It’s Culvers so you know the food is good Service was a different story. Saw a line at the drive so decided to go in for a “to-go”. That was a mistake, as the truck I would have been behind along with 4 others were long gone by the time I got my food. Amazingly slow, even for a Culvers. Zero sense of urgency (for inside orders at least) :(

Always good, Always fresh. Great food that you gladly wait for, because you know it will be delicious! Ordered the fish this visit and it was very good. The Rootbeer is good, and before you leave get you some of their custard.

02/2019 The place was busy but they were staffed to handle it. They were friendly and fast. The food was good and the prices reasonable. 4/10/2022 The place was very busy. I went with my wife and our daughter's family. The family finished their meals for the most part before my wife and I got our meals, even though we ordered consecutively. Not sure what the big hold up was. The food was good and enjoyed our time with the kids and grandkids.

Never a bad experience at Culver's. We do not eat fast food very often, but when we do, Culver's is always the top of the list of acceptable places to go! They have an amazing variety of foods, always hit and delicious, and the service is always impeccable. And of course, Dave loves the shakes!

This is our go-to place after church every Sunday with a group of 8-12 people. No problem with service. The food is great, every time. We even suggested they make the fries crispier and they did. Great service, great food. Why else do we go to restaurants? Thanks Culver's. Keep it up.

I got their chicken strips and concrete mixer. First of all I have been eating here for years and years and never once was I disappointed in the quality, taste or portions. The chicken strips are huge! I always get 4 and only eat 2 because they make great leftovers. Absolutely NO GRISTLE in the chicken strips. Their cheese sauce is everything and then some. Their mixers are delicious. I love that you can customize it to what you want. I had a mini mixer with vanilla, Snickers, marshmallows and caramel and my goodness, I feel like I knew what heaven was. I'm not the biggest fan of ice cream, but trust!!! Every time I go there now, I will be getting one. I can confidentiality say, you will find something for just yourself or your whole family that you will love! They never skimp on quality. Their food is constantly fresh. Just give it a try and be like drake and thank me later.

We went threw drive thru and got a sandwhiches on sour dough and it was so burnt it was uneatable. So of coarse we called & my partner sent them a picture of it. And they told me that "oh yeah it happens" WHAT? SERIOUSLY UNEATABLE!! They said that there's hot spots on grill🙄. Well they could of offered my money back or coupons for there mistake. But not even appolige. NEVER AGAIN WILL THOSE CONSTRUCTION GUYS GO BACK N NEITHER WILL I. That's just bad customer service!!!

I love the concrete mixes but they are not too good for the teeth or waist. Oh well, you have to live a little and this is the way to do it. The burgers are pretty good too. The pot roast sandwich is very good.

Wife and I stopped by for a quick bite. Service was fast and friendly. Food was good. Well be going back.

Service was great, food was hot and fresh. Would have been 5 stars but the dining room was messy - napkins and other assorted trash on the floor, and walked past several tables needing cleaning before we found a clean one. The drink/condiment area also needed work. The store was not busy at the time we were there, around 7:30pm.

5 stars for food as it was Culver's quality. Burger had nice seared edges and fries were hot. 2 stars for service (at counter) as this was NOT Culver's quality. We were not greated when we entered restaurant. A customer was ordering at the counter and we waited and waited. There were 4 crew members standing behind the counter laughing and giggling, 2 had their backs to us but 2 definitely should have seen us. Finally they broke their little group and 1 finally asked us what we wanted. The others went about delivering bags to the drive through. The meal was delivered very quickly. I was not at the table so don't know what was said to my husband when it was delivered. Got a "forced" thank you from 1 crew member when we left.

Brought 2 yr old grandson and he ate very well. He a picky eater. Staff were exceptional.

Wish they would sell more vegan items. But they have good french fries. And I know the ice cream is good for those who don't eat vegan.

Great food, cooked fantastic. Friendly staff, and pretty quick service for as long of a line as they had. I definitely will be going back, and most definitely recommend this restaurant to other people. Try the mushroom burger! It's delicious!

Culver's is constantly delivering great service and delicious food. Never doubt that you will receive freshly made to order tasty menu items, and always with friendly and courteous service. Their frozen custard is the proverbial icing on the cake. Wonderful Flavor of the day choices or go with a fresh prepacked taste. I will be visiting Culver's for many years to come and know I will be satisfied with every menu selection I make. They do it right here! Treat yourself, you've earned it.

Overall okay, burgers were a smash burger, fries were a little undercooked. But overall shakes and cheese curds were perfect.

Food was pretty good, deep cleaning needs to be done, lots of staff but most of them didn't want to work

For a fast food chain, it is probably one of the best. The drive through and indoor dining can be slow but the wait for the food is worth it because every time I've had it, it's been hot and fresh. They also have pretty good custard for humans and pups alike! Their pup cups are super cute and the dogs I've taken there enjoy it!

It was my first time at a Culver's it was very clean the service was good and I enjoyed the food. I had a single butter burger and will be going back to try their chicken sandwich.

My experience is the so called managers that run this place...1st off, a 14 yr old manager? Really? 2nd of all, the managers are worthless when it comes to doing anything to help the employees..the response is..I'll send the district manager a text and let her know and get back to you..unreal..if you're not a favorite of a manager, don't expect to get treated with any respect..terrible place to work, even tho you work looong hours to help them out..m

I understand the mask wearing! But nobody else was. Plus we ordered and I ordered mine Togo. Evidently I wasn't clear enough, three times mine Togo... mistake was rolling your eyes at me! I walked away ...a mask does not hide everything.

It's been a while since I visited a Culver's, and it's all as good as I remember from when I lived in WI. The fries are especially nice, shake was great. The grilled chicken sandwich was OK, but a bit bland.

Normally great ordering service at what ever store i go too. This time, I clearly yelled into the speaker, i want 2 large cheese curds. Pulled ahead, got my order, I immediately always look in the bag at my orders wherever I go. Yep, it they were missing! I flagged down the employee, told them, they said sorry, and made it right in 3 minutes!

We drove through and got concrete mixers We love them. They are real ice cream, thick heavy with plenty of our favorite candy added. Much better than other fast food places.

I get the foam on the root beer sucks, I worked for Culver’s a long time ago but literally could feel this was half empty when the guy handed it to me. (Not the first time happened to me at this location.) I let it sit just for a couple minutes and foam was gone, thanks to the runner that brought me my food as she took it and had it filled up for me! Gave 3 stars just for her!
