Great cafe in Lidingö Centrum. Fresh food and excellent service. Wide choice of breads, Buns and cakes, and generous portions at lunch. Perfect cafe to work from. The only downside is that the interior needs a bit of freshening up.

First the positive. Princess (like most of it's locations) is quite pittoresque - the atmosphere is nice. The layout and furniture is nice. They have free wifi. It's a bit unstable, but ultimately works. They have a decent supply of pastries (I usually don't eat them, so can't comment on how they taste). That's it, really. The negative: the coffee is bad. Really bad. They don't have ice and can't make iced coffee in the summer. The brewed coffee is often stale and made with poor coffee beans. The espresso tastes like sometihng you'd get in a capsule machine. Not undrinkable, but not good. The wifi only works in the central area of the café. Princess seems to be quite understaffed; you always end up waiting. Ususally one person working the register. The people working the register are mostly young and inexperienced. Some are friendly, some aren't. Some of the servers are rude and don't really acknowledge you. The food I've had has been OK, but it does seem a bit generic and pre-made. It's quite expensive, but then again, so are most cafés in and around Stockholm. ------ Princess is sorely missing some healthy competition. I've been here a dussin times and it doesn't improve. It doesn't have to. It's really the only café in Lidingö Centrum (which is why I care). Too bad they don't have enough pride to want to be better for the sake of it. If an Espresso House opens up next door, they're in huge trouble.

Favorite café shop in Lidingö. The Swedish coffee here is for free and you can buy other type of coffee if you like. Sweets here are really recommended! Just so good!

Very nice staff, several vegan options for sweets and lunch. This is a lovely cozy cafe I can recommend. The carrot cake was so good!

If you want to have fika this is one of the best spots in the island. Right in Lidingö Centrum, they have options both for lunch and dessert. When it comes to drinks, their chai latte never disappoints. Only drawback is the prices, that tend to be on the expensive side.

This is just your standard cafe/bakery. It's great if you want to escape the cold and warm up a bit with a nice hot drink and sandwhich.

Wonderful interior. Many tables. Very friendly service. Tasty bread, pastry, food, amazing tea choice. Also tables outside. Very clean.

Decent bakery but not the best. Reasonable food and baked goods for reasonable prices.
