Valentine Retail Park

Shopping center

🫤 As retail parks go its pretty weak with the options. Would only go if was for something specific. No food outlets, cinemas, bowling alleys etc. Heard of lot of issues with parking tickets as well. People often mention parking, shops, park, shopping, shop, Good, retail, Costa, spaces,

Be careful that you only park for 2 hours or you get a £60 parking ticket. I went to a workshop at hobby craft and then went on to shop and have a coffee which meant I was there for 3hrs 21mins and ended up with the fine.

I enjoy shopping on tritton road, I can get everything I need without going into town. The parking is free & always available which is a bonus & there's plenty to choose from.

Watch how you park. If you park on the line, they'll be straightout to give you a ticket in which yes they take a picture for your penalty charge notice, they just never send it. Then 6 weeks later you'll hear from Debt Recovery Plus when your ticket, you knew nothing about, will be increased to £170 with some very aggressive people on the phone. Last time I go there.

Easy to park, busy but manageable. To Maxx as always full of surprises. Recommended!

Access is currently different from the usual layout while they install electrical charging points. Hopefully, the main entrance will be open again soon.

If you want a TK Maxx near a Hovbycraft and a Costa, this is DEFINITELY the place for you. Five stars, will be dragged to again.

Plenty of parking but always seems to be a problem for some drivers who dither about and create obstructions forcing others to wait and thus resulting in queues to get in and out. Access onto tritton Road can be time consuming and a nightmare.

Beware of the 3 hour time limit for parking! Went over this by 30 minutes and ended up with a £60 fine!

Plenty of designer bargains to be found in clothing, homeware etc. Unfortunately let down by awful carpark. Small spaces, roadway poorly designed so that it gets very busy getting both in and out of the carpark on a weekend. Poor pedestrian access. Only one walkway from one side of car park to access shops on the other side. No marked crossings across any of the roadways - looks like a continuation of pavement but crosses very busy car park roads and is horribly dangerous especially for children who may not realise and fail to stop. Disabled spaces but many lack drop down kerbs. Also be aware there is a time limit on parking and fines for overstaying.

Was unaware that there is a 3 hour limit. One Sunday in June we visited the Park, had lunch in Costa and browsed all the shops finally having afternoon tea in Asda. We got fined £170.00 for 3hrs and 54 minutes. The supposed first 2 letters were not received until the final demand came in Sepember. I emailed the car park company who reduced the fine to £60.00. It costs a fortune to park in Lincoln and now your timed in the out of town shopping areas. Not a good thing for these retail businesses......

Perfect if you want to park your car and go shopping, providing you want those shops to shop at. Looks like they are adding electric parking.

Good selection of stores including Asda Living, Next and TK Max. Parking can be a bit tricky if its busy though.

We don't usually go in Temax (spelt wrong)but Karen wants a pair of navy blue shoes,as with all the other shops we've been in,lost count we came out empty handed. Also tried Asda home no luck there either.

Good retail park in Lincoln. Parking a little tight on spaces, particularly outside Next. Otherwise, nice selection of stores available.

Nice selection of shops. Free car park and disabled at every shop entrance. We visited asda living, cars factory, costa and hobby craft. Lovely choice of shops and love visiting here.

Not bad … stopped at Costa and had a lovely cuppa served by some very pleasant staff. Good parking - it’s a retail park - nothing stand out

I definitely do not recommend it to someone who plans long shopping. I went to this place to buy some stuff for my house and today I received a "surprise" parking ticket for 4 hours parking!! this is some kind of joke!! Guys seriously? It is a retail park with huge shops, sometimes people need more time to do shopping especially when they not local!! I definitely do not recommend to anyone

Usually enough parking, decent variety of shops, be careful though parking in next/Asda living car park and walking to the range as you will be ticketed. They are separate car parks.

Although this Is a review for the retail park as a whole and not the individual shops. I found it easy to navigate with good parking options. I like that they have a Costa coffee with outdoor seating.

Good selection of shops but warning about parking, dont walk from one carpark to the other, there is two separate carparks. You could be fined also there is a 3 hour parking limit on both carparks.

I generally only come here to go to Asda living but with a Costa and a TK Maxx near by to name a couple you can pick u pretty much anything here.

I've been fined £60 for only just touching the parking lines. Regardless of my reason being because the vehicle next to me with his massive suv was on the lines which caused me to do the same! Robbing nasty company called GroupNexus. I will never shop here again and I have shared this online to all friends and family so they are not risking to go there as there vehicles are larger than my car. So now all shops in that carpark are losing out less customers because of GroupNexus.

Parking not long enough for amount of shops and no machines to pay for longer. Got fined £60 for choosing shops over internet shopping, a mistake I won’t be making again. Online shopping is easier cheaper & no chance of parking fines.

Great little shopping spot, I can buy clothes, homewares, art and craft supplies and stop off at Costa for a coffee and chill

One of the nicer looking Tkmaxx locations. Doesn't always look like a bomb went off inside. And has some great deals

  • 5/5 Naomi T. 1 year ago on Google
There is a good range of shops here and ample parking. There's a great pet store with an inside vets and grooming parlour. Grab a drink at the coffee shop.

If you drive a SUV/large vehicle, be very careful. If your tyres are on the lines they will send you a £100 fine even thought the spaces are not really big enough for a modern day vehicle! Never going back!

Good little batch of decent shops with a wide selection of reasonably priced products and free parking, not that I drive, but worth a mention.
