The doggy Beach is a very nice and tidy place. Many happy dogs and owners, nice staff, a quite good beach bar where you can eat and drink something with very fair prices (due the beach itself is not this expensive 22-40 euros a day). Your pets will love this place. We stay at doggy beach since 5 years now and we still love it. As a very special, Alessandro made it possible for us, to have a free baptism of our son at the Doggy Beach this year (2023).

This beach is so nice! We are having such a great time with our dogs. The sand is so smooth not rocky like I expected. Plan ahead to allow time to find parking as it will be about a 15 minute walk from the closing parking area for 8 euros per day. The only bad thing I can say is that I tried for an hour to reach them by phone to reserve a VIP enclosure but, no one answers.

Good place for dogs - but what about humans?!? It’s great to have a place for the little fellows. But instead of dedicating the majority of the public beach to pets I would highly appreciate to have a clean and secure « normal » beach. A place that is public, where you can chill for a while without paying high fees for an unnecessary parasol & sun lounger, and where you don’t have to worry about security of your kids. The commune is forgetting that it’s not the dogs stimulating the economy of the local community - it’s the ordinary traveller most of them not having dogs…!

As a foreigner, I was looking for a nice relaxing day with my dog who is very well behaved and calm. I was clearly discriminated against because I’m not Italian and my Italian speech is not great but I tried. They denied me entrance and rental of a chair and umbrella. I stood back and watched and they allowed several other people in (with dogs) after they denied me.

Best dog beach ever! Breathtaking location, super cleaniness, well-equipped, everything is just PERFECT! Also, the staff is great, all the people who are working here are amazing, I would highlight Stefano, who helped us with everything from the first moment and he always has a nice smile on. The bar is great for drinks, coffee and food, we've tried almost everything as we've stayed here for 8 days. Actually, I'm writing this on our 7th day. Everyone is welcoming and great hosts. The beach is clean and great for swimming for humans and for dogs also. Your own area has enough space, it doesn't feel crowded even when it's on full. There's a playground for kids also. We visited this place with our 17 years old dog and it was a dream coming true as everything was perfect. 100% recommend it to everyone who has a dog, we also will come back again this Summer, this is how much we enjoyed this place.

The beach is heaven. Dogs heaven. Staff are very nice, we immediately got a bowl for the dog. Twi deck chairs, parasol and dog bed for the whole day 26 €. The beach is spacious and clean, we will definitely be back.

The absolutely best place on the whole beach of lignano! It's not only holiday for your dog - also the people there are so friendly and it is somehow like family! The staff of the Bar is always super nice!

Staff wasn't very friendly with us. We wanted to take a dog VIP place with fence, but there wasn't any available. If you want one, go early! There's only a couple... They serve food (lasagne is €7 sandwich is €6). We paid €30 for 3 sunbed and a parasol. Not easy to find parking space nearby.

Fantastic idea, well executed. We loved every minute of it. Kind and helpful staff, cleanliness, and orderly environment characterize the beach. Dogs can feel like they are in paradise. The rules are much more relaxed and livable compared to other dog beaches. Strongly recommend this place!

Best doggy beach in town. A little bit pricey, but you can have your own place with a fence. Perfect for dogs and people. Beach is also clean. Highly recommended!

A nice dog beach with fenced lots available for rent, bar, life guard and all the facilities (showers, toilets, trash cans etc.). Staff is friendly and everything is very clean.

We are not beach people but everytime we are in Lignano, we are going there. Great staff, really good quality of food and drinks and a lot of friendly people. Place to go if you are the dog lover!
