Stayed on a road trip, and we would come back! Due to their pet friendly nature, we picked this hotel, and their price is very reasonable in comparison to others of the same quality. The room was quiet and very clean. The AC could almost freeze the room if you wanted! Good selection of tea and coffee in room and also downstairs. Staff were super friendly and wanted to out our dog and even had treats ready! The breakfast was a bit lacking, which was the only downside. But based on their written menu, we just came on a day that it wasn't a good selection. Overall, good deal, quiet, clean, and we would come back!

Stopped on our cross country trip. 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. My number 1 priority is safety and my number 2 is cleanliness. I can say this hotel looks brand new. Its back in a little area that I felt safe letting the dog out at night. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was nice and the employees were pleasant! Would stay again if ever driving through Lincoln. And now I think I'm a Best Western fan for our next trip next month!

Rooms were very clean. Had a fridge and microwave. Pool and hot tub were clean and working correctly. Towels were available. It also had a workout room. A Hot Breakfast was supplied and was delicious. My favorite is always the make it yourself waffles. The orange juice tasted fresh squeezed and was extra good. They actually didn't start pulling it down before closing time which we've often experienced at other places. All staff from the front desk to maids and food servers were very friendly and helpful. An overall Great Stay.

Picked this location 1/2 way between our long drive. Couldn't have been better. From the great check-in, later answering questions & suggestions on dinning in, excellent. Thanks for the EV charging as well. Unexpected. Room was quiet, functional, clean, and inviting. I think the floor they put us on was for people WITHOUT dogs! Thank goodness and we have animal allergies. Left pretty early so we missed the breakfast, however on our way out we experienced it and it was ok.

I stayed at this hotel twice - once on the way further east and once on the way back. It was a very nice hotel and I recommend it. My room and bed were comfortable. It was quiet. I slept well here. Everything worked. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was great - there were several options. I would stay at this hotel again if I needed a room in Lincoln.

We were in Lincoln, Nebraska for my daughter's college commencement. We have stayed at the Best Western plus on several occasions on previous visits. One the morning of our 4 day stay, as we tried to enjoy a complimentary breakfast. As we are doing so a girls softball team from Grand Island Nebraska decided to sit on a large table in the dining room and decided to braid each other's hair. As we continually had to wipe hairs off of our table, the management walked by a number of times, yet said nothing about sitting on the tables and opening a hair salon. Significant health violation. On the last night of our stay, which included me renting 3 rooms for 3 nights, we decided to sit as a family in the dining area to eat a pizza. My son's highly trained show dog was sitting on the edge of the carpet, halfway on the tile floor of the entrance. My son had the dog under full control and the dog never barked or went towards anyone all weekend. The night manager approached and angrily stated the dog couldn't be with us because he was in the empty dining area. We were about finished with our pizza. The night manager came at us aggressively two more times, upsetting certain family members. When I attempted to offer explanation the night manager started crying. This made no sense as just seconds earlier we were being brow beaten and bullied. The lack of a consistent enforcement of the rules was very upsetting to our family as we had a very enjoyable weekend and hotel stay, which unfortunately ended on a downnote because of weak management. Not to mention allowing serious homeless to walk the halls checking trash receptacles, etc. Needless to say we will be looking for a new place to stay for our next visit.

Very new and beautiful hotel! It was quiet, clean, and cozy and the bed was super comfortable. I love the size of the bathroom and the raised sink. Finished off our stay with a hot breakfast before we left. We will definitely recommend and stay again when in Lincoln.

Extremely quiet & restful. Bed comfortable and bedding crisp and cool. Lobby atea divided into check in desk. Comfortable chairs near large fireplace. Tall tables & chairs and breakfast area.

The best pet policy Iโ€™ve seen at a hotel. $25 per room while a lot of other hotels charge more per pet. Everything was clean, staff was helpful, convenient location, and prices were only $80-$90 on Christmas weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Came on a road trip, stayed one night, 2 adults, king bed, and a dog. Perfect for us! Lovely room and furniture. Very friendly staff. Clean laundry machines for guests to use (quarter operated). Staff were very nice. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. I skipped breakfast as there wasnโ€™t a whole lot that was appealing. Other than that, the hotel itself was perfect.

