Great little boutique hotel right in the center of Limerick. Had to pay 11 euros a day for the parking but it was right beside the hotel. Try to do any driving about before you park up for the night. No tea and coffee in the room it's in the lounge down in the basement. The decor is wonderful. Lovely little touches like a hand written welcome card. Good value.

Whether you are visiting Limerick for the first time or native, this Townhouse Boutique should be top of your search list and will not disappoint. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, from the minute you enter the building, it just has the wow factor. Would definitely recommend as a couples retreat. The Parlour Room is such a cosy and relaxing space, great for chatting and meeting other guests - a grown up space. Parking is ideal at Harvey's Quay car park, straight across the road and easy to access. The bedrooms are just so comfortable, you wont want to leave. Very creative with the use of space and very plush décor. The little welcome card in each room was a very special touch and the bottles of water. Breakfast was just sublime, having eaten in the café previously, i knew the standard of food was very high. Such a massive treat for us being away from the children for the night, and already looking to book our return, this townhouse will not disappoint. Just to mention, Staff were exceptionally lovely and made the booking and arrival so easy to follow. Limerick's little hidden gem.

This is a lovely small guest house with 12 rooms. They have some very personal touches - handwritten welcome card, guest area with comfortable couches, complementary tea/coffee wine and minerals, a small gym and steam room - a great space. Breakfast was in the Cafe and had some unsual options which makes a change from the Full Irish.

I came to Limerick for a family funeral so everything to do with my visit was very last minute. I'm so pleased I came across the listing for The Bedford Townhouse. It's location is perfect, which meant I was in walking distance for everything I needed. Especially the Bus station as I arrived after 10:30pm. A key code was emailed to me for ease of entry due to my late arrival. I had a lovely stay at the Bedford Townhouse, my room was lovely, breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful & friendly. So much so I'm planning to visit again soon with my daughters. There's only one thing you may find missing & that is a kettle with tea & coffee in your room. The Bedford do supply you with complementary tea & coffee but not in your room. Instead it is in a dedicated relaxing room on the lower ground floor. Complete with soft drinks, TV, fire, books & magazines. Pictures below.

We loved everything about the place. Decor, amenities, the lounge, size of the room, little touches that make it special, even the scent when you walk in. Very pleasant and courteous accommodation team. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a lovely place to unwind right in the heart of Limerick, beautifully decorated rooms. Basement room has refreshments and comfortable seating to relax in. Sharron is such a welcoming host, very pleasant indeed. Breakfast is amazing, both food and staff. Parking is nearby, Harvey’s Quay Car Park in Dunnes, I’ve had longer treks across hotel car parks than I had with this location ! The only problem was, we could only stay one night, but we will definitely return !

We stopped in for a quick coffee whilst exploring Limerick, with 2 Children. Excellent & very friendly service. Immediately brought crayons and activities for the children and offered a “warm” rather than hot chocolate for the children.

The bedford is such a gem to have in the city comfortable clean and considerate. The rooms are spacious modern and quiet whilst being centrally located, with small personal touches everywhere you look it creates a real sense of comfort. A guest lounge gym and steam room are a great space to have use of too allowing a wee escape from the city when needed. A very impressive stay at great value Thanks for the stay!

Good service, a tad expensive, coffee 👍, I had the Eggs Benedict, really good except, little on the mean side with Hollandaise Sauce. Drizzled, as opposed to spooned over the Poached Eggs.

Brilliant hotel! Very up to date and comfortable! Nice bed and bedding! Very hospitable staff! Nice lounge for guests with wine available (but, this was a Guinness trip, so didn't have any of the wine!) It has a lift. Breakfast in the sownstairs Cafe was yummy ($)! Would highly recommend! Close to Timmy Martin's and The Locke. I would definitely stay again!

We arrived early. They greeted us and took our bags. When we checked in at 3, our bags were already in our room. This hotel is in the center of it all. Easy walk to the castle, the milk market, and the river. Restaurants are close as well. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant . We had bottled water each day. In room robes and slippers allowed us to make good use of their steam room in the lower area.(There were beverages and chocolates down here too.). Friendly staff, clean and well maintained. All around delightful.

Great location near the quayside, tasty breakfast, very helpful staff. A/C was confusing, shut off in the middle of the night, stuffy/hot room without it. Basement lounge with wine, tea, coffee, steam room. Wifi worked well. No tea kettle in room. Room darkening drapes appreciated.

We had a stay for one night on 17th August. Had a warm welcome from Sharon, who gave us suggestions for pubs and entertainment for our night. She explained that they also have complimentary refreshments that we weren't aware if when booking. The room was clean and lovely. The beds were dreamy. The hallways smelt amazing. The was a memorable experience. The following morning it was clear that the staff were working super hard to manage guests in the cafe as well as hotel guests. We ordered french toast and pancakes for breakfast. Sizable portions to last us the day. If I'm ever in Limerick, I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here again.

The breakfast is highly rated, l so I'm surprised how people rated high. I ordered a vegetarian plate; spinach was not washed thoroughly it was full of sand. The poched egg was full of water and overeasy that you should the eat the uncooked egg white as in my plate while my son s poached egg was overcooked. Service was so slow we needed to go and asked the breads which supposed to part of plate we ordered. It is very disappointing to me

Lovely hotel with very cozy rooms and the most amazing breakfast in the associated cafe next door with great coffee, tea & remarkably fresh products. Very advisable for any kind of breakfast lovers. Lots of love to the details!

