Very good, I booked my appointment, they attended to me on time, the place is quite spacious to keep distance and protocols. I liked the attention, I had hair botox treatment and a cut.

I only come for a haircut, second time in this place. Little clientele on Sunday and I ended up waiting two shifts after having agreed on an opening time. They make me wait due to a lack of professionalism and seriousness. I arrive before the agreed time and they simply do not attend to me despite having agreed with who I want to attend to. The lady at reception is distracted and doesn't even remember one. Terrible customer service at first, the haircut will depend a lot on the person who assists you. Simply a little seriousness and respect for schedules and shifts.
