I was a regular customer at this location. I’ve been going there for at least 2-3 a week but not anymore. Every time my coffee gets messed up. A lot of times it tastes like water or they add whip cream after I requested NOT to. This location is very disappointing and I would NOT recommend going there at all. I’m lactose intolerant and Scooters setting themselves up for a lawsuit. Not by me but I would not be surprised if someone who take actions. This scooters location is NOT about quality. It’s all about to make your drink nasty and send you on your way. Somehow it’s all about doing it fast instead of doing it right. This location should either set quality standards or just close the doors.

Small little drive through location.. customer service still great! Bought 3 drinks for taste testing.. maple spice cold brew was very watery, I wouldn’t recommend. Turtle iced latte was very sweet but good flavor, I recommend stirring a lot because the chocolate settles. The hot maple vanilla latte wins all around.. even better than the iced!

Always friendly and when it looks too busy to get in line, get in line anyways because it moves pretty fast

They always get everyone through the line fast in the morning before work. Drinks are always great and right. One of the better locations in Lincoln.

You can get some fantastic coffee drinks at scooters. I would highly recommend trying all of them.

Scooters is my favorite coffee place. Never had a bad cup. I go there a lot & I have the Scooters App, rewards add up & I get free drinks. It's also a meet up place where my friends & I go for Coffee. My big 70+ pound Furbaby loves it too, she has crawled over me & stuck her head out the window in excitement. She knows that's where the Pup cups come from.

I used to absolutely love this place but the new manager is extremely disrespectful and needs to be dealt with.

I normally only go for the maple waffle sandwich but the last year they just don't care about quality they always give me a messed up sandwich with black burnt stuff on it

Hands down my favorite Scooters in Lincoln. The manager Alice is always so kind and happy, she deserves a big raise!

I can’t stress how great this Scooter’s is. I think my order’s only ever been wrong once (and I come here near-daily). Everybody’s so friendly and easygoing, but they also work very quickly while putting an emphasis on quality. I love that I can get nutritional data on the drinks from their site & app. I also love being able to order ahead or pay with my phone - not every coffee place is this expedient. Keep up the great work & thanks so much for everything you do.

I love Scooter's! Their iced sea salt carmelicious is amazing. I wish they would have it all year round. I will be sad once they take it away.
