I found the framing grill pub on the greene king app. We walked from the Lincoln cathedral to the pub. We were greeted by friendly staff who advised that they had no two people tables available and that we could sit outside. We were not advised of the seated area at the back of the pub with heating and a covered area. It was freezing at the front of the pub at 6-7pm in May on an overcast day. This was our first visit to Lincoln and this pub that was close to our holiday inn hotel up the road. We ordered using the app and the food and drinks arrived quickly. Lovely food unfortunately the heavens opened mid way through our meal. Staff did not advise of the heated seating area at the back. Others sat out the front with us and then discovered the seating at the back. We were soaked before we discovered the heated patio at the back. We walked in soaked and staff still told us they had no seats inside for us. Not the best experience. The toilets were clean and easy to find. If you have a blue light card you can get 20% off the food ordered. I would book at table if we were to visit again.

We visited this pub as our normal one was fully booked. It's part of the Greene king chain, and is lovely and big. I would definitely recommend reserving a table here in the evening, as it can get very busy. There was quite a long wait for the food, but I think that was due to the sheer volume of people coming in to watch the football. The staff were good. The food was lovely and the share platters were delicious. The car park is quite small and not easy to maneuver around. The pub is situated in a retail park, so it's ideal after shopping, but it was too busy for us as we were visiting. There isn't anything for the kids to do which was a real shame. Overall a good place.

Wife loved her food, our toddler enjoyed hers and ate without any major issues. My meal was dry and hard, as if left at a warming unit too long. The staff where fantastic, we went on a Friday early evening so noise levels started to increase as you'd expect from a pub. Honestly I didn't even feel worth complaining about the meal to the staff. More than happy yo go back, seems like a lovely place.

We nipped in as we were out shopping with the kids. It was obviously busy being on a saturday lunchtime. The staff were very efficient and everything seemed to run smoothly as they all knew what they were doing. The food was lovely and very nicely cooked. It all came out together and no cold meals so that's an even better bonus. The staff were all attentive throughout and empty plates and glasses were quickly cleaned away ready for puddings. It was a lovely atmosphere and they had a few parties 🥳 happening too. We and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's always a favorite place to go. Food is always delicious and hot upon arrival. Kids' meals are excellent and fair priced. 2 year old always enjoys them. Had deserts as an added treat this time... definitely a must have if you can. Service and staff are impeccable as always. Thank you for a lovely meal

First time visiting as pub we were originally going to was shut and remembered this one! Was a 1/2 hour drive from where we live as no accessible pubs near us or serving food nearby! Well it was a 1/2 hours drive well worth it!!!!! Staff were unbelievably friendly and extremely helpful, couldn’t do more to help us. I have eating problems and I asked if I could have the 1/2 chicken from the Sunday roast menu, as didn’t fancy a burger or steak, staff asked the chef and he said yes of course! I’ve had chicken before but this was the best I’ve eaten in a pub for a very long time! Cooked beautifully, very moist until the end! Was going to have pudding but we were all full! My partner and father had sizzling chicken New Yorker sizzler which was also delicious! Excellent value for money and very affordable! Drinks were lovely too! Lots of choices DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY COMING BACK

Myself, husband and toddler have been here twice now for the steak fondue. Its really nicely done and a good amount for us to share. I'd personally like a little more camembert but I love cheese and for the price, I definitely cannot complain! The staff are friendly and welcoming, its clean and family friendly. We'll definitely be back! Thank you 😊

We ate here last night after a gruelling drive to Lincoln to move our daughter into her Uni accommodation. We have eaten here plenty of times before and the food is always delicious and the service is excellent. To top it off great value for money and we even get a Uni discount with our Daughter. We had a steak fondue sharing platter😋😋😋😋 and drinks for £25!!

I have attended Johnny’s quiz on a Wednesday a few times now and all i can say is that it is the best quiz ever! As well as this the food is delightful, fast and plenty for all. The staff are always so efficient and super lovely always looking to help at any given time. I really enjoy coming here for a meal and the atmosphere is brilliant, quiz just tops it off! Thanks to all the Nosey team and keep up the good work.