Pros: Good location off I-80 Nice newer facility - rooms, dining area and fitness room. Cons: I made specific requests for room and lady on phone that confirmed reservation said they would put me on top floor, for quieter space. They put me on third floor, no apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. They did not have eggs and bacon left in middle of breakfast service and they didn't replenish. Many travelers were upset. We were left with pretty basic food, which was disappointing considering the price they charge for the room. Second day they didn't have chocolate milk, so my husband was bummed out! They said the truck hadn't arrived with some food supplies. We were bombarded with flies at breakfast time and one evening when family came to hotel dining area for cake and ice cream birthday celebration. We found the flies annoying and gross. Third floor had empty vending area right off the elevator lobby. There were some pellets that looked like mouse/rat poison by the floor drain in this area. Seemed odd because lots of dogs and kids in this hotel. We told person at front desk and I put note about this in the request for feedback that the hotel had sent me. The General Manager replied and said "After the report of something on the ground outside of the elevator, we had our head housekeeper go up and check it out. Fortunately, it was only dog food that must've spilled out of someone's bag." Seemed strange that someone would walk into the corner of this room and accidentally spill dog food. All things considered, we were shocked we didn't get any offer at any time, for a discount on the rate - even just something to cover breakfast at a local restaurant. Two other couples in our family went out for breakfasts because the hotel breakfast was very mediocre, at best.

The room was clean and affordable. Those were the most positive things about the stay. However there were a few things that were off putting at this Hotel. Our room faced the back of the Hotel and from the time we checked in until 10pm there were a group of seven adult men grilling on a portable grill, drinking and playing music so loud it shook our window. This was not a game day and we had no idea this would be so loud. Then, the group came onto the Hotel and stomped through the halls, and slamed doors for an hour. The beds were much too firm We asked for no feather pillows because of an allergy but had feather pillows in the room anyway. This meant we had to emergency medicate our daughter who slept all evening instead of visiting with family. It was not the Best, Best Western ๐Ÿ™„

The room was very clean. Great breakfast. I left my wireless phone charger by the bed, and when a went back and asked about it, they said no one turned it in. Then someone there took it. It was my fault for forgetting it there but someone there took it. People I talked with were very nice about it and took my info in case it turns up.

Super clean, new hotel with friendly staff & they allow pets! This location is right off I-80 in Lincoln & the parking lot is lit up nicely. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. As with most hotels, the breakfast was standard (enough to get us going) as was the internet. We will definitely be staying again!

My spouse and I were moving across the country and we stopped for our first night here. The room was clean, spacious, and neat. In a two queen bedroom, the bathroom was big and had an air of luxury. Water pressure was great, though the complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles were on the small side. The bed was soft and firm. The pillows were too soft and thin for my taste. Had a hard time falling asleep on them. I don't remember her name, but a young black lady during the night shift was amazing and helped us greatly. Definitely deserves a raise. Gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Nothing bad, but nothing to brag about. Overall, a good experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to freeway exit, gas stations and restaurants, making it a good location for us. Pets allowed for $25 fee. Staff very helpful! Rooms pretty clean except in corners, under desks, etc. Breakfast hit and miss, but there is always cereal. BRING YOUR CHARGERS WITH! No USB chargers in any of the rooms and they don't sell them.

Nice place to stay. They ran out of coffee pods for the rooms, the last 2 days we were there. Inconvenient but it was available in the lobby, 24 hrs so that was workable. Saturday night it sounded like the folks in the room above us were using their room as a gym. We called the front desk. The gal was very polite and cheerful. (Unfortunately I didn't get her name) Said she was on her way up and within minutes the bumping ceased! CHEERS and thank you so much!)๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

This location provides a reliable Best Western experience. Room was clean, and everything worked as intended. Bed was comfy, good water pressure in shower. Complimentary breakfast is a great bargain for the price of the room with bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. Parking lot was well light and felt safe.

Great hotel, only complaint was that my fridge didn't get very cold. Great staff clean rooms, great coffee machine. Breakfast has the 'famous" powder type eggs that were pretty dry but the other options looked great ๐Ÿ‘

Nice, newer clean hotel surrounded by lots of food choices. Very convenient to fuel and I-80 as well. Super customer service at check in, and good breakfast selection. Breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed if you stop here!

