There is no consistency to this place. Were season pass holders to bingamans and it's impossible to plan for as the rules change daily. My daughter one day can do the slides no problem multiple times, the next day she can't. They measure you at the door, okay'd us to slide. We waited an hour just to be told know even though we have a braclet and rode them yesterday. If I didn't have a pass I wouldn't come back. I won't get a pass next year It's more frustrating then fun

We spent two nights in one of the container cabins. The cabin was still quite dirty even though it had just been cleaned. I get we are camping but the standards for cleaning aren’t there. The beds are beyond uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The bunk beds are loud so don’t move while sleeping on them. The fridge is the smallest fridge you can possibly buy so you definitely need a cooler. The bathrooms were filthy. Been to cleaner provincial park bathrooms. The Big splash water park was good. It is definitely in need to repair. The wave pool was beyond disappointing. It really isn’t a wave pool. Plus watch out when you are stepping because there are many missing tiles that create sharp spots. Pool was dirty too. Glad the splash pad worked the second day otherwise there wasn’t much for the little ones to do. It’s time money was spent to upgrade this park on all levels. Many areas were in disrepair and the park is definitely in dyer need of upkeep. Don’t plan on going back. Was great to try but won’t be returning.

We arrived today at 2pm, and to say we are beyond disappointed is an understatement! We are travelling with young children (5 & 3) and coming from a week at Rock Point Provincial Park; which is about 2ish hours. We paid $386 for an entire week at the provincial park and the infrastructure is way more superior to Bingemans! They don’t have a proper fill station, dumping station, signage is minimal and poor, bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in months, the laundry facilities again disgusting! Upon checking in and asking registration; once we finally found it, didn’t know where laundry was, or how much it was, didn’t provide us a map, the campground sites aren’t marked and we paid $280 for 3 nights of just electric! People were bathing in the fill station!!! On top of everything you have to pay extra for everything; which we knew when booking but were told that they provide packages for play and stay; which we come to find out isn’t the case! We aren’t normally people to complain but both my husband and I have an uneasy feeling that nothing is safe. We can’t leave stuff outside on our site when we walk away from it. I spoke with a supervisor (Amanda) at the beginning of speaking with her she was very understanding and compassionate. She said that she was newer and she would need to speak with another supervisor that had been there for 4 years and she’d call me back. I ended up calling her back asking for a full refund and she offered 1 night only. She began to become super augmented and didn’t care about our experience. She said she went to check the bathrooms and laundry and everything was cleaned. Of course because it’s 6 hours later! I asked her to refund my one night, like she offered and have the Manager contact me when she was back into the office. She said “no Penny will refund you one night or less, so we will wait for her to contact you.” I then asked firmly to be refunded for one night, which she finally agreed and to have Penny contact me. I guess time will tell!

Found the staff and business practice pretty abysmal. No refund policies and an inadequate booking system for the water park and amenities. Overpriced inventory such as charging almost $12 for wet fire wood. Camp site was over crowded due to small lots and double parking on every road strip. It honestly feels more like a tail gate party or a very very nice refugee camp rather than a connection with the outdoors and nature. We had paid for water park passes months ahead of time and the staff sent a booking email to an incorrect email address. So when we though we would get to spend a day at the water park we were told it was fully booked and got a not our problem attitude. The sad part is they took our money for the water park without even booking us in when we paid. Had a thunder storm during our stay when we had a mini golf game booked and were told we could not play and it was simply impossible to get a refund. So we waited the storm out for an hour to play the game simply because of the no refund policy. This was after they insisted we would simply have to rebook and we refused. Either we would play or get a refund so they let us wait. This business is set up as a profit only priority. It is pretty clear the owners and managers have no passion for what they do. The lack of care shows around every corner. I will not be returning to this site.

Only sealed/empty water bottles permitted now. Tidal Wave snack bar sign has outdated pricing. Saw a large family eating in the parking lot with camp chairs. This seems a bit out of touch and adds a bit of extra planning for parents trying to plan a fun day.

We have visited Bingemans a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. We booked our trailer camping this past weekend to attend Screampark and it was fantastic. After it was cancelled due to inclement weather on the Friday night, Penny and Michelle made sure that we would be accommodated on the Saturday. Thank you to them and all the staff who made our visit memorable. We will be back again.

