The employees were very nice. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent snack selection! Wonderful coffee. The cashier was wonderful! Very pleasant and helpful! The hot dogs with ketchup, cole slaw, and sliced onions were extremely excellent! I had to toss away the slushies because they were too sugary. The cashier did let me to replace the slushes for a Mountain Dew Frost, which was really accommodating.

This store has gotten disgusting pump handles are nasty, concrete full of oil and dirty. track it inside your car. Just about all the pumps are out of order. Sheetz has gone down hill.

The self check-out option at this Sheetz has been a godsend, especially in these times. It's always well-stocked and has become my favorite after-work stop. The staff may be super young but they're all helpful, and I always get a kick out of the signs they make in-house. The typos are weirdly adorable and refershing!

Food wasn’t great; both myself and my work partner didn’t receive our ranch. Seemed like it was a bother when I asked for our ranch. The fried pickles seemed like they came from the bottom of the bag. Trash all over bathroom, most trash cans at gas pumps overflowing. I told my coworker if this was my first Sheetz visit, I wouldn’t be back.

The Bread was hard and chewy when I ordered a sub tonight. As a professional chef I know well that that breas is either 1. Under a heat lamp for long periods of time or 2. Left the bag open all week. All I wanted was a decent sub after a long 12 hour shift and all I got was a slap in the face with bad, hard,cold bread! I don't expect a 5 star meal but at least have pride in your work.

A nicely-kept Sheetz, clean and nothing was noticeably out of stock or out-of-order during my visits. However, I was accused of shoplifting on two separate visits by a female manager for making purchases through SheetzGo (a scan and go self checkout functionality in the company's app), yelling, "You have to pay for that!" or something similar. Explaining that I did so through the app got a thinly-veiled sneer on the latest visit. I hope Sheetz takes the opportunity to address the shortcomings listed here in the reviews; it certainly sounds like there may be other issues with the management of this particular store; I've never had that sort of interaction at any other Sheetz in the region. I generally enjoy my visits to Sheetz stores, but this location is a profound disappointment. I suppose beauty really can be only skin deep for a gas station, too.

Good service and was well-maintained except the ice cream machines were out of service when I went there but they’ve got a nice little eating area here. I was going from Raleigh to Laurinburg and the only challenge is knowing that when you take the exit ramp you need to turn right there’s no sign at the light telling you where the Sheetz is

dont know if she’s a manager but dawn was very rude and nasty and no help at all showed little concern about an online order and lied over an over about wings we did not receive that was sitting on the counter and refused to give us food we paid for. Refused to make wings fresh. This is unprofessional and a disgrace to the sheetz

Love this store. Nice employees, clean place. Great food. This is my favorite place to stop when I'm in town. Don't get rid of your Dole Pineapple Soft Serve Ice Cream! It tastes sooooo gooood!

Just left here. Bought 1 item. Never got greeted. 2 guys walk up to the self checkout behind me, and they get helped. I stood there for a bit longer and acted like I needed help. STILL didn't get asked if I needed assistance. Nor did I ever get greeted. WISH I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS. Caucasian male with grey hair and a hat.... 19:30 on 05/02/2023. Great travel stop. Clean restrooms and easy access from the highway. Plenty of snacks and drinks to keep you going.

Sandy/Dawn … apparently part of management was very rude and had a very negative attitude when I attempted to ask about an item being removed from the menu and the portion size of an item … instead of listening and even attempting to explain she snapped at me with an attitude and rudely said … do you want the number to corporate ? I will never go back to that location.

I love this location because it has a soft serve ice cream machine! Not every location does which is honestly a shame because the ice cream gives Dairy Queen a run for their money!

First off he was making a burger for someone else then he touched my food that’s cross contamination that’s gross. Second off he gave me the wrong type of fires (not that big of a deal) my biggest problem is that he didn’t change gloves when he switched from the grill to the fryer that’s just gross if I could’ve given it 0 stars I would’ve

I just got my first GrubHub delivery from Sheetz and I am impressed. And now my sister is even saying wow I need to find out more about them. So basically to new happy customers. 👍🏽

You really need to educate your employees. There is a 5 month extension on all expired driver’s licenses, but most of all you need to educate them on proper customer service. Unacceptable visit yesterday, she was condescending and chose to educate someone on a matter that she knew nothing about, while getting into an argument with multiple guests waiting in line.

Their new self checkout system is confusing and the cashier was extremely frustrated that no one was using it. She was very rude to myself and the others in line. It’s not our fault the system is different than what it’s always been.

Great place i truly love Sheetz for quick snacks and too get gas for my car.

We were able to stop in after church at The Summit Church right around the corner. Easy in and out!