The place was the best! I drove from Massachusetts to California and then from California back to Massachusetts in a month and stayed at tons of places with different prices and different quality points. This best western was the absolute best. Great price! Clean CLEAN rooms, friendly staff, beautiful building and interior decor. It was all around a very positive experience and I would choose to stay here again.

Nice place have no complaints. Place was full for a Tuesday night. I have a 40ft food truck and I was lucky to find a spot. They said I could plug in 110v. It was too far away for my 100ft cord to plug in. Not their problem just wish they had a few more outlets.

The front staff was so welcoming at check-in that we felt like family. The rooms were extra spacious, clean, quiet and safe. There was ample parking for our large RV. Best of all, it was a great value!

Stay was great! Clean rooms, housekeeping tidied daily, and front desk staff is easy to find. Area feels safe and parking is ample. Very quiet too, Iโ€™ve not heard a thing during my stay!

Stayed here randomly on a cross country trip. This was the BEST Best Western we stayed in from coast to coast. Very clean and safe! We left our soft cargo carrier on our vehicle overnight and had zero issues. We had 2 cats and paid a small pet fee.

The staff here is more than nice. The room was exceptionally clean. However the bed is far from comfortable. The mattress is older and hard. The pillows are tiny and lumpy. I asked for extra pillows and they had none. The pictures are of rooms with no carpet and that was a huge factor in us staying here but our room had carpet and was one of the last available.

This was a clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Iโ€™d encourage this hotel, and every other hotel to find ways to improve the free breakfast. The waffles donโ€™t taste good, really they donโ€™t. The butter for the toasted bread products is always frozen and so your toast is substandard. Iโ€™m not a hospitality professional but I think a better breakfast would go a long way. However I donโ€™t hold this against this hotel, every hotel in this category face the same challenge.

I donโ€™t understand how this hotel has positive ratings. The beds are uncomfortable, I had to remove a lumpy mattress protector. The sheets are like single ply toilet paper. The pillows are literally half sized. The room feels dirty and has an awful minty vanilla chemical smell. This is a two star hotel that costs what a four star hotel should. We tried the pool and hot tub, the pool was unusable it was so cold. The owner of the hotel also appears to be using photos of rooms that are at a different hotel. Look at the photos posted just by visitors. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The hotel is clean and I in a safe location. The staff are kind a d accommodating. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom cleaners smell was a but strong but we kept the door closed so no issue with the allergy induced asthma I normally experience with high smelling cleaners. The bathroom was extremely clean. Was very thankful for this safe and clean place on our 14 day vacation trek. Would recommend for families, couples, vacation or business.

The experience we had with this Best Western location was mediocre. There was a mixup with room keys and room numbers, and we were given key cards to access someone elseโ€™s room. The night staff apologized and took extra time to correct the situation. When we got to our correct room, we were slightly disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. The mirror still had scum and streaks, as well as the bathroom floor being very dirty in all of the corners, especially around the shower. Our experience in the morning with the provided breakfast was great. We found there to be a good selection of food and a good supply of those items. Overall, we remain slightly disappointed, because we had paid extra for this particular hotel in hopes of a higher quality experience (versus a less expensive option).

Clean, great/firm beds, terrific breakfast but the staff was best part! Kaylina was awesome! At one point the elevators were all out and she managed the whole situation with such calm grace and kindnessโ€ฆand promptly got the repairs going. Chelsea was on during the night so I never met her, but Kaylina left her a note to keep resetting the EV chargers all night so my car would charge. So much appreciated. Great place to stay!!!

My baby nephew ๐Ÿ’™ just had his 1 at birthday party. My sister rented the conference room, and with the reservation gave the guests full access to swim (colder water than I prefer) and the hot tub (the jets weren't working and the color was dull). Holy humidity though! ๐Ÿ˜ณ ๐ŸŒ… I would still recommend this place for a party room (it was perfect sized place) **Didn't stay over night, so I cannot add details regarding the rooms or other areas, guests would normally encounter. The commons areas were clean and we didn't have any fuss getting things set up, and doors we could close to reduce noise