Such a great place for a drive in. Everything was really well organized. The entrance route was thoughtfully marked with pylons and the greeters were so friendly. This was a charity event so it was nice to give back.

My husband LOVES mini putt and the Town Boulevard Course didn’t disappoint. It was the perfect amount of challenging. they lost one star though because the water feature wasn’t running (looked like it had been a long while since it had run) and because there wasn’t any decoration added to the Town Boulevard course (the Country Lane course had all sorts of themed decorations, such as milk barrels and a barn bridge).

There are so many fun things to do that a weekend isn't enough. Unfortunately the water park wasn't opened yet when we visited but my kids had a blast regardless. Will have to come back again for sure.

Came here for the annual Oktoberfest Bavarian Feast. The buffet had a wide selection for cad 45/person. The drinks were separate at cad 8 per glass/shot/can of wine/liquor/beer. There was a live performance of German folk songs. The ticket also included free admission to the Koolhaus which is a more public and outdoor version.

I was impressed by how large Bingemans is and the variety of things that you can enjoy on their grounds. They have an arcade with a multitude of games, waterslide and a stage with a large festival area used for big events. I was there during their Octoberfest festival and had a great time. It was easy to find as I took a taxi. Please don’t drink and drive. Lots of cabs are there to take you back home. If you go on a binge and like my reviews, videos or photos then Bing the like button man

I'm not saying this was their resturant, but they did have a food truck that delivered to my work on Oct 30 2020. The food basically was leftover Thanksgiving, microwaved over n over and put into a container to serve to my coworkers and myself. It was horrid. The taters were mush, no flavour the only flavour was sauce. That sauce was overpowering, almost like vinegar and some BBQ sauce. The veggies were over cooked, bland, every time you'd use a fork it'd crumble. The stuffing was an absolutely ridiculous, I could stab it with my fork and it'd stay up on it like a blob. Something about the taste made it worse which i couldn't place. The chicken was smothered in that sauce and it wasn't even cooked properly. The edges were a slimy white but the middle or thicker parts was pink and slimy. Even from very little I had I felt sick, several others were throwing up later on. Please don't ever sell anything like that to anyone ever, not only does it make the company look bad but its making X amount of people sicker than a dog. This was an absolute shock to me from that being served from a food truck, something that should never be served again, even prison wouldn't accept that meal.

Although we will be returning for another camping trip, we were definitely disappointed in the cleanliness of the washrooms. There was no enforcing of social distancing nor the stopping of personal washing of whole families in both male and female washrooms. At one time there were 6 people from the same family in the woman’s washroom including a 10 year old boy... this was unsatisfactory. We are giving the park a second chance to improve

We've been going to Bingemans for as long as I can remember. It's always brought some nostalgia to me. Recently came with the fam (visited during the day as I couldn't stay overnight) and many things have changed and yet many things have stayed the same. Didn't explore too much as not many of our family wanted to stay within our BUBBLE during these weird times, but i walked around a little after using the washroom facilities (which was clean! Most of the time) and noticed a massive movie screen. I think they got rid of a lot of things but still a fun time for sure!!!

The kids love it. The arcade is a bit of a money trap the games only last 30s and cost about 2-4 dollars a play so for an actually hour of game playing its a fair amount of money.... the play Area though is very reasonable and lots of fun, I'm pretty sure it's the largest in the KW area. If your uncomfortable with the current mask mandidate maybe don't visit this place it's was 30/70 mask vs unmasked... we went at opening and it was good until about 11 then it was far too busy and we left.

The waterpark was an excellent way for us to cool down on a hot summer day. They had many slides to choose from , My personal favourite slide was the Cyclone. Over all, the park quite fairly spread out which makes it feel like there is less of a crowd, there also is a big wave pool which has a shallow

This place is a ton of fun with lots of different activities and events throughout the year. The indoor climber is massive! My kids love it here. We had a nice formal dinner hosted here as well, they host good group events. The bowling upstairs is so expensive that I wouldn't even consider. The prize counter is always full of good little prizes for all ranges, everyone gets something from this experience. Definitely worth checking out

#DinoDriveThru was great for a 20 minute activity, although a bit pricey for what you are actually getting with the experience. But families with young kids would love it. Only thing that frustrated me as well as I'm sure many others was the directions that it gave you to visit the experience were not well thought out, we drove around the bingemans lot several times trying to find the actual start point of the experience as there was not much posted along the way to even guide you. I would say for future years maybe some signs guiding people who sit in the bingemans parking lot googling how to find the entrance would definitely be helpful especially to people travelling from afar.

