They don't have the rapid pickup shelf in an easily accessible area for customers, they keep those orders behind the registers. So rapid pickup is pointless at this location cause you can't grab and go! Also if there's a customer ordering we still need to wait for them to finish then we can get our rapid pickup! What's the point of offering rapid pickup at this location if you can't even accommodate for it!

We went to the Lincoln location. We were greeted with a friendly smile. Enjoyed a Greek salad with chicken, macaroni and cheese, both with a baguette. The banana-strawberry smoothie was delicious! Those are my daughter's words.

I went here for lunch and got a sandwich, after eating half I noticed and PULLED out a hair . It was so disgusting and the fact you pay so much for a sandwich it was almost 14 dollars I won’t be going back that is so gross and they’re overpriced any way

I waited for over about 20 minutes before receiving my food, when I receive my food the order was incorrect by far. I ordered a Chipotle chicken flatbread pizza, and it was customized, they literally served a piece of flatbread with nothing but tomatoes and about six crumble pieces of bacon. I paid extra for additional toppings and didn't even receive the original recipe. When I mentioned something about it they all looked at me like I had 12 heads, and then proceeded to ask me "well what was it supposed to be like?", I responded to them "how the receipt says". When I first ordered my food the lady that took my order was able to tell me my order before I even ordered, she repeated it and I told her it was correct in which it was. I also looked at my receipt to make sure she did enter the right ingredients in which she did. When I ask for a refund I was told to wait a minute cuz it will take a while to give a refund. And one of the cooks even attempted to just add the toppings in properly without cooking completely. This was very unsatisfying, seeing as though I am a regular customer who comes here everyday and tries to keep my order to a minimum due to multiple mistakes occurring in afternoon.

Dining room is dirty, tables dirty, carpet filthy. There are no menus available to check what’s actually in any of the items. Cashier did not have any knowledge about what’s in the menu items. Fountain drink area was dirty and needed to be restocked. 1 star since my order was ready pretty quickly.

Monday 6/5/23 @ 715pm $45 for a pepperoni and cheese baguette sandwich (there was hardly any cheese and ab 6 small pieces of pepperoni on 12” sandwich that somehow managed to soak the bread in grease that made it orange bread) that was uncut…I asked to get it cut and the girl cooking said there was butter knives over there you can cut it yourself…it’s 12” long why wouldn’t they cut it…we also got the steak and white cheddar sandwich (came with some kind of disgusting pink pickled onions not listed on menu…for a side we split the lobster Mac and cheese (omg they put the lobster on top and then baked it so the lobster got like rubber and had a strong fishy taste not lobster taste)…meanwhile they gave us bread for sides…who gets bread for a side when the same bread is in the sandwich…the only good things were the the macaroni only in the lobster Mac and cheese and the brisk raspberry lemonade at the fountain…then the same girl (cook with large over side ear piercings shaped almost like a @ symbol)was so unpleasant when asking for take home containers

Ordered at the Lincoln location today and was rather disappointed. My girlfriend and I ordered two you pick two’s which both had an incorrect item. My girlfriend ordered a Cesar salad and received a Greek salad, I ordered broccoli and cheddar Mac and cheese but received broccoli and cheddar soup. The Lemonade was good, otherwise it was a waste of money.

Horrible post covid experience! One person at the counter. Most of the tables were dirty or Xed out for distancing. No one cleaning at all while we were there. No direction on where sugar or milk was for coffee. All different since covid. Very small portions now. We asked for changes on our sandwiches like no lettuce and both were ignored. Avoid!!

First off, I got the agave lemonade & I'm gonna go back again for another one. Also, I got the Smokehouse BBQ pulled chicken sandwhich & honestly, I know what smoked meat tastes like. I've had some good smoked/pulled meat in Texas but this was NOT it. It was good as far as tasty & edible but the smoke & bbq flavor is 99.99% from the good but not special bbq sauce. Also, the sandwhich could have been a bit more toasted. The chicken chipotle avocado sandwhich was super tasty. It didn't look like there was much on the inside but the sandwhich was SUPER pack full of flavor & it was super tasty. I got the regular mac & cheese for this pic with bacon & it was not worth the extra money paying for MAYBE about a quarter of a piece of bacon to essentially be added to my order but the mac & cheese honestly was good as heck. I even tried the broccoli mac & cheese and that was worth it as well. By the way,, their kettle cooked chips smack as well & I'd personally say better than Cape Cod brand chips. Overall, Panera does not give the biggest portion sizes. If you eat a lot, you'll be disappointed but the taste of their food is worth it.

