We always have a great experience when we eat at Toppers. Their staff is wonderful and always smiling. My kiddos absolutely love that they can get what they want and they don’t have to share. The food is yummy and very reasonably priced. Will be coming back soon. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and smiling faces!!!!

We tried their delivery and they were really fast. We had one thin and one hand-tossed pizza. The ingredients were good and we enjoyed it. This is a counter-serve chain that offers pizza and wings and they are open until 3 AM.

Ordered pizza and cinnamon sticks which came in 40 mins even though they said 10-15mins. Then no icing drizzle on cinnamon sticks when I called for them to remake they told me 1 hour. Which turned into 2 and half hours and still no cinnamon sticks. Plus customer service on the phone was awful.

I'm a DoorDasher and usually work the night shift. Each and every time I go in to pick up my orders, the wait staff are so very nice & friendly. I'm always helped right away and if I ever have to wait for an order to be completed, it's not more than 2 to 5 minutes. I've never eaten here, but all the customers I have delivered to say "Oh you have to try it! Their pizzas are incredible!" It's always clean and smells FABULOUS in there! I look forward to trying their food in the very near future! Keep up the excellent customer service!

Very quick and food was phenomenal. They also have vegan options, very good variety of pizzas as well and frozen custard.

LONG wait, an hour and a half past delivery order time (ordered in advance). Only saving Grace was pizza and sticks were quite good. Open late, but I’d recommend picking up since most times it seems delivery has a LENGTHY delay.

Grabbed a great pizza from here. Had a couple of younger gentlemen in there making pizzas for delivery, yet my service was very good. The staff did a great job recommending the best deal for me. The pizza was very good. The restaurant was pretty clean especially considering how fast they were making pizzas. Very convenient location to downtown hotels.

Ordered through door dash while in town. Delivered to our hotel. We ordered a pizza with extra mozzarella and asiago cheese and diced pepperoni and pepperoni. Was really good and we will probably order again while we are here.

Quite frankly this place is amazing. It’s better than any other pizza In the course of human history there have been many memorable establishments but at the end of the day none will be as monumental as toppers. It’s is a god amongst men in the pizza world. Shout out to William. 10/10

This place is awesome!! A few friends and I got some late night pizza and we were welcomed with the friendliest faces. Devon C really made sure all of our needs were met and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for pizza.

The Bacon Topperstix are very good. They are incredibly flavourful. Many of the other pizza places are really bland. The delivery Charge is a little high, but the product quality is right on target.

One of the first times I came in, someone was doing an Elmo impression and was super fun with the group. I went again with a friend and everyone was super talkative and welcoming. Devin welcomed us and was such an amazing person! The other workers were Caleb, Dalton, Billy, Noah, Watt, Riley, and Nick!

i smoke a lot of weed and this place is too good to be true. you can put whatever you want on it. you can get a giant bottle of pop. it's open until 3am. and if all that wasn't enough, there's also vegan cheese. if toppers pizza had a face id kiss it

We ordered on line. Picked up at store. We were in line only moments. The cashier polite and efficient. The pizza was spot on and delicious. So were the nacho sticks. I'm definitely coming back.

Pizza and breadsticks were great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Store cleanliness was good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service could use some work. I was not acknowledged or greeted until I was in the restaurant for about 10 minutes. Had I not already had an online order placed, I definitely would not have waited. However, when I was greeted, Tristan was kind and helpful. He let me know how long it would be, which ended up being a bit quicker. Efficiency was good as far as production. But, I was not pleased with the other male employee discussing some recent discipline for his work attitude so flagrantly with another employee. This same employee also looked at me several times without a greeting or acknowledging I was even there. When our order was ready, Tristan brought it up. I requested plates and napkins because we were just passing through town and heading to our hotel. He kindly offered them along with condiment packs. I specifically asked him for his name so I could give him a personal shout-out. Kudos, Tristan! I really hope he sees this or that his manager does and passes this along. Amazing atmosphere, like a small town pizza place inside the big city, what a gem! Amazing service and even better pizza. Great selection and variety of choices! Overall would definitely try again!

This place has fallen so far downhill. It used to be our go-to for pizza. The last three orders have been completely wrong. This place is no longer our top pizza choice, for the hassle and headache it's easier to have Domino's bring it to us than to deal with the Toppers awfulness. The staff hates customers. We order online but nobody waits on us when we get down there. There were at least eight people there waiting to pick up their orders but nobody would work the counter to help anyone. Every single time it says our order is ready but IF a person comes up to the counter they tell us that they just put it in. So even though the order says that it's ready we're waiting another 20 to 25 minutes. Since we're out of the delivery radius we have to go downtown to pick up our order but every time we go down there now there are five or six cars parked in the street blocking in parked cars. It's a massive traffic hazard and we've almost been hit multiple times trying to get around this cluster.

Remember if you order toppers through Uber and toppers get your order wrong, or you don't get what you paid for, the manager of the store will tell you there is nothing they can do and to contact Uber. I ordered bone in wings and this is what I got..
