I
just
deleted
a
review
that
I
had
posted
about
MediChic
because
they
called
me
and
said
that
they
would
apologize
for
the
way
they
handled
a
very
unpleasant
situation.
They
also
mentioned
that
they
would
call
their
lawyers
if
I
didn’t
remove
my
review
about
an
unfortunate
incident
that
could’ve
easily
been
sorted.
However,
I
had
to
deal
with
a
receptionist
lady
who
was
very
rude
and
unprofessional.
Anyway,
two
weeks
later,
someone
else
called
and
asked
me
nicely
to
remove
the
review
because
management
was
angry
with
it
and
she
personally
wanted
to
make
things
right.
I
thought
it
was
a
kind
gesture
from
her
end
and
therefore,
after
asking
to
“please
remove
the
review
and
I
will
ask
the
lady
who
shouted
at
you
to
apologize”,
I
did.
I
kept
my
end
of
the
promise,
but
they
didn’t.
My
suggestion
is
to
go
get
a
treatment
if
it’s
necessary,
but
otherwise
do
not
commit
to
any
packages
they
propose…
especially
the
ones
that
don’t
work
and
you
have
to
keep
going
back
for
“extra”
sessions.