On a Saturday evening after dinner time the service was quick and the food came up within minutes. While the food here does cost more than some other places like subway, there are choices and many of them including healthy options. They have a lot of seasonal choices also which keeps things fresh when you go only a few times a year.

I go there a lot because the salads and it is near the mall. Most of the time, food is OK (remember this is a chain, not a 5 stars specialized restaurant) I just have some remarks, sometimes, I like to go inside to order and some I drive through, like 5 times ordering from the outside, I never got or forks, napkins, dressing, chips, bread or nothing at all, just the salad, who wants to return just to ask for dressing or the bread? you should be more careful, since the prices are not that cheap. Also sometimes, the fruit in my salad is not fresh, it's in the mushy side. And last, fix your reward system, I lost my card and try to get something online, I just can't and only a few cashiers ask you, if you are in the reward program.

Ordered curbside. Had to wait over 10 minutes and then caught a worker cleaning tables outside and asked her to go get it. She was very nice and apologetic though. This happens every time we go there. Thinking about changing Panera stores.

Incredible customer service! Ordered a group order to be delivered and a couple items were missing. I quickly got in touch with the restaurant and the manager, Wendy fixed the order and personally delivered the missing items to us within 15 minutes. Thank you Wendy!!!

First time ordering online from this location, and they forgot 2 items to my order, so I learned next time to open every bag and check everything. Food was good though! Also floor was so disgusting my feet were sticking to the floor.

They’re kind. The restaurant is clean. The staff takes care to make sure the presentation of the food is neat. Good place 👍

Over priced, medium quality food. Slow service in drive through (more like park-and-wait), and the staff lack professionalism. Not impressed, very likely not coming back. At least not to that location.

I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes. The line just moved. The lady on the speaker said the “wait is 15 minutes”. If people order through the drive through and it takes more than 5 minutes (let alone 15 minutes) they should tell them to go wait in the parking lot. Otherwise the people who use the app to place orders are literally stuck in line in the car. My food is cold. This is the second time this has happened.

Took a quick break to grab a late lunch. Panera never disappoints 😍. The food is great (I recommend the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich--it's delicious. Grab yourself an extra side of chipotle, it's very yummy). The staff is friendly and attentive during the brief moments you interact with them. Plenty of outside seating too once it gets a little warmer. Thumbs up Panera! 👍👍👍

Usually, all the dishes I order from Panera are excellent, however, I wanted to try a Greek salad because the picture looked so inviting. I was totally disappointed when I got the salad, not all all what the picture portrayed..about half the size and looked like a salad you would get from McDonald’s or Wendy’s..

This is a great shop. I am in here often with coworkers; the staff is always friendly, the food and drinks are tasty and consistent, and it is a great place to people watch. They always keep the cold teas/lemonades topped off, and always have a good selection of pastries available. I don't often give 5 star ratings, but with the way this store is managed and staffed, they earned it.

WOW!!! The girl at the drive thru Sunday 1/31/21 at 1:15 was amazing! She said her name was Janice I believe An In these times I don’t know what places are open and what places are drive thru only so I pretty much just use drive thru all the time and let me tell you she was the nicest drive thru worked I’ve ever met so patient and friendly. I’ve haven’t been asked about my rewards card at the drive thru before and she asked and it reminded me I do have one. She also told me I could put my money back in my wallet before giving me my food which I’m so use to places basically shoving the food out the window while your trying to put drinks down and have money in your lap I haven’t even eaten my food yet however Panera has disappointed before but even if there was a small problem The service was so good I wouldn’t even be mad! We’re all human mistakes will happen that aren’t ment however kindness is a choice we can all make and Janice made that choice and it made my day!

I ordered through the app and when I picked it up no one said hello when I walked in, they forgot my side sauces which I didn't notice until I got home, and to top it all off I found a big piece of plastic in my mac and cheese. I've been here a few times and have had pleasant experiences but this time was upsetting.

Three times my order has been wrong top to bottom. Tired of getting compensated. Just make my order correct the first time. Smithfield is worth the extra couple minutes.

To the cashier, Susan.. Lighten up! You clearly weren’t in the greatest of moods taking my order. Also, be less condescending, thank you! The lady that handed me my food, thanks for being pleasant and professional. Food tastes great!