I went to the lights show with my family because we were desperate for something to do. I wouldn't recommend it. $25 is incredibly overpriced and it really wasn't that great. However, the huge lines seemed to indicate I wasn't the only one to pay it.

Not nearly as cool as it used to be. There are TWO Bingeman parks: the one I grew up with and the one that exists today. The Bingeman park I remember had GO-KARTS, a BATTING CAGE, BUMPER BOATS, and an outdoor playground. You won't get to see that Bingeman park because it doesn't exist any more. The park you'll see will still have the wave pool and the mini golf, but that's about it. The outdoor playground became an indoor playground. The arcade is still there. The Go-Kart track and bumper boats are a distant memory. There is paintball now, but I'd like to think the Bingeman park I grew up with would of had that too if paintball existed back then. The driving range is still there, but it's more of a "chipping range" now. The conference halls are all still there. The campground has sites that are so close to each other that your neighbour can roast marshmellows on your campfire or their campfire--at the same time. I miss the long winding road entrance. Also of note, ever since they widened the road leading to Bingemans and extended it all the way through to the highway, the police love to set up speed traps in this area to make sure motorists get no relief from Victoria Street hell.

Went to the Holiday Drone show tonight at Bingemans. Well organized in getting people in place, but a 15 minute delayed start. Only a 6 minute drone show for the first half, with musical difficulties. 30 minute intermission followed by a much better, 8 minute second half. The actual show was much shorter than the advertised 30 minutes. The show itself was mostly holiday themed and was definitely unique. Ticket for the car was a flat $35 and in a non-covid year, we would've been disappointed. This year, it enabled us to get out and do something as a family.

The containers are cool but most of the people visiting when we were there were in their twenties. Loud music blaring, base pumping with explicit lyrics and and partying all day and night. No consideration for anyone; Especially families with small children. Doesn’t reflect the wonderful park staff but if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing weekend you won’t get that here.

Nice staff. Really great people. Very noisey. Understanding the location to Victoria St it was somewhat expected. We had gift cards to use up so it worked out for us. A liitle dis organized when it came to Dinosaurs drive thru. Need to better notify campers and staff how to manage traffic. It got better on day 2. Even after showing my camping pass i was sent towards the lineup for the drive thru... finally found someone else for clear directions. Also speeding was an issue on Sunday within the camping area. Went to see Dino Drive Thru on a Saturday and although we booked online we had to queue in the car for almost 2 hours for a drive thru that was about 10 or 15 minutes max. The size of the dinosaurs weren't really so big, it's super overrated and I don't recommend it to anyone with infant in the car or a toddler under 5. If there wasn't a queue maybe it would've been OK, but it doesn't make sense to book online and still find it that crowded, the organisers should've limited the reservations to their capacity and should've timed it.

Couldn't get in. Everything was pretty much reserved. I know what you all are thinking. Why did I go still? It's because they didn't answer their phones so i thought I might have a chance with my family.

ADDITION to this review. After speaking to Bingemans again, they will honour a full refund due to the water park being sold out. Thank you for doing that. Very disappointed. WE booked our campsite months in advance. No where in our booking package did it advise us we needed to make reservations for the water park or any other activities. 3 days before our trip we get an email and then it advises us of the need to make reservations online and about booking times for the pool. We try to make reservations for the water park and we are told it is completely sold out for the duration of our stay and has been for some time. OH and also, this notice comes well inside the minimum 7 days cancellation time. So i cant even cancel because i get zero dollars back. So now i can go camp and torture my kids with looking at and listening to the water park but we cant go. NICE! Great planning on your part Bingemans, well done in stealing my money. Feeling mislead and robbed

Great variety of things to do for young kids. Rules are a bit weird so be careful if you have a child around 42" you may be denied once you are up on a slide. Measure your kids without their shoes at the beginning because the wrist bands mean nothing. Lots of walking to get tubes but that is not a complaint:) my 9 year old loved it.

