I
went
for
dinner
with
a
friend
on
12-7-23.
We
waited
over
15
minutes
to
even
order,
and
while
standing
there,
we
watched
an
employee
ask
for
help
about
20
times
from
the
manager,
Marie,
who
was
sitting
in
the
kitchen
or
the
back
office
not
doing
anything.
The
girl
who
ended
up
taking
our
order
was
literally
making
all
of
the
food
for
the
uber
eats,
and
all
other
orders.
There
was
another
worker,
while
we
were
eating
our
food,
who
was
busy
cleaning
the
dinning
room
and
front
area
of
the
restaurant.
He
went
back
to
ask
a
question
and
the
manager,
Marie,
finally
came
out,
but
was
yelling
at
him
telling
him
that
he
needed
to
be
working
and
that
he
wasn’t
doing
anything
at
all
and
belittled
him
in
front
of
my
friend
and
I.
She
noticed
that
there
were
still
customers
in
the
restaurant
and
went
into
the
back
again.
We
were
told
from
the
two
employees
who
were
actually
doing
things,
that
they
were
overworked
and
had
been
there
either
all
day
or
a
majority
of
the
day,
with
little
to
no
help.
And
that
both
weren’t
even
trained
properly
and
they
were
doing
their
best,
which
they
were
and
my
friend
and
I
both
really
appreciate
their
hard
work,
and
the
respect
and
kindness
that
they
showed
to
us
while
we
were
there.
But
we
were
very
disappointed
about
how
rude
Marie
was
to
us
and
the
staff.
My
friend
also
posted
a
review
and
was
told
he
should
use
the
app
because
it
may
benefit
him.
And
before
the
corporate
office
tells
me
the
same
thing,
I
did
use
the
app.
