Found Scooters on accident, and I was not disappointed! Fastest service I have ever witnessed at a coffee shop! I got an iced vanilla maple latte, perfect amount of sweetness with the added coffee boost. I also ordered a maple waffle sandwich, the waffle was soft, but the flavor was there. I was disappointed with the carmelicious muffin, but definitely not a reason to leave any kind of bad review. The breast cancer awareness cookie was huge, soft and sweet - definitely recommend buying one or two.. support a good cause 😊

I come here all the time to get coffee, I live in Airpark but work all the way by 56th street on the opposite side of Lincoln and takes a while for me to get to work so I try to have it for the drive. I love coffee and love getting it whenever I can and today happened to be one of those days, however, the 3 ladies working today around 12ish were extremely rude to us. 2 of them hide in the back the whole time very loudly talking very horribly about my boyfriend and I while the lady at the window had absolutely no manners or customer service. She basically threw our drinks at us and was rude the whole time, she snatched the money from my hand and almost missed trying to throw it on the ground, slamming the window in our faces and gave the sandwich that I ordered completely smashed and falling apart. I was worried our drinks got tampered with because they are that rude and slow with us, we didn't eat or drink anything we bought today. We have had problems with this place before and I'm not one to leave reviews but today was the cherry on top of it all. You have the most rude employees at this store and I would like to speak to corporate about the list of problems with this place. Thanks!

Great location. Love coming here on my lunch break. Every experience has been quick and easy and the people working are so nice.

The girl taking my order was very disrespectful and impatient with me having a disability it was not very helpful or nice.

I normally frequent this location as I live not too far away from it and normally have a good experience but lately within the last couple of weeks, the service has gone downhill. It seems my order is messed up every time I go and they usually are good about fixing it and sometimes I just don’t say anything because they are usually friendly. However, there’s one girl that just always has an attitude. This morning, I ordered two large blended drinks for my boyfriend and myself. We wanted only one with an extra shot and they repeated it back two drinks one with an extra shot. But when we got to the window, we had received one and told them only wanted an extra shot in one of them and the lady shouts “REALLY” and throws one of the drinks away. I would have taken the drink if she hadn’t thrown it away. But really that kind of attitude because of a mistake you made? Unprofessional.

Definitely not the Scooter's I typically frequent, but I was in the area for an event and stopped through their drive-thru. They were very friendly and efficient and the coffee tasted like I expected it to. From my limited experience here this is a solid Scooter's location.

Great coffee, and the employees here are always so friendly and helpful! I can always get through the drive through quickly even if they're busy. Plus I bring my dog with me sometimes and they are always happy to give her a treat!! Great location!

Our family enjoys going to Scooters often. Their menu is easy to read with great options to try and always with friendly service. Drive-thru easily accommodate our full size 3/4 pickup.

Love their coffee over Starbucks. Workers are always friendly, never takes long to get through the drive-thru.

Well ran establishment. Never had any issues, and wife loves the coffee, a bit too much.
