Right now the best advice I can give is to spend your money elsewhere, ordered a pizza nearly 2 hrs and all I can see on the screen is Monique started custom building your pizza at 5:52 pm and it's now 7:28 and we've been calling and no one is answering the phone. This is the second bad experience with them. Better mi go pizza hut!!!! The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I have to give a star to post my review. Kmt

Customer service is very poor from this location. The inside staff and the bikers alike. I called. Someone answered and then the line disconnected and I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. They need training on phone etiquette.

Placed an order. Originally asked for delivery but they called 1 hour after to say they don't delivery to my area. So I informed the caller that I will be picking up the order cause I really felt for pizza. Went to pick it up only for them to tell me the pizza wasn't made. Additionally, the tracker does not work properly.

Apparently it's a dry weather delivery company. Placed an order and was told 40 minutes later that all deliveries are canceled due to rain. No apology, no incentive for the next order, just that my order placed 40 minutes before, have been canceled. Poor! Poor!

Delivery is never available and yall hardly pick up the phone very bad customer service🚶‍♂️🤦🏽

Registered and ordered via cell phone using Website, no app. I dont like 1 bag a apps cluttering my phone. So that was great!!! When I got to the actual store my pizza was ready. Paid and left. Seamless, no wait and easy!

They were swift on the pizza the last few times i went there. I did not have to wait long.

The customer service is horrible. Placed an order online and its ben an hour since the pizza has arrived and calling to figure out where the rider is currently at so i can anticipate. If the phone picks up the lady just says "The rider is on her way look out for him". Theres no urgency to call the rider to figure out where's his next stop to inform persons.

They seemed disorganized on my last visit. They had just put my order to bake 20 minutes after I made the order and paid in person. I had to leave and come back. Three stars instead of 2 because the cashier was apologetic and she looked overworked.
