Have visited Carlton Centre several times. Lots of parking available in large lot. Variety of shops available, with food/drink options too and mix of local shops with larger chain stores. Close proximity to hospital too - very convenient for workers there.

Won't go here again. I cant remember the specific day or night it was, but I went in there about 630 on an evening. And all I wanted to do was ask a question about a bike. I went over to the bike counter, waited there for 5 minutes. Until I finally saw someone walk past, and I said excuse me, can I ask you a question. In which he replied, I'm busy come back another day! Was furious! Will not visit this store ever again!

Plenty of choices about shops, it’s quite nice and clean centre with lots of free parking, and it’s very central and easy approachable to the amenities!

Various shops so can get most things needed that can be needed for daily life. Also a good sized carpark with disable parking spaces, on the whole it's a good site and compact. Easier than going into town where carparking can be a nightmare and such a treck to get to the shops

Great selection of shops and outlets for a small space. Everything we could possibly need from gym to coffee shops. There's a bakery, coop, dentist, vets, travel agent, nursery, shoe shop, halfords, dunelm, betting shop, dance studio and more!

A decent little set of shops, covering most day to day needs. Other large outlets, including Lidl, Screwfix, Aldi, Tesco Go Outdoors, Dominos, etc, are on the other side of the road, so a good location generally.

Current shops at this centre include Halfords, Dunhelm, Costa coffee, Shoezone, Pound Stretcher, Boots + others. There is also a post office and some charity shops. There is plenty of free parking, not crowded at all.

Nicely dressed charity shop and very clean and tidy and organized. Just found prices a little steep for me compared to other's . Nice selection of clothes for all ages and lots of everything 👌

I visited the Carlton centre on a day I was at the hospital so just a flying visit really, I went to poundstretchers and was pleasantly surprised at the range of products in store. They're products range from cleaning products to bedding. From bathroom stuff (ie: toothpaste, soap and bathroom cleaning products) to food. Pet food and toys for pets and children, it really is a good place to visit for a look round. I can almost guarantee you'll find something you weren't shopping for but need 😁. Reasonable prices too. We'll worth a trip up the hill for 😊

Good shopping centre with several big highstreet names including Halfords, Dunelm Mill, Boots, Pets at Home, Coop, Pound Stetcher, Mcdonalds, Costa and Peacocks. 👍

Usually stop here while my daughter does gymnastics. The Costa is horrible and McDonald's... No thanks. Therefore we always use the Café in Dunelm, which is better value and really good quality.

It's got a mix of different types of shops. I suppose it depends on what you're after so I can't comment on the entire complex. There's plenty of free parking though.

An excellent place to do some shopping. There are plenty of shops to choose from and lots of parking too.

It's a shopping centre. Sorry but I can't get excited about it. Appears to be nice grounds beyond the shops, maybe worth a look - I didn't have the time when I visited. Otherwise, shops are shops and I didn't notice anything special in range or prices.

Hi, we went to look at Dunelms mattresses. There were about 8 sample mattresses all of all which were all Forgerty. There was a great selection on line but not to look at in store. Very disappointed all together.I need to see and try the mattresses not just look at a picture.

Its a small retail park and like so many these days with no toilet facilities. Parking spaces are small and there is no where near enough spaces

Car park needs a new one way system, But as it's free and with decent shops about ther a not much to complain about.

Got a great range of shops plus macdonalds if that's your thing. I love Dunelm cafe as the coffee is fabulous and quality of food and drinks great at reasonable prices. Often have food reductions later in the day!

These guys here are very helpful , There more than happy to help with anything. From fixing bicycle issues to changing a bulb on your car. There's alot to look at here too. Carpark can be a bit hit or miss as it's the carpark for all the other shops in the Charlton centre but usually a space .

We stopped here specifically to visit McDonald's with our grandchildren. The service at McDonald's was good as it most often is. McDonald's is an occasional treat the kids look forward to and have not yet been disappointed. Parking at the Calrton Centre was easy considering that it was a Monday lunchtime. There seems to be quite a few independent retailers as we as a few chain retailers, such as Dunelm and Halfords. My wife visited Dunelm but came back disappointed saying it was quite expensive and not as competitive as their online shopping. As all shopping arcades and centres, some units were empty. That would probably change if rates were based upon the profit of each unit rather than a set rate per square foot. This is likely to worsen as exorbitant energy and fuel costs close more businesses. Most councils do little to keep shopping areas vibrant and interesting.

Helpful staff although some seem a bit reluctant to offer any form of customer service and would sooner chat to their mates. Clean premises and everything in its place. Prefer the Tritton Road Halfords for customer service.

Shocking at halfords! Staff checked item to make sure it fit our car, went back to collect order to then have a phone call later to say I has TAKEN the wrong item rather than the staff GIVING me the wrong item. I then had to go back to return it and get me item I ordered for it still to be be the wrong item for the vehicle. No apologies, and no way to get the right part in time as from when I originally ordered to the point which they said the item which SHOULD fit my car would be within a 3 week space

Not the best of experiences. Went to Halfords Tritton Road to buy a Joie baby car cot and was told they recommended Joie but the only one in stock was the display model, which they would not sell me. A search of their stock system said there was one in stock at the Carlton Centre branch so we drove up there only to be told that the one one showing on the stock list was the display item - which they would not sell to me!!🤨😑 Eventually drove all the way to Gainsborough and got one in Argos.

Of the different Halfords in Lincoln, this one is my preferred. Really helpful staff who have actually come outside to my car more than once to look at what I was describing and give me the best help they could(twice commenting on a better product). I have found the staff are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in the different products the store sells. The store is always clean and tidy and the layout is easy to navigate with wider aisles and double doors making easy access for disabled users and those pushing a buggy as well as families with young children. I can't fault the staff or store the manager has a great team(of the staff I've interacted with). There has been a couple of occasions where they don't have the product I need(I've a weird colour car) but the staff have given me perfect advice on where and what it is I need. Overall; friendly knowledgeable helpful staff, clean tidy store, wheelchair and buggy friendly, great service. Ample parking outside front of store and in a great location with plenty of other shops nearby.

Small quite church. Sadly not many services, but not many devoted church goers either. Please check Parish magazine for services. Beautiful architecture.

The Carlton center has a good selection of stores to choose from. There is a good quality free carpark with dedicated disabled parking. Entry to the stores is easy going for wheelchair users.
