Great staff all around. Tough location to work at. Lots of demanding weirdos. Providers and nurses have the knowledge and skill to treat anything that should be treated in an Urgent Care setting. I choose to go here because I always know someone will help, even if they aren't having the best day. Thanks to all of you for everything!

If I could rate lower than a 1 I would. It was a horrible experience they really could not care less about you. The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. I had cut my finger badly and it was bruised and bleeding. I didn’t have my ID or health insurance card on me but I clearly needed help. My partner could have gone and gotten it really quick but she just got on the phone and ignored us completely. I would rather bleed out on the street than go to this place again. I hope she is fired and no one comes here. I highly recommend the urgent care by gateway where you will be seen and take care of.

If I can give 0 star, I would because I went there for my 6 month old son and he has fever, cough, stuffy nose and lost his voice and he cried. And didn’t eat at all. He lost weight as well. And I went there and they said it Covid and refused to take a look at my son. Even come check at him especially the doctor. She literally talk to us through the door saying that we can’t be by our baby side: looking at my son feels, I went to ER and and they test it and it’s RSV flu and finally got treated and next days he got better.

Didn’t do anything except make me wait an hour, then told me they couldn’t do anything and I need to go to the ER. Proceeded to charge me 300 dollars :).

I came because I wasn’t feeling well this morning and called into work therefore needed a doctors note to excuse me. I stayed in bed until the afternoon and actually felt a lot better by the time I came in. So I felt bad wasting their time. However, KATE, who saw me, was very kind, and it turned out I did actually have an infection and need antibiotics. So thank you Kate for being nice and giving me your time.

My daughter and I both came here. We were able to get into an examine room quickly. The staff was very pleasant and were personable to both my daughter and I. The facilities looked clean and well taken care of. It was an excellent experience (if you can say being sick is excellent. Haha.)

In Lincoln visiting family. Went in for worsening rash. Seen quickly. Doctor was fantastic. They even called around and got me an appointment with a Dermatologist in 2 days. Called in antibiotic for me and called the following day to check on me and asked if I had any questions. Absolutely top notch care and service. Highly recommend.

Been to more than one clinic in lincoln and this was by far the worst. I have vaped for 5 years and run 10-15 miles a week. This "doctor" ignored everything I said and kept telling me the reason I currently can't breathe and am experiencing chest pain is all due to vaping. That is patently absurd. I had to go to another clinic where they listened to me and actually ran bloodwork and found the issue. I wasted my time and money here to be completely ignored and talked down to. I don't expect doctors to be altruistic, but I do expect them to do their job and not be prejudiced bafoons. It's clear she is used to talking down to people who are less well off and may not know better which is truly an abhorrent abuse and makes this clinic which is supposed to help people look like nothing but a cynical money grab. There are so many other clinics in this town, don't waste your time, money, and potentially health on this clinic.

Heartland Urgent Care has become my go to college clinic. They are always helpful when I get sick away from my primary doctor and I have been going to Heartland each time I get sick for years now. Katie is always so helpful and kind when trying to assess the situation and make sure I get everything I need feel better.

I was pleased to be processed right away and taken to my room soon after. The first provider took my vitals right away soon after the second provider Kate arrived. Kate was very cordial asking questions pertaining to my illness. She was very polite in assessing me in which speedily wrote my prescriptions and sent me on my way. I give the process a 10 out of 10. I had to go to urgent care on 1/4/24 was seen by an APRN Katievia who was awesome in every regard. She was so nice and caring so I'm giving her 5 stars for her service. Thank you so much.

I’ve been going here for years and the care that started out good has improved over the past several visits! It does get very busy, but from walking in and speaking to the receptionist to seeing the nurse or doctor, I was listened to and cared for. When I felt super dizzy and had been waiting awhile, I asked how much longer and right away they checked in the back to see if there was any way they could help move things along. The nurse listened carefully, asked good questions, and while processing the tests made sure I was comfortable by dining lights and checking in on me. Kate also did a wonderful job and made me feel very heard and cared for in all the different complexities. Thank you Heartland Urgent Care! Glad our community has you.

I have been here for minor ailments over the last several years, probably four or five times. Each visit has been a pleasant experience. Every staff member from front desk, nurse assistants, doctors etc...have been extremely kind and friendly. They listen well and are respectful. They are an amazing group of people. I think some people that have written negative reviews probably should have been at an ER and not a clinic. Seriously, if I couldn't breathe or thought I was having a heart attack I would probably make the choice to go to the ER.... Overall great experience...very compassionate staff👍♥️

Was seen by a doctor here a month ago. He had a lot of knowledge and was so respectful to me. He had somehow a long hear and was wearing Glasses. I cannot remember his name, but I hope the best of luck to him and all the stuff working here serving the community. Greetings from an Iraqi patient.

No waiting at 8:20 a.m. on a Friday. Pleasant staff. Strep test done. Got results fast.

They diagnosed my son with an ear infection along with his rsv and he didn’t even have an ear infection. The medicine made him so sick, we ended up taking him to the hospital and they said he only had rsv.

This is my local urgent care facility and I have had a very good experience the several times I've had to use them. The most recent visit was earlier this week for a few stitches for a cut and they saw me immediately and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They have taken me right up until closing-time and I appreciate them being so helpful during a stressful time. Also as an uninsured patient I appreciate that they've been affordable for me, even offering a discount for full pay at time of treatment.

Absolutely amazing practitioners. They're kind, they listen to your concerns, and they give you real solutions and advice. I've been here twice, once in the fall of 2022, and once recently in the spring of 2023, and both visits have been the best experiences I've ever had in medical care.
