This is a great place to stopover. Have stayed here a few times now. It is great to know, that after a long journey, all you have to do it get off the train, cross the platform and the hotel is there. It is a basic establishment, but is all you need for a quick stopover and the location is perfect. The serve has also always been very good. There is a restaurant on the ground floor.

Helpful staff and good rooms. Breakfast was a delight (compared to other hostels I've been at). While it's next to the railway station (it's actually on top of the station), the trains didn't disturb my sleep at least. It has a common room with kitchen and some board games. I would definitely recommend it if it's in your price range.

I really loved staying here and the personnel is super friendly! They helped me store my luggage whilst I was hiking part of the st. Olavsleden until Vinstra! The beds were good, i had a nice stay with three other girls in a shared room! Also the food is good. And it is just a few minutes hike to the Main Street. I have booked directly at this accommodation.

Poor breakfast, food at the restaurant was not on my taste, but not bad.

Located inside Lillehammer station. Very easy to walk to main street. Breakfast was beyond expectation.

Great location. Spacious rooms, very nice bathroom especially for a hostel. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Not the best sleep and room, but we slept and it was clean. Location is nice if you want to walk around Lillehammer centre. A nice route next to the river that ends near the Olympic park, basically starts 100m or so from the hotel.

Definitely a good place to stay. The location was unique. Stayed within a train station. Some of the rooms that we stayed was good enough. Buffet breakfast that was served was good too. You can see the trains stopping and moving from the dining window area. Walking distance to restaurant and other shops. A little hustle and bustle since many students wait for the busses outside the hotel. Overall a nice place to stay.

Good value for money. Clean and nice to have a kitchen. Bit intense art behind the bed though.

Where could be more convenient??? Train station on one side, bus station on the other! Rooms are clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Cafè is so peaceful and relaxing. Staff are cheery and helpful. Nice choice of food & drinks.

The rooms are not as gorgeous as the photos. But comfortable and well appointed. Good price. If you have a car to park it’s NOK 50 a day to park at the adjacent long term car park. Free from 5pm til 5am tho). The breakfast is fine - but not fancy as per the pics on the website lol

A youth hostel on par with a lot of hotels using the premices of the Train Station and decorated with themes of winter Olympics cities. Very clean, with comfortable beds and with nice welcoming staff. The breakfast is served in the train station's bar. Parking is cheap. Very central in Lillehammer. Some organisation details can be improved in the bathroom, but this is really not an issue. Very nice option.

Really good value and great location

We had a really pleasant stay. Really friendly and helpful E-mail contact. Beautiful, modern and clean room. A big and well equiped kitchen for guests. The service was great, we got reallly delicious lunch packages because we left before breakfast. The price is really good, too. Thanks to the team. You're doing a great job!

Great staff at the reception. Free coffee at the reception too. The bedding was also very neat and comfy.

Breakfast was great, had everything needed for a hearty Norwegian breakfast, no matter what your taste. But the real standout is the location- steps away from the disembarkation point for the train, and a short walk to downtown. Rooms are very compact, but super clean and smartly done.

Great hotel right on the train station, making it a very convenient location for a weekend trip to this beautiful city. Despite being on the tracks - I did not once hear the trains, my room was facing the city.

A very friendly clean and comfortable hostel. Brilliant breakfast buffet. It is part of the station so really easy when you arrive by train from the airport. Great value for the night, especially when a member of Hostelling international. Would definitely stay again if near Lillehammer
