This place does not offer you a typical "gym yoga", it offers you a Real yoga and meditation! If you care not only about your physical condition, but also about you inner world, this is definetely a place for you! Teachers there, have a unique approach to every student, and it does not matter how full the class is, each person will receive the exact instuctions matching his personal needs. I would recommend this place to everyone who is willing to experience real yoga and see immediate results on their body and soul.

I began the Kalvalya Great Freedom classes and yoga with Peter about 18 months ago. I was dealing with stress and anxiety at the time. Around 3 to 4 months later I began to notice changes in me, much calmer emotionally, less mood swings, better sleep and less worrying. Around 8 months later I felt grounded and I couldn't believe my anxiety attacks had hastened. Thank you Peter for offering these in depth classes allowing me to have an overall feeling of wellbeing.