  • 5/5 S H. 2 years ago on Google
So much fun! I spent most of my time in wave pool. Staff were very nice. I like that you can pre-order food from your phone and pick it up, however it would be nice to have a website that a person could go to, to do the same thing. For my first time, I highly recommend and hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our trip to Bingemans on the Labour Day long weekend, however, our site was littered with broken glass and plastic from previous campers. Because we had our puppy with us we were upset by this. We hope in the future staff can maintain and clean the sites a bit better / future campers can leave the sites cleaner than when they came like we did.

We camp with a small pop up tent trailer and found this to be a good camp ground for a short stay. The reservation we made on line was easy to use. Check in was made easy because of this. The site was ok... it could have been a bit cleaner. There was a lot of wrappers and other garbage on the ground. Removal of some of the pine tree debris would have been a nice addition. When asking to be moved closer to the washroom upon check in the young lady was happy to accommodate us. The lots were nice and wide... but not as deep as I would have liked. Quite camp ground, but a busy road close by. We just camped here, so we can't comment on all that the park has to offer. Clean and very well lit bathrooms with showers. Little camp store when checking in... but not much more.

Enjoyed our stay in the tiny cabins. Ceiling fan instead of just a light would help circulate stale air. Larger windows with new screens would help with those hot nights. Has a mini fridge which is awesome. Could use a table instead of leaving items on floor.

I used to bring my 16 year old daughter here when she was young. It was extremely fun for her great prices and lots to do. People who worked there were super friendly. It was so different then it is now. My 4 year old does enjoy the play structure but really the games are over priced and nothing else to do. Staff is not friendly and just always irritated if you ask them anything. Not really worth it anymore

Did the Dino drive through. I'd say kids 5 and under would enjoy. Took about 15 minutes to drive through slowly. Might be worth it if you live close by but I wouldn't say its worth more than a 20 minute drive to get there.

Great. Lights are well done. Cost me $40 though which is a bit much.

Nice place to do camping by the river. The camp sites and washrooms are clean. Don't expect much privacy while camping though. Each camp site comes with a picnic table and fire pit. You also get free pass to the pool nearby. They don't enforce quite hours and we ( with kids ) had difficulty sleeping, as people are having fun till mid night. Also you hear frequent vehicular noise from the roads nearby. This isn't like a provisional park camping, but the best you can get in urban location. During your stay, you can plan for river adventure for additional $$

Container camping is great!! Bathrooms are campground bathrooms, people need to quit complaining. They are what they are. Spots are great, awesome little campfire space. Comfy place to "Glamp"

We love the mini golf here. Always clean and the turf is well maintained. Nice mature trees gives you shaded on those hot days.

Kids have a lot of fun here. There are many options and games for kids from different age groups. And I think prices are pretty fare.

Love this place. Our yearly trip to the lights was fantastic as always. But the Boston Pizza left a bit to be desired. Usually this place is spot on with service and food but this time was the first time we weren't 100% happy. It started with our assigned lane still having folks sitting eating at it. No problem, they moved right away and were very nice. They left all their dishes and we had to ask to have it cleaned up. We helped and no problem it was done. But then the staff disappeared and we had to go ask if we ordered from the bar, or if they were coming over. They came over and took our order. In no time they were back with our drinks. Great. We started bowling and the food took a while to come. We had ordered the cactus cut fries and the banderas bread to start knowing it was busy and we would likely be waiting a while. Whether the order was put in incorrectly or they were too busy, the apps showed up with our meal. The bread was great but the fries were a bit crispy/burnt and we didn't eat about half of them. Picture included. Also the mains came and we had ordered spaghetti and meatballs and spaghetti with a meat sauce. They sent fettuccine noodles. This was not a problem with the spaghetti and meatball eater but the other one is a kid, very fussy about noodles and was very unhappy. We asked the server and he checked with the kitchen and they subbed them out as they were out of spaghetti noodles. He was very apologetic as this was not his mistake. We wished they had told him to ask us, as our kiddo might have wanted a different noodle or a different meal at that point. But we didn't get the option. So she ate what she could with a scowl on her face, lol. Overall, the service was slower and we waited a while for him to come over to get drink refills. He was standing at the bar, tapping on the slushy machine. We were going to go over to get our refills and saw he was not busy but we did not go over as our food was on the table and we were eating and bowling. He did come over eventually and that's when we discussed the food errors. He was very nice and after that did a good job taking care of us, getting us to go boxes etc.. He was very nice, and accommodated us in everything we asked for. We did not send the food back or get a new order of fries as we were already done at that point. He did offer but we said no its OK. We paid our full bill and left. Sadly this is the first time we have not been happy here and overall, this place is awesome. Great lights, great new outdoor area with more lights was very cool, bowling is always fun, arcade is great and the food is usually wonderful. So chalk it up to an off night. We will be back. It's a great place for family fun and I would reccomend it to anyone. Cheers!

