Once ordered pizza’s were not delivered as per scheduled time. When we called the store they said that they were going to be there within 10 minutes. No Pizza arrived! Then called again and they apologised and said that it would arrive within the next 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the pizzas finally arrived, cold and to top it off their was human hair in the pizza! Never will we order from Pappa John Pizza again!

Tasty pizza, amazing sause, fast delivery

I've just had a very frustrating situation once again from Papa John's. The website is almost unusable to the point where if you add 2 toppings it tells you to add a minimum of 4 and if you add 4, it tells you that you need maximum 3 toppings. After ordering the very "complicated" pepperoni and mushroom pizza without the mushroom and calling the customer care line to ask them to add mushrooms, we were greeted by Stavros who told us that he nor we could call the shop and tell them to add mushrooms because there is no telephone at the shop... This is honestly a joke, and so is this company and its website in Cyprus. This has been the same situation for the past 5 years minimum. Please get your company sorted out on this island!

For a quick meal it was great even with fresh tomate sauce !

The delivery charge is 1.50€ The delivery guy never called me when he arrived. He gave my pizza to another resident of the building to bring my order to my apartment. The order was already paid, so the other resident could simply take my pizza and leave.

The staff was very nice and attentive.

Fantastic food, staff were really friendly and got discount due to offers so spent half the money we expected to. Always a bonus.

Best pizza! Always fresh, with great dough and very good ingredients! Also, their dough is not greasy at all!

First visit to a Papa Johns for years. I loved it. Although I still can’t get my taste buds around that small pot of melted garlic butter. Surely that’s a Marmite situation? You either love it or you hate it? It’s not for me, but the pizza was great. The American hot was plenty hot enough for me. Priced at €19.99 for two large Pizza’s. Sold!

Papa John's has in general Delicious pizza unfortunately in this location, who could get the order correctly made same mistake 2 time and it took them 2 hours to deliver 3 wrong pizzas .

A chicken pizza means chicken pizza it doesn't mean with bacon or .pork. when you put bunch zero skilled workers at work
