Delicious coffee and food, nice place and very friendly staff. Quick service and lots of options for food! They've a reduced menu on weekends but all delicious 😋

They made a mistake on my food order, I asked for a takeaway but they plated it up by mistake and it sat on the counter going cold for a while until a staff member noticed I had been standing there waiting. Also, I told the lady making the coffee it was cold/lukewarm and asked if she could heat it up but she remade it and it was the same, still cold. She offered to make it a third time but I refused because I didn’t see the point. I like the interior design of the place, the products they sell and the fact that it’s dog friendly but I like my coffee and food hot so I won’t be back. I think these reviews are important for feedback. Feedback like this is the purpose of reviews.

Genuinely one of the loveliest Cafes I’ve ever stepped into. Great coffee, absolutely killer sandwiches, and the most wholesome staff. Fairly decent veggie options. No bad vibes even when it’s super busy. Barista was singing about a million coffee orders to himself today, and even the seemingly newer guy at the counter was the sweetest thing ever in the middle of a rush that would have had me sweating bullets with nerves. Pricey, but honestly worth treating yourself to. Has become part of my Wednesday afternoon ritual. SUCH a lovely atmosphere. These guys might have won at hospitality actually.

I've been a loyal customer at Rift, supporting the shop for several years because I believed it to be one of the better coffee shops in Limerick. However, my recent experiences have left me increasingly frustrated. There's consistently been a significant wait for food, ranging from 20 to 30 minutes. Yesterday, I was informed of a 15 - 20 minute wait for a breakfast bun, but it turned out to be 35 minutes. This is often made worse by the fact you have to stand and wait for the food as there are no seats left. The last straw for me was being charged €4.20 for a cappuccino, considering the notoriously small size of the coffees in Rift. Regrettably, I won’t be returning.

Beautiful and cozy dog-friendly cafe in the heart of Limerick, close to the beautiful People's park. The filter coffee was very smooth and delicious, especially when accompanied by a fluffy cinnamon roll! Thank you for a great experience! ☕️

Visited dozens of times, gorgeous coffees, tasty pastries made with perfect shortcrust pastry, sandwiches delicious and filling. I also buy coffee beans, which they grind for you and coffee filters. Staff and lovely, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend to all coffee lovers, although there is always a queue, so it can take a few minutes to get your coffee.

The eggs benidict was amazing! We took some small cakes away, and it is the first time I have bought something that was made perfectly with real butter. There is no compromise on quality! Highly recommended 👌

Sorry to say not good value for food and coffee please listen when someone complains. Corn fritters stayed good But my “breakfast grill” and coffees cappuccino and single coffee brew where rather weak and cold. Sorry not a good review and it was a Mother’s Day present

I went to Rift upon a friend's suggestion. The hot chocolate is one of the best I've tried in Limerick. Loved the cookie sandwich as well. Give it a shot guys! It's a cute place!

I literally go out of my way to get a coffee when I’m in Limerick because it’s so good! Delicious cakes, lovely staff, great music, calm ambiance and of course perfect coffee.

Really cool spot with indoor and outdoor seating. A little cramped inside with a buggy but it was totally worth it. The cakes are absolutely out of this world and coffee lovely too. Lovely shop with irish products as well.

Called here on a recommendation. Great coffee, good breakfast, reasonable pricing. A customer left Toilet door open, it's unfortunately placed (not really something the staff or owners can do anything about). Good selection of unique, handmade desserts!

Lovely little cafe. Pet friendly. Even put a little water bowl out front for the doggies. Most importantly, the Mocha was exceptional. Really good stuff.

Had such a lovely experience recently in this place. Coffee, treats and the staff were top notch. Staff were so accommodating and just so friendly. The best coffee shop in Limerick. There is always a buzz here with excellent coffee, delicious cakes and buns. The sandwiches are really good too. Staff are very friendly and they are dog friendly which is a huge bonus

We stopped here for some coffees when passing through limerick and were super happy with the experience. We got thr two veggie sandwiches which were both bursting with flavour and the bread especially was incredible. The coffees were expertly made too and delicious. We brought our cat coco with us and he took over the cafe while we were here with all of the attention that we got. Thanks a lot for the lovely lunch guys. We'll definitely be back again to say hi with Coco!

Great spot in Limerick. Great food, coffee a little bitter for me, but over all excellent value and service. If anything they need to be charging more for breakfast including tea or coffee to be honest.

Went here because of high rating and reviews. At best a 3/5 rating . We had breakfast Food average Bread dry eggs overcooked Staff friendly Seats were wooden stools basic and hard Toilet facilities meagre Is this the best Limerick can offer?

I've been here several times and have gotten several drinks here but mainly ordered a cappuccino with oat milk. The coffee itself is too bitter for my taste and the hot chocolate is alright but could do with more chocolate. Staff are very friendly though

My one friend told me to go here because she knows I like to go to coffee shops to drink coffee and to secretly stare at people with more than one friend. The coffee was hot and in a cup which I thought was pretty out there. I loved the coffee and the service. FYI: I have no friends. I made her up. FYII: While I was there there was a crazy man holding a statue of a wise man! He was very loud.

Top notch new wave coffeehouse. They also have a small selection of local grocery goodies, everything from farm fresh eggs to select wines.
