First of all this is my 1st negative review I left in my life! The blonde short haired manager there has no customer service experience at all. Very rude and unprofessional. She wouldn't let me return a stuffed animal I bought for my little girl just 15 minutes earlier. Her excuse was the TY tag had been off of it. Every retailer in the world has the gun that shoots those little plastic bullets to hang those tags on. Besides that point, my daughter always begs me to go there and to get her something every time we're at the mall. The employees there are great. I think the manager needs to learn from her employees.

Lots of cute things, they always have a sale of some kind going on. Great jewelry, hair things, room decor, and many other items. Definitely a great place to shop for young people or people that are young at heart.

Holy cow! Hair, jewelry and accessories sure have went up in cost since I was small. But in true fashion Claire's offers buy 3 get 3, to encourage you to buy more than you need. 😉 Great for kids and teens (some hypoallergenic choices).

Great customer service! Great selection! When the hell did earrings get so expensive? Oh well, good deals that day.

Cheap costume jewelry geared for children, not a bad place, sort of gender biased

Staff was friendly. But they overcharged us $20 on an $80 purchase. They were very apologetic when I called after noticing the discrepancy at home. The down side, we live over an hour away so I have to make a trip back for reimbursement.. It would be easier if they would just have cheaper set prices instead of constantly have BOGO and price/quantity deals.

Tricky to shop there buy so many get so many sales. You really have to watch it. They will charge for all higher price items and only take off inexpensive stuff. Separate purchases are necessary if buying different price stuff. Kids will get ripped off if you don't help during purchases time.

The lady who pierced my daughter's ears was friendly and gentle. She helped to calm my daughter's nerves and made sure she was comfortable.

Nora did a great job piercing my daughter's cartilage on both ears. Not gonna lie...it was way more expensive than I expected, but they look great.

Great experience getting my ears pierced again! The lady that did them was professional and knew what she was doing. She marked the spots with a pen and asked me if I thought they were straight. She didn't proceed till I was satisfied.

Kymberly did a great job with my ear piercing. I am in my 30's, and love going to Claire's to get my piercings. Affordable, great service, and wide selection of simple studs. 🖤

My daughter went into the store to purchase stuff for homecoming but ended up leaving. No staff for a good 5 minutes in store then a lady had a tag that said Kymberly manager followed her around the store and was making comments about taking earrings when she had nothing in her hand. My daughter is mixed. She called me because I was at bath and body works and came over. The store smelled like pot. The manager apparently was talking to someone via her air pod. Well she walked past and I got a whiff of her she smelled like weed. I told my daughter we are out of here. As she walked out she goes oh unable to get anything because I am watching you. I turned around and said I calling customer service on you.

This Claire's just had a clearance sale of 4 items for $10 and it was EVERYTHING on clearance no matter the price listed. This was in my opinion better than the 10 for $10 sale because of the no maximum on cost of items. I got a pillow a doll and 2 variety of pack of earrings with 8 pair each and not the cheap earrings the ones that are for sensitive ears and that are gold plated. Highly recommend for people with little girls who like to dress up and you wanna save some money!

No sales person in sight for a GOOD 3-5 minutes! Smelled like marijuana in the store. I thought about shoving handfuls of merchandise in my pockets, just so someone would come out of the back room & help me!
