They have wide variety of jewelry and accessories with unique and extraordinary designs, also I got big discount with them wouldn’t get it in any other shop !

They are big time liars. When I bought a jewelry set from them, they said we can exchange or sell back to them anytime without a loss. As long as the gold rate is the same price. I hurt me knee really badly, I needed a surgery and I would not be able to work for a year. I told them the situation, it only had been a month that I bought the set. He bought it back for half the price because he knew my situation and took advantage of it. He has lost me as a customer for life. Dishonest and takes advantage of a person when they are down. We even checked the gold rate and it was higher then when we bought it for. I would give him zero stars but it won’t allow me. Stay away from this thief.

My overall experience with them was horrible. Few days ago, I bought a ring from them for my friend on her birthday. Since it was a birthday gift, I have pre-confirmed with them that the gift I was buying can be exchanged. The sales person at the store said we can do that. After 2 days when me and my friend went to the store together to exchange the ring. The sales person was not interested at all to attend us. We ask her to show more designs but she showed only one box and said they don’t have more ring at store. We were disappointed and decided to go to another jeweller on the same day because I really wanted to exchange the ring anyhow. When we showed the ring and bill to another jeweller he told us that they sold the ring on very high price, it worth $360 or $380 but they sold me the ring at $550 and the ring weighed 3 grams only but on the bill it’s 3.3 grams. They also informed me that the ring is not the fresh piece it is used ring. They sold me a used ring without even informing me. You can’t imagine at what point I was embarrassed front of my friend whom I gave this ring as a gift. Totally disappointed, will definitely not recommend at all. With reference to your reply that we didn’t not return to your store after Nov 29th. Let me tell you that I did return with my friend to your store on Dec 6th at around 3:15 pm to 3:30 pm. I am sure you must have CCTV camera in your stire. You can review those before making any false statement.

This is an overdue review on our visit and purchase from this store in summer 2019 for our daughter's wedding. Iqbal (owner) was extremely helpful and guided us in making the right selections and kept reminding us about our budget. A very knowledgeable individual with courteous and friendly service. The staff are attentive and allowed us space and time to make the selection decisions. For the great quality the prices seemed reasonable. Daughter and wife were happy that we went to his store for the craftmanship and quality of items. I would highly recommend Noor Jewellers.

This is one of the best jewelry stores in the GTA. Our family has been buying and selling with Mr. Noor since they were located back in Gerrard St. He and his associates are very knowledgeable and honest people. They treat you like family and are very fair with their prices. Their beautiful designs are very unique and desirable. Noor Jewellers should be the first and last stop for all your beautiful jewelry needs. The store is very bright and very clean. Mr. Noor's well-spoken and friendly manner is what will charm you besides the beautiful jewelery collection.

I think your response speaks for itself. Poor customer service. If anyone had a minute to listen to me as a customer that I was trying to purchase a gift. You need to update your policy to allow customers who are making purchases virtually. It’s 2023. There are way better polite jewelry stores in the Heartland area. Your loss not mine.

Excellent jewelers who provide you honest and great service. You can trade in jewelry as well and we also got ring size and earring adjustments at a very reasonable price. Ms. Aisha was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our visits. Will come back again!

I have never seen any gold salesperson to be so rude or arrogant. I went to buy a nose pin, which is perhaps why I received this mistreatment. I asked to see diamond nose pins, but she wanted to show me zircon nose pins, perhaps judging me by my the way I looked to her. When I asked again for diamond nose pins, she showed the diamond ones, but she was not able to open (unscrew) the nose pins for me to see them open. Not wanting to buy something that was potentially defective and could not be opened, I asked her to show me whatever she had that could be opened. At this point, for no apparent reason whatsoever, she raised her voice to me and told me dismissively that she had told me before to look at the zircon ones and not the diamond ones. When I told her that I still wanted to see the diamond ones, she dismissively tossed the diamond nose pin at me for me to look at. Her body language was so impolite and arrogant. The saleswoman refused to say her name when I asked her what it was. There were no other customers at the store, and disgusted by her behaviour, I left the store feeling that I had been disrespected and discriminated against. I would never go back there, and I went to a nearby store, where I received much more politeness and a better deal. Very disappointing experience, especially in Canada…… I am not sure if it this was brown on brown racism and classism, but it sure felt like it.

Went into Noor Jewellers based on a quick look up on Google. I have to say I was not disappointed. Noor Jewellers breaks the mold when it comes to South Asian jewellers. The store was clean, modern and bright, the jewellery was some of the finest I have seen in determs of detail and clean work on a great modern selection.. I dealt with Rosie who was just amazing! One of the rare jewellers where they treat you like a true customer and listen to your needs and don't just try to push a product on you. Rosie was exceptionally helpful, catered to our needs and came up with some great recommendations, she was kind courtesy, honest and friendly. We ended up buying from the store, but honestly the experience was so nice I didn't want to leave. Me and my wife will certainly be visiting again, if we need jewellery Rosie and Noor Jewellers are going to be our go to!

I went to Noor Jewellers to have a gold necklace repaired . Ayesha was very kind and helpful with sending my necklace out for repair . The necklace was repaired perfectly and I was contacted by Ayesha to let me know that it was ready to pick up . All of the staff were very kind, helpful and polite . This is by far the most reasonable jeweller with variety of designs. Most importantly, they do not push sale, rather they understand your needs and present you with options. Their pull technique and reasonable pricing leaves you with a good bit of consumer surplus, i.e. customer satisfaction. I went with my wife to buy gold for all 5 girls in my family. "Petrified", budget is not the most important to my dearest. Mr Iqbal handled it beyond well and I am proud of his service after so many years in business.
