    Got two great tasting Boston cream donuts, And a sausage egg biscuit. For breakfast beat breakfast I have had in a long time. Really great value really good taste. And it's all made in front of you all natural ingredients great for families going places, Really good drive through really fast and incrediblely nice employees

    I ordered at the drive through, ordered chili and it usually comes with a ciabatta bun. I was told they did not have any, so I asked for other breads and the girl told me they had biscuits so I said that was fine and she took my bag to put one in, when I arrived to my office I opened the bag and was shocked, they had half of biscuits in the bag, just thrown in it next to the glass of chili because they did not have bowls, well I’m curious to know if they picked it up from a former customer that only ate half of it!! I do not feel comfortable eating that. And if they cut it at the counter are they going to serve the other half to another customer. Well me and my employees will never go there again!!! Rather drive further and hoping that other Tim Horton restaurants will use better hygiene practices and not treat you like they would a dog…..

    Chain donut shop, breakfast sandwiches are good, donuts are fresh. It was a cluster behind the counter with food orders. People just calling out food and handing it to people one piece at a time which causes confusion. Maybe have an order number and give out the order once complete?

    It was the first time using the Tim Hortons app. My cashier was very patient and understanding and helped me quite a bit. Have it not been for her I'd probably still be standing in line trying to figure it out LOL

    The coffee was delish. Your drive-thru server was SUPER friendly, kind and just a happy dude. It was a very nice experience, especially since we were working and knew we might have a rough few more hours ahead of us. He explained clearly, what items were available (bakery, late at night) and was overall an A+ employee. I don't often frequent TH, but I will more now, due to this experience. Keep it up!!

    Went through the drive thru and the service was great! It was around noon but coffee was hot and not water downed or old. I can see why this location has customers waiting out on to Southfield! Definitely great service and crew

    My order is always wrong and when I politely ask for the right thing, the drive thru cashier usually gets an attitude or tries to get me to accept what I didn't pay for. Recently, it's the Brown Butter Caramel Latte. It's supposed to come with a cool whipp substance on top and caramel drizzle. I always order extra caramel. Every time, without fail, they serve it to me with no cream or caramel on top. When I ask for it to be corrected they say it doesn't come with it, then they find someone, a manager maybe? The maybe manager begrudgingly puts a tablespoon of whip and a sloppy squirt of caramel on top and says something nasty before handing the drink back to the cashier. Before this drink it was the refreshers. They wouldn't put the syrup in. Or they would give me a small with enough syrup for lathe because I paid for a large. My sandwich is always cold. Sadly, I can copy and paste this review for the location in Wyandotte, on Biddle. A few months ago I had family visit from down south and I bragged about Tin Hortons. They had a terrible experience and I was embarrassed. To summarize, my order is always wrong, the wrong temp, the service is terrible and I never feel good leaving here.

    This typical location wouldn’t be as bad if they would hire people to do their job correctly. I went to get coffee this morning and their no type of sugar and cream that I asked for because they are rushing to close! It should be like that all. I work for one my self and weather I’m closing soon or not, I make sure my customers gets what they want. Something need to be done

    Went to go thru the drive through at 9:30pm tonight and the girl taking orders was laughing. I went to order 3 different things because each one she said they were out of. I asked her what they had and she said a toasted cheese sandwich. I honestly don’t believe they were out of all three of the main menu items. Needless to say I didn’t order anything. This was my first and last experience at a Tim Hortons

    Food is good as expected. Customer service is a complete joke. I've been avoiding Tim Hortons as they lean "woke". Not a bad spot to grab a quick coffee go with a small or a large. Never buy a "medium".

    Guy at the order screen was snippy when i was ordering. Said he couldn’t hear me and when I tried to ask something after he said they didn’t have hash browns he instead said “ma’am my question to you is do want a cookie, Timbits, or a donut” in a pretty condescending tone. I had just ordered a meal and when I said I wanted the sunrise sunset as the drink he asked me if I wanted it in a meal? I got the cookie and it was wet and soggy because they put it right against the sandwich in the bag and after all that when I go to eat my sandwich it looked like the sausage was raw. Called them to let them know and they just said it comes precooked.

    Went through the drive through and ordered a small vanilla cream cold brew with cold foam and a chipotle chicken wrap. The coffee did not have the cold foam, the lid was cracked and the drink spilled all down the front of me, and your drive thru cashier shorted me on my change. Total was $8.60, gave him $10.00 and he gave me back $0.75. Hopefully this was just an off day but this is not a great experience.

    Love Tim Horton's coffee, first time at one of the restaurants. We ordered some breakfast sandwiches, and we didn't care much for them. NOTHING BEATS A CUP OF TIM HORTON.....

    Please take head American Tim Hortons are not like Canadas , just get that out the way. Overall the service is always laid back and straight to the point. Never really a line so that's a plus. One summer I did see a lot flies in the prep area , but hopefully the organization has changed for the better.

    Stopped by to grab a drink for my sister, and they stated that they had already stopped making them midday. What is the sense of having a drink you only make part of the day. Most people stop there for their drinks, not their food.

    It's Timmy hortons. It's hard to go wrong with their coffee and a double chocolate donut in the morning.. I get Horton's every Monday, wednesday, and Friday... Yes? Pay. Just on your $5 for my coffee and donuts and the " Donuts, if you get there at at 7 a.m., are usually warm.

    Got a friend a vanilla iced coffee and she said it was good. I got a brown sugar cinnamon cold brew and it did not taste like it had ANY flavoring at all. They did fix it when i asked and hope they would do thr same if it occurred again.

    Ran inside rather than waiting in the long drive thru line. Super friendly and helpful employee. Wish I had gotten his name because it's rare to have someone who actually gives great customer service now a days.

    Lazy worker at the window. I asked for a Dom lid we out. Second coffee came with one. Ok, then not to even give me the expresso in my coffee that I paid for. I called up there no one wants to answer the phone 😡😡