Was recently at the Candlelight concert in Saint Mary's Cathedral. The Bedford Townhouse was the perfect venue very central to everything. Beautiful breakfast next morning staff member were lovely.

Hidden gem in Limerick. Be sure to check out the guest room lounge area by the gym which has an electric fireplace, TV, sofas, and free wine/tea, etc. Walking distance to castle and other sites.

Lovely small hotel located in the heart of Limerick. Called in the AM and was fortunate to get an early check-in. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms are very well laid out and the bedding is super comfy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, warm and within the city centre. There is a lounge in the hotel and available till midnight serving drinks like tea, coffee, 7up and wine. The place is quite cozy and relaxing. They don’t have receptionist where you could see at all time, but you could still call them when you need. The breakfast is great and they even asked if we need to take a cup of coffee with us on the way when we check out, so sweet.

We had a lovely stay at the Bedford Townhouse. We could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend staying. The breakfast was delicious and the gym was small put had plenty of equipment to get a good Workout.

I visit Limerick quite a lot and have stayed in most of the main hotels. First stay at The Bedford Townhouse and certainly won't be the last. Extremely comfortable beds, very nice decor and great staff. Really central location too. The room was a little on the small side, but great value for money considering all the aforementioned pros.

The best stay at the Bedford Townhouse. Couldn't fault a thing, from the team, to the beautiful decor and fabulous spacious rooms, this was the perfect city break for our group. The Bedford is so central and convenient to everywhere. Breakfast was fabulous, and there is a lovely Parlour Room to stop and have tea. There was also hand written notes in each room. Highly rate our stay - 10 out of 10.

Absolutely wonderful! The rooms are big and spacious, and the cafe is delightful. Perfect location for dining in the area and shopping/exploring Limerick. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Limerick!

This is a super chic hotel in the heart of Limerick. THe rooms are small but perfectly deigned to have nearly everything you need. Same for the bathroom, which has a dreamy rainfall shower head in remarkable roomy shower. The only criticism is that the bathroom lacked hooks to hang up towels or person bathroom kits. Also no selves in the shower for personal items such as shampoo and conditioner. Digital keys for the doors worked well as we arrived too late to check in at the cafe.

Had a fantastic stay here. The hotel and room was spotless and the reception staff couldn’t have been anymore welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Loved it... Real comfort. My only thing I missed was no tea and coffee in rooms...maybe nice to have option as going down two floors to a common area not great. And wooden floors made it very noisy if not on top floor... Great staff, attention to detail. A lovely hotel.

The Bedford Townhouse really is exceptional. The place was spotless, and the facilities are 5*. I was not expecting a parlour room with tea and coffee facilities, a gym and a steam room in a townhouse so central - the location is perfect. The attention to detail is second to none and everything is high quality with personalised touches. A very luxurious stay. I was very impressed and cannot wait to come back.

If I could give 1000 Stars, I would..the service is excellent, the rooms are amazing and the little gym has everything thing you need. Despite being in the center of the city the rooms are very quite!. The location could not be more central. If you are visiting Limerick and want to have 5 star experience in the middle of the action, then this is the place.

Thank you for the hospitality, great central location, walking distance to all of the delicious restaurants. Beautiful, modern room with a view. The manager recognized me on the street and checked on me to make sure that my stay is welcoming.

Cool little hotel with great and helpful staff. The breakfast is also great! The room was also very nice although the gym room was a little bit cluttered. Still, a very good place to stay.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Limerick. Note that check-in is inside the cafe next door (and don't expect to get into your room early, but that's pretty standard). Rooms are very nice and the parlor room is a great addition for a hangout space for drinks, etc. No coffee in the rooms, but walk down to the parlor room and you can get a free coffee. Or it seems you can get breakfast included at the cafe if you reserve your room directly. The gym is tiny and uninviting (if that's important to you). Walking distance to many Limerick attractions.

Great city hotel with lots of lovely touches. The bedroom is lovely, modernly decorated and immaculate. I loved the parlour idea; very cute. The only downside was the floor tile above us made it noisy as person was wearing heels and didn’t take them off!!!! This was the only down fall - i would suggest putting signs in rooms mentioning noise / floor it might help other than that we loved it and 100% will be back

I sid not stay here, just ate here. My wife and I came in for late breakfast around 11, we ordered coffee while we looked at menu ....slow coming but to be fair the coffee was quite nice, I ordered the Bedford breakfast my wife is vegetarian so asked for just a portion of brown bread toast and poached eggs a few minutes later waiter returned with they had no brown bread so my wife settled for white sour dough....it took ages to arrive and when it did I couldn't believe the portion sizes it was like something you would give to a child as it had taken so long food it was really nice but I paid €14.50 without coffee ...when I went to pay my wife was charged for eggs and bacon as it couldn't be removed from the order...terrible to be charged for something you didn't even order overall our bill was €38 which is ridiculous for two people, one of the waiters came to us after we ate to ask us our feedback which he seemed to concur with as he had just dealt with a similar across from us to be honest felt aggrieved and will probably never return here