If you’re looking for a one-stop destination for family entertainment in Waterloo, Bingemans should be at the top of your list. From mini-golf and go-karts to their well-known water park, this place has an abundance of activities that cater to all age groups. What caught my attention was the variety and scale of the facility. Whether you’re into water slides, arcade games, or even bowling, Bingemans offers a broad array of options that can fill an entire day with fun and excitement. The water park, in particular, is a summer must-visit, featuring a lazy river, thrilling slides, and plenty of space to lounge and relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all guests were having a good time and following safety guidelines. Food options are also plentiful, ranging from fast food to sit-down dining experiences. However, Bingemans is not without its drawbacks. The cost of entry and additional charges for some activities can add up quickly, making it a potentially expensive day out. Moreover, the place can get quite crowded during peak times, leading to long wait times for certain attractions. Overall, Bingemans in Waterloo offers a comprehensive entertainment experience that’s hard to beat locally. While it may be a bit on the pricey side, the sheer variety of activities and attentive staff make it worth the visit for a fun-filled day with family or friends.

We went here to do the escape room. Then we went to the arcade. My grandson loved the games. They have a bowling alley and Screamers is opening soon. There is also axe throwing and a rope course, three level structure with slides, tunnels and tubes. My grandson won 1000 credits and got a free Mario with his credits. There is lots of fun things to do here. They have lots of rooms for Birthday parties.

𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬: 𝐅𝐮𝐧-𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 I recently had the pleasure of attending a company picnic at Bingemans, and I must say it was an incredible experience for both adults and children alike. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that Bingemans had gone above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic time. One of the highlights of the day was the impressive water park. With its expansive water pool and a wide array of thrilling water rides, it provided endless excitement and entertainment. The pool was large enough to accommodate a considerable number of people, allowing everyone to cool off and enjoy the water on a hot summer day. The water rides were equally impressive, offering exhilarating twists and turns that left us exhilarated and eager for more. What truly stood out at Bingemans was their dedication to providing a family-friendly environment. They had an excellent selection of kid-friendly water rides, ensuring that children of all ages could have a blast. From gentle slides to interactive water play areas, the park catered to the needs and interests of younger visitors. My own kids absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough of the water rides and splash areas. In addition to the water park, Bingemans had a host of other kid-friendly attractions. The arcade was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of games that kept the little ones entertained for hours. From classic arcade games to the latest interactive experiences, there was something for every child to enjoy. The inclusion of numerous bouncy castles and play structures added to the fun-filled atmosphere, allowing kids to burn off some energy and have a blast in a safe and supervised setting. The overall experience at Bingemans was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that everyone had a pleasant and memorable day. The park was well-maintained, with clean facilities and ample seating areas for relaxation and picnicking. It was clear that Bingemans had put a lot of effort into creating a fun and enjoyable experience for families. I highly recommend Bingemans for anyone looking for a great day out with the kids. The combination of an impressive water park, kid-friendly attractions, and an excellent arcade ensures that there is never a dull moment. My children had an absolute blast, and I'm certain that yours will too. Bingemans truly offers a delightful experience that will create lasting memories for the entire family.

The campground has moved and is much smaller. Theres nothing on top as it was sold and everything was moved to where the tent camping is below. Hoping they work out the camping entrance because it’s dead stop during registration time. Whether you have a trailer or not there’s one one lane to get in.

Clean and very good environment for the youth to go camping. Very polite and friendly staff. Akwats can be seen around if you need help, even Fter office hours. Just need to have a different gate for re- entry once you check into the campsite site
