My
order
is
always
wrong
and
when
I
politely
ask
for
the
right
thing,
the
drive
thru
cashier
usually
gets
an
attitude
or
tries
to
get
me
to
accept
what
I
didn't
pay
for.
Recently,
it's
the
Brown
Butter
Caramel
Latte.
It's
supposed
to
come
with
a
cool
whipp
substance
on
top
and
caramel
drizzle.
I
always
order
extra
caramel.
Every
time,
without
fail,
they
serve
it
to
me
with
no
cream
or
caramel
on
top.
When
I
ask
for
it
to
be
corrected
they
say
it
doesn't
come
with
it,
then
they
find
someone,
a
manager
maybe?
The
maybe
manager
begrudgingly
puts
a
tablespoon
of
whip
and
a
sloppy
squirt
of
caramel
on
top
and
says
something
nasty
before
handing
the
drink
back
to
the
cashier.
Before
this
drink
it
was
the
refreshers.
They
wouldn't
put
the
syrup
in.
Or
they
would
give
me
a
small
with
enough
syrup
for
lathe
because
I
paid
for
a
large.
My
sandwich
is
always
cold.
Sadly,
I
can
copy
and
paste
this
review
for
the
location
in
Wyandotte,
on
Biddle.
A
few
months
ago
I
had
family
visit
from
down
south
and
I
bragged
about
Tin
Hortons.
They
had
a
terrible
experience
and
I
was
embarrassed.
To
summarize,
my
order
is
always
wrong,
the
wrong
temp,
the
service
is
terrible
and
I
never
feel
good
leaving
here.
