    The worst experience ever, I wish I have seen the comments before ordering their services. The Girl at the call center was so rude and unprofessional ,she refused to understand the issues and dint hear my facts . I will complain further to consumer support the 1,6 reviews says it all.

    It is without exception that your drivers fail to deliver my packages. Now the package has been delivered to a depot where I would have to take 2 buses and the package is 12 kilos. Called to your customer service and they are unable to do anything - most likely the delivery will be next week, and that means you have been holding to it almost 2 weeks. Feels like someone is doing this on purpose.

    Shockingly bad. My "expedited delivery" Amazon parcel went from Seville to Heidelburg to Helsinki all in one day, only to get totally stuck in UPS finland's hopeless system. Three days in a row they have claimed that the delivery address is wrong at the end of the day after having claimed that the parcel is "out for delivery" all day, meaning that I have now waited three days in vain. To add insult to injury they claim on the tracking info that it was I who rescheduled the deliveries!!!! Customer Services do not have any more information than I can see in tracking, are not able to help in any way. Furthermore when I asked what their office hours were they got that wrong too. I certainly will never choose this company and have told Amazon not to use them either.

    Keep saying delivery attempted, I'm at home right in front of the door and got notification message that they attempted to do the delivery. Such a joke

    Waited all day at home for a parcel, even tested the doorbell in advance, and was sitting literally a couple of meters from the door so I could easily hear if there was a knock on the door. Result: "customer was not at home, package sent to UPS Access Point" And this is not the first time...it's *almost every time*. My current apartment has no obstacles at all that could explain why the parcel was not delivered. My previous apartment had a door code, and even if the door code was sent in advance to UPS, maybe 1/20 of all parcels for me were delivered successfully. Absolutely disgraceful and sadly complaints never have any effect and UPS cannot really be held accountable. Even if I had a front door video camera recording of the entire day to prove no delivery was attempted, it would not make a difference because they simply don't care.

    0/5 It is the worst experience ever, I am waiting the whole day to receive my shipment, then I received a notification that the delivery is failed due to unknown address!!!!!! When called the customer service they advice me to call the carrier. I should call and find the phone number from google! the customer service agent said!!

    I have not had a single UPS delivery that arrived to my door. UPS never takes door code information like ANY OTHER service. WILL NOT CALL ahead like literally any other company to make sure you are able to receive the delivery. And UPS has no concept of delivering to residential areas OUTSIDE OF OFFICE hours when people are actually home. Absolutely garbage service. Also the customer service is straight up incompetent, nonchallant and rude. The pickup points are not anywhere near residential areas and if they are they avoid the larger hubs rendering pickup points even less convenient.

    When you wait all day for a delivery (having called UPS earlier that same morning to make sure there is zero chance to mess the delivery), the most delightful words to hear from the customer service representative are "it's not UPS's fault" when you are trying to understand what magic you could have done to get your package as promised..
