    I’ve been training with George for two years now and he absolute changed my point of view about fitness. If you want to meet your limits you can never go wrong with this guy! Very passionate with what he’s doing, understanding your needs and adapts the training program to each client respectively by using variety of exercises. Absolutely recommended!! Keep up the good job George!

    I have been training with Kay at Peak Condition for the past 3 months and can say that I absolutely love it. Because of the whole set up and concept of Peak Condition, I never do the same workout twice (unless it is a fitness test) and so I don't get bored. I have been going to the gym for years and used to train with Lex but after 2 kids, I didn't think I would be able to get back into it so easily. Kay has been great with motivating me but also knows when I have reached my physical limits. Before I started, I thought my fitness goal of running a half marathon before I turn 40 was unattainable and a dream. I still wonder if I can do it but Kay and Lex have been great with talking about it with me and helping me feel better about my fitness levels. And making sure I keep at it. Keep up the good work.

    I really like how friendly trainers here are. George really helps pushing me to reach my goal of training. Every session he arranged for me is very variety and not boring. Kay always says hello to me. These makes me desire to go to this gym every time.

    I have been training with Kay at Peak Condition 2x/week for the past three months or so and it has been a great experience. The gym itself is comfortable and has all the equipment needed for many different types of exercises. The team stick well to all the covid requirements. The sessions themselves are extremely variable in terms of the exercises we do which keeps it interesting and also ensures all the different muscle groups and subgroups get attention. Kay is great at customizing our sessions to my needs (and changing needs ☺️). The “Challenges” they set up for part of a session every three-four weeks are a killer but the competition element really brings out the beast. Great fun and the right place to go if you’re looking to get yourself into shape like I was.

    Best personal trainer in town! I am >10Kg down in 6+ months. Their nutrion plan is very effective and easy to follow. Gaining muscle has been fast. The training consists of many different stuff like weight lifting, TRX, aerobics, Kickboxing and some cool challenges to reach your limits!It is always interesting and fun to do. If you want results this is the place to be. Plus very cool people, fun to workout with and excellent music choice during workout!!! THUMBS UP!!!

    The best gym in town! If you want to do stuff right, not waste money and time, join peak condition! Super professional and cool trainers! The training spaces are always clean, never crowded and very welcoming. Even if your blood pressure is pumping high the atmosphere is relaxed. I found a lot of cool people while training at peak condition, made new friends and dropped 20kg…just saying ;) So stop wasting your time, move your hips and go change your life! :) Join your new Fitness family :D !

    I have been training with Lex for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t train with anyone else! With Lex, and at Peak Condition, you’re motivated to reach your goals and always set new ones to keep improving. What I like about Peak Condition, is that besides losing weight and getting fitter, you’re encouraged to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is very important. The friendly environment, complete professionalism and the fact that you always get results, is what makes Peak Condition the best gym to train at.

    Peak Condition training has completely transformed my health and fitness. For the last few years I have struggled with my fitness regime due to constantly injuring myself and arthritis problems. Lex and Kay have enabled and pushed me to do amazing workouts that have been really tough and challenging whilst not injuring myself. I have lost lots of body fat, increased muscle and reduced inches. I really enjoy my sessions and would highly recommend Peak Condition to anyone, irrelevant of size, age or fitness level.

    Have been going to Peak Condition for over six months now, which is by far the longest period of time I've ever trained for! This is thanks to Lex who ensures I don't get bored, don't get frustrated and want to keep coming back for more! Having had Kay also train me for a period of time, whilst Lex was off climbing Kilimanjaro as part of one of the many Peak Condition events, I can happily recommend either of them to help you achieve any goal you have. Whether it's building strength, weight loss or anything else you want to put your mind towards - they will help you achieve it.

    This has been the best place ever to train at! I never felt so confortable and welcomed to train and push myself to achieve my goals.     By far the best personal training gym I have used in Limassol. They offer full nutritional programs and diverse training in a great facility. On top of that, they even do events, challenges and expeditions around the world which you get at a discount if you train there. All the personal trainers are properly qualified, unlike a lot of other places in Limassol, and I'm seeing good results!

    If you are interested in training with a personal trainer, Peak Condition is definitely the place to go to. First of all, the location is great as it is just off the highway. The facility is spacious, airy and spotless. All of the equipment is new and top of the range. Secondly, there is a good atmosphere because the team is very friendly. Thirdly and most importantly, you will see incredible results if you follow the instructions when it comes to training and nutrition. Your trainer will spend a lot of time preparing a program that works best just for you. Lastly, I am very impressed with how much effort the trainers put into keeping the program interesting and different. I have been training there for 3 months and i have never done the exact same thing twice. I highly recommend Peak Condition :)

    CLEAN and professional atmosphere. The trainers here are serious about helping you reach your fitness and nutrition goals. I love that my trainer switches up my workouts each time so I never get tears of boredom. Just tears of pain 😂💪
