleaning it, was quite rude, and was entirely disinterested the entire time. She sent me off after a few minutes. The next morning, as my state worsened, I had to go in again but this time to a sympathetic dentist. He identified the infection as dangerously far gone and prescribed antibiotics immediately. Avoid this place until they fire her or implement better patient care processes.

Good dental clinic. Friendly reception staff, clean place, but very long lines of people eager to see a doctor - I waited almost five hours, but this is normal for Sweden. An angry, short Asian woman dentist removed my tooth and she removed the abscess too - and the next morning, oh miracle, I had no pain, no suppuration, just a clean little wound. In this alien cold country the angry Asian dentist saved my life - thank you, the angry dentist, one thousand kisses for you!

Grumpy staff at reception. At least covid measures were in place and everyone was wearing masks or sitting behind glass. As for the appointment itself, it took 15' for taking my medical history, doing an x-ray, removal of broken tooth and filling. The end result was okay but I would never choose this place again. The dentist caused me unnecessary pain by not properly numbing the tooth from the beginning.

I came with broken tooth and it was not fixable for them. Not a big problem. When I say they can at least fix it some how was really no way how to do that. I left and nothing was done . Now week after still some small bits are chipping away from there. Maybe now is time I don’t know. But I know never I visit this clinic any more

It was my first emergency visit to a dental care. I was very satisfied with the service, and with the speed I received a treatment. The doctor was very polite, spoke fluently both Swedish and English, and was definitely a professional! My awaiting time for the registration to a full fix of my tooth didn’t take more than an hour. Thanks a lot!

"everything is bad, but we won't explain you what exactly and also we won't help you. You have to make an appointment as soon as possible, but yes, it can take a month. But you better don't wait a month" It felt like I'm pranked. They opened one tooth and when I said it hurt just closed it back. Then made anaesthesia for another side of my mouth and send me home. I asked for logic of everything that happened 100 times, but didn't get an answer.

Very disappointed! Came on drop in to queue to have my tooth filling fix that went broken. Waited for an hour and Dentist was horrible. You don't have a pain and it's not emergency. If you have a broken tooth in front ( which visible) and affect your work / daily life since you need to face people obcourse you wanted it to be fixed. He tried to cover the filling temporarily and ended up breaking the other tooth. So in the end nothing has been fixed but I got two broken teeth. I was told not come here if not an emergency and I should book longer time whilst in their website you can only book 30 mins max. Unbelievable and very unhelpful. Wasted my frisktänvård subscription on them.

Today my husband turned to this acute for help. The doctor's examination lasted 7 minutes, my husband wanted to remove the tooth, the doctor refused, because it is necessary to order a separate time. The man did not want to put the seal, because we did not have so much money. the doctor did absolutely nothing to reduce the pain. for such consultation we paid 1000 kroons.In reception nobody reported cost of usual inspection. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I visited here for the first time, had gums inflammation, when the Dr/nurse saw my gums she reacted like if something very dangerous had happened and I would die soon. Then she examined my gums and scanned my teeth very unkindly. She tripled my pain. AVOID this place in any cost!!!!

Very good reception, my son got quick access to the urgent treatment from fantastic personnel, they are all friendly and professional, big thanks from us.
