    Food was a bit salty but as far as fast food pasta it was decent. I got the Pesto and Chicken Rigatoni with a side Cesar salad. My kids got Pizza. Indoor dining meant free breadsticks. We had a bunch! They were so good but rather salty. (Probably Garlic Salt) Not bad just slightly salty. The service was great and they were so fast. Not bad for luncheon.

    I’ve had it. The girl was rude up until she handed out food. Then wants to try and we’ll wish me. The food is wrong. It’s becoming incredibly expensive for not great quality. You can’t pay attention to details. I’m not even going back to correct my order. I give up.

    I was very happy that I actually ordered over the phone for 8 people and all orders were 💯 correct. McDonald's can even seem to get 2 along with other places I have been in Lincoln. I took my Lil girl in to pick up the order and the Mgr Marie was nice enough to Help me bring my order out. I went inside to get a feel for the atmosphere and was very comfortable. I look forward to dining in very soon. Props to Marie and her crew for doing a fantastic job.

    I love their food! And I learned that they actually make their pasta fresh every morning! Wow! Not many places can say that. And every time we visit, one employee helps us and goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of. Thank you Marie! We just love you!

    Marie at the counter was wonderful. We frequent this location and today was honestly the worst food we've had. My spaghetti was luke warm at best and had old noodles mixed in. My wife's pizza slice was cold and cheese was rubbery like day old. Raviolis were cold as well. You can definitely tell when the manager isn't in the store.

    Staff was very polite and helpful. Scott was working the dining area and asked us a few tines if we woukd like more bread sticks. Which it awesome..... don't come here often to eat but that reminded me on the way it was when the restaurant first opened and they woukd carry a basket of bread sticks around.

    You can most definitely make any of their food at home for so much cheaper and have it be a million times better tasting. Plus you can stay in the comfort of your own home vs sitting in some dingy, grimy restaurant. Employees do their job, just trying to get through their workday and mindless tasks until they can leave and be free. Can't blame them for that.

    Service can be slow, but it's so much cheaper than olive garden! Best breadsticks around. Their new pasta bakes are incredible.

    Food was very good. Atmosphere - awful. New Year’s Eve. Take out and drive thru busy. I dined in. Took 10 min to order and another 15 to get food. Trash was overflowing. No Parmesan cheese. No clean utensils. Most of the tables had dirty dishes on them. One employee went to the bathroom 3 times while I was waiting. Wondering what he was doing.

    Stood at the counter for a long while the girl in front ignored three people waiting to order while she chatted with the girl back. After we finally ordered and got our cups discovered the drink machine was out of ice, lemonade, and lemon lime soda. The dining room was full of dirty dishes and filthy tables. When the food arrived it was warm at best and the bread sticks were soggy. My mother couldn't even eat her food it was cold and tasted funny. The sauce was so watery you could tell they added water to stretch. Really sad I used to love Fazoli's.

    Received the wrong food at first, but they corrected it so that was fine. Food was ok, not great. When we were finishing up my husband went up and ordered something for our son who was finishing up practice. They told him they weren't taking anymore orders at that time, it was 7pm. I went and asked another employee why this was and he responded it was because the kitchen was so busy and they needed to catch up? But that he could go tell them it was for my son who was at practice and they could make it? I have never encountered that before at any restaurant or place of business. And did it make a difference that it was for my son? It shouldn't matter who it's for, you are a restaurant and it's dinner time - you will be busy! Very disappointed.

    I went for dinner with a friend on 12-7-23. We waited over 15 minutes to even order, and while standing there, we watched an employee ask for help about 20 times from the manager, Marie, who was sitting in the kitchen or the back office not doing anything. The girl who ended up taking our order was literally making all of the food for the uber eats, and all other orders. There was another worker, while we were eating our food, who was busy cleaning the dinning room and front area of the restaurant. He went back to ask a question and the manager, Marie, finally came out, but was yelling at him telling him that he needed to be working and that he wasn’t doing anything at all and belittled him in front of my friend and I. She noticed that there were still customers in the restaurant and went into the back again. We were told from the two employees who were actually doing things, that they were overworked and had been there either all day or a majority of the day, with little to no help. And that both weren’t even trained properly and they were doing their best, which they were and my friend and I both really appreciate their hard work, and the respect and kindness that they showed to us while we were there. But we were very disappointed about how rude Marie was to us and the staff. My friend also posted a review and was told he should use the app because it may benefit him. And before the corporate office tells me the same thing, I did use the app.

    It was a warm atmosphere inside very friendly staff food was hot. The breadsticks were nice and warm with just the right amount of garlic. Manager was talkative and informative about the variety of menu items. I would highly recommend this Lincoln fazolis restaurant!

    From as soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted, and given time to go over the menu without feeling rushed and our food was brought out to us nice and quick. Scott’s service was above and beyond and the food was amazing! The perfect combo of interaction, being informative and friendliness!

    Sadly, I think this place has gone downhill. The food just tastes terrible. I had the Alfredo and cheese ravioli 6.99 lunch, and it was actually inedible. The breadsticks were totally saturated with oil/butter but that is the only thing I was able to eat. The pasta was barely warm and left a really bad after taste. The dishes were stacked high on the trash cans even though it wasn’t busy at all. My friend ordered a meal that was supposed to cost $8 and was charged $13. I don’t really like to leave bad reviews, but I suggest people go elsewhere and save yourself the stomach ache. 12/17/23
