The only place I go for Apple repairs. I can't stand the Apple stores, Best Buy or Jump+ service for Apple products. We take all our Apple products to Mac Outpost for repair. When we need an Apple product Shawn and his team are the first people we go to. Fast, friendly service and no upselling unless we ask for it. I work for large enterprise companies and we take 4-5 machines sometimes for service. They are always fixed perfectly the first time. No extra charges to look at in warranty machines like some other store charge.

Excellent service, they went above and beyond! They replaced the expanded battery in my near dead MacBook Pro. Without asking they went ahead and cleaned the dirt from the inside & the fans and even replaced the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU! They also set-up a fan monitoring/control panel application to allow me to watch my systems heat because of previous overheating issues. I did not expect that level of care with just a simple battery replacement. They easily extended the life of my MacBook by 2 years. Thanks Mac Outpost team!

Being lazy in this industry makes you a con-artist. Brought in my wife's iMac from 2011, the OS was unable to be found. Mac Outpost was hired for a diagnostic, they suspected a defective drive. They officially stated it was a defective drive and offered data recovery services. My wife wanted the data recovered. Thus they charged above their normal recovery rate for their service, quote "had to be monitored during recovery." And added kick in the pants was that it would "cost more" to make it accessable in both windows and Mac OS. None the less, the service was done. And MAC Outpost quoted me on a replacement drive and Full repair. However less than a month down the road, I take a look through the iMac myself and find that the power wires to the "defective" hard disk is not in it's connector. Now this was likely the problem from the start. I have hooked up this drive externally and it is fully functional. OS and all. So at the end of the day it was mis-diagnosed Costing me over $300 in upsold services and $200 if I approved the repair. Had they done their due diligence and the service that they we hired for, they would've found that defect and repaired at cost and a half an hours labour. Roughly $100. Just shows what I get for trusting brand name licensing or affiliates. Very unimpressed.

These guys are AMAZING! So incredibly helpful and thorough. My father has trusted them for repairs and parts for his whole career, so when I thought my 2011 Macbook had met its end, I figured the guys at Mac Outpost could revive it if anyone could. Sure enough! They replaced my worn out hard drive, battery, fixed my LCD hinges, performed some other minor repairs, and my computer is honestly running like new for a very reasonable price (bless this machine!). They were SO quick too, I told them I needed it back by 3:00pm the next day, they were able to do it, and kept me informed of their process the whole time. 10/10 I am so happy with their work!

Everything Apple in Niagara is putting it mildly. I bought so much equipment from this place and the service is outstanding. Shawn and the team take extra care with their customers to ensure that their satisfaction is as plain as day. If you’re looking for an Apple computer or some kind of Apple device, this is the place that not only has the product, but has the service to match. I’ve had a few repairs done here over the years due to my clumsy, thumbs and with each encounter, I walked away with a device that was ready to roll again. Brought my laptop in as it kept telling me my password was wrong. Had not changed it. Been locked out, it wouldn't reset. The guys I spoke with were super nice and friendly. The guy that fixed my laptop was amazing. 100% will be coming here again with any Mac issues and recommending any friends with problems too. Cannot thank them enough!!

I found this store online since I had a very old Mac that still had info on it and I needed to clear it off. I also had a newer Mac I needed to mitigate to my newest one. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to solve my problem. And make suggestions on what I needed for storage to hold all the info retrieved. The service was very fast and friendly and the price was quite reasonable. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs assistance either with their Mac or any other Apple product.

If you ever have an issue with an Apple product, I strongly encourage you to visit Mac Outpost. I have had two different issues with my MacBook Pro, and they were able to assist me both times. Amazing customer service, top notch work and fair prices. HIGHLY recommended!

These guys did a great job repairing my iPhone. I would gladly recommend them to friends or family in St Catherine's looking for cell phone repairs. After speaking with the technicians I came to understand I also service MacBook and will definitely keep them in mind in the future for any repairs.

The guys at Mac Outpost are amazing. I brought in my MacBook Air after spilling coffee in my backpack and on my laptop. As a university student, I need my laptop and the assignments I worked very hard on. The employees here were so understanding and helpful. They did everything they could to ensure I could have my computer back as soon as possible if possible. They were reassuring that they would have a look before I jumped to purchasing a new computer. Derrick was amazing and was able to get my computer back up and running. They were professional, helpful and caring about my situation. I will be coming to them for all of my electronic needs. I was charged around $400 for these guys to do a service they didn't need to do. They misdiagnosed the issue with my computer, which would have been a very simple and cheap fix (under $50). I would not recommend them, as they don't look into things properly.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the condescending dude behind the counter who received my AirPods Pro to repair the well known issues under the recall program. In the end they rejected them based on the date they were purchased (which the dude could see before I left them in his care)! These guys are clowns, using a recall program to bait you into giving them business!

I recently went in to get my iPad repaired after dropping it. Mac Outpost was able to get my iPad started up and charged me nothing to effect the repair! Great guys, great service, I highly recommend them!

Over the last 30 something years I have had many dealings with computer stores " some not so good and some just ok. in 2022 needed to get a new iMac and because of covid 19, I wanted to support our local businesses so I went to the Mac outpost in St Catharines and I must say, they were knowledgeable, friendly and help me pick a iMac for me. I will continue to shop at Mac outpost in St Catharines when ever I need electronics. They are second to none !!

After waiting for months for my computer to be repaired from somewhere else i brought it here. long story short the other guy's work was terrible and my computer was junk. These guys took my new drive installed it in a used machine and cloned all of my information from my old hard drive (once i finally recieved the correct one from the other guy) onto this new to me machine. This computer is great! All of my issues resolved for a fair price and the quality of both the workmanship and customer service is excellent. This is now my new computer shop to deal with, and should be yours as well. 100 % recommend these guys to every Mac owner out there.

I being totally and completely computer illiterate have a knack for crashing, or causing other major problems, i.e. corrupt HD trying to delete a unwanted program. Not only did the Service Department, understand my problems, they fixed it by reinstalling the OS system on a brand new Mac mini M1, get this for free! (I can only assume their rates would be more than competitive!) I couldn't thank them enough! I thought I destroyed a computer in less than three hours of owning it! Thankfully Mac Outpost St. Catherines were able to fix it. I can't say enough good things about this business, maybe "kind and generous" is accurate. Other similar businesses want over one hundred dollars for the same service! (I said I was not computer savvy didn't I? It is not the first time I crushed a computer!) October 2022- Update- I once again sought the service form this Mac Outpost shop, and once again the service was professional, quick and exceeded my expectations.
