This review is over 15 years late. It was 2008 and my wife and I were on our honeymoon. It was a Saturday evening and we walked into a bar/restaurant (forgot the name) and as soon as we walked in, the bartender told us to leave….it was 8pm on Saturday night. This Pizza Hut location provided an amazing pan pizza that sustained us for that evening. We are forever forever grateful!!!!

Omg, best non-breakfast food I have had on Kauai! We placed our order online and it was perfect. The toppings were spaced evenly and the taste was great. We had the three topping large for $11.99. The lady at the store was busy but very nice. She let me inspect the pizza before paying and it looked as good as it tasted. I wish our local Pizza Hut was this good in Texas. We travel a lot and I have leaned the hard way to inspect the food Before paying. FYI .. skip Tropical Tacos!!

I used to always order the pan crust pizza but I don’t think I will anymore because the crust was really dry cause y’all don’t butter the top of the crust anymore. Such a disappointing experience I will be sticking with dominoes if y’all can’t butter the top ends of the crust. Pizza crust was dry :(

We normally don't have any problem but we ordered half hour before closing after a long day at work wife coming out from dialysis she wanted pizza for dinner order 2 medium pan supreme and meat lovers got the pizza drove home to kapaa set down to eat and both pizzas was still raw one was still light white color and the center was all raw the pizza is not getting checked just cut and box. I just not sure if we will be going back to pizza hut please check pizza.

Almost all Pizza Huts became takeout stores in our area. The last all-you-can-eat buffet closed many years ago, so when we saw it available here in Kauai, we jumped at the chance to try it. Sadly, it wasn't as good as I remembered. There were few customers and some of the pizza was dried out. Some of it looked the same but saltier than I remembered. The salad bar was quite decent, but the cinnamon bread sticks were no longer part of the buffet.

The service was bad, and they only make large pizzas. But the pizzas tasted good

It's Puzza Hut. The parking is great and you can still dine in and relax if you want, but they've converted some of their dining area for more storage as they sit down dining patronage has gone way down. Still a great place to grab a bite. Everything is reasonably priced and tasty.

Place smells horrible. Everything looks dirty. Cashier doesn't have customer service skills at all. Changes are highly recommended.

I used to work at a pizza hut so I know what's possible for franchise locations, and this one definitely falls short in terms of interior decor and comfort... but it's to be expected for franchise pizza to focus more on delivery than dining in. Food quality was as expected for pizza hut.

Always a great pizza. We ordered a Hawaiian Pizza while in Hawaii because none of the local places we searched online didn't offer this on their menu. Their loss, I suppose. The Pizza Hut Hawaiian Pizza Hut the spot while vacationing in Hawaii.

We dined here recently, we reached here 30 mins before closing time straight from the airport and the lady who took our food order and the staff was very accomodating, they took our order and also allowed us to sit inside and eat ,but told us they are closed for service for dine-in. Which was really nice of her, we sat and had our hot , delicioud Pizza there. Would highly recommend this Pizza hut.

Staff is good, normal Pizza Hut layout and taste.

Pizza was on time and the person who brought me my pizza was a good example for customer service! I could not quite see her name tag, but she was polite!

Going downhill, you can't beat their Giant New Yorker, but you better eat it in the parking lot before it gets cold. If your a pizza connoisseur try Pietro's, and Domino's isn't your dad's college go to anymore, they really stepped it up!

We were standing in line for our rental car for over two hours. I had a hungry party of 11 with me and the food arrived fast and no problems. Super amazing! Thank you!

We live 3 blocks away and everything was cold and the crust soggy. It was supposed to have olives and onions and extra pepperoni, but it definitely did not. Some of pizza had sauce and some was dry. We have a toaster oven so we could hear it up, but where were the veggies and extra pepperoni? The "Cajun" nuggets were overly breaded but not a Cajun spice, terrible. The mini cinnamons we're warm and good.

there is something different about the sauce. its affecting my stomach. the pizza was good with toppings though and service was good. the pasta was over cooked because it was hard to chew, not soft noodles like before.
