This company just opened a new location in south lincoln in early December 2021. The inside is still slightly under construction, but everything is clean, tidy, and modern. Plenty of seating and ample parking in the area. The shop has a long list of coffee drinks and smoothies. They also have a limited selection of food items, a few sandwiches, bakes goods, yogurt, and overnight oats. My cappuccino was great and the staff were all very quick and friendly. Excited to have a local coffee shop in this area and look forward to visiting again.

My husband and I were impressed by the kindness and care of the owner. We didn't realize they were closed and she saw us trying to come in and popped her head out to say sorry she was closed. She offered to make us something anyways on the house. She was so kind and easy to talk to. She made my husband a quick coffee and gave me some water. We were wiped out after helping with a wedding and it felt like such a relief to be cared for and seen. She was thoughtful and took time for us outside of normal business hours. That says a lot about the character of those who own and run New Day Coffee, and that is something worth supporting. I hope you visit and enjoy being part of a local business who sees people as more than profit.

I keep driving by and by and finally remembered about this place! I was in the mood for a good iced Latte and that is definitely what I got!! Tried the almond Joy and mmmm...mmmm...mmmmm! So good! Thr dark chocolate and coconut flavors were on point! The lovely lady that helped me was kind and patient!! I will be back!

Checked out New Day Coffee - Lincoln, NE the staff was very friendly and all smiles. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the coffee was excellent. Highly recommended.

I feel this feedback may help with a more positive customer experience. Small businesses are very important, so it’s important that we communicate with each other to maintain pleasant & trusting business-customer relationships within this community. I’m a latte person myself. They’re consistent most of the time, depending on the barista. Maybe a couple baristas misunderstanding the proportions.. never anything I can’t tweak to make better at home. It’s just the price point versus inconsistency that throws me off, paying over $5.50 for a latte that could potentially be tasty is hard to justify. With that being said, milk substitutions are a whopping $1.50. I’m not certain how unrealistic that is, but they’re 80¢ at Starbucks. Another difficult thing to justify, when stopping for coffee is somewhat of a habit. The rewards system/app could use a serious facelift. For example, if you have $10 in rewards (which costs 100pts, not sure what the pts per $ situation is, but my spouse and I take a few months to rack that many up), then use that reward towards a $5 item, the rest of the reward is gone. As in you just spent $10 on a $5 drink. I’m also uncertain why there is a QR code to redeem/earn points on the app when the barista is going to ask for a phone number regardless? I fully understand nobody is forcing me to be a customer here, but like I stated before, I would rather see a small business improve on the little things than to just not support them altogether. The customer service is fantastic & quality of ingredients are great. There’s always room to improve.

The service here was awesome. This was my first time stopping by and the staff made great recommendations and were super nice. The smoothie was also delicious and I do really feel like it's tough to find a solid smoothie that gets flavor and texture right. They succeeded. I got the Einstein.

On the days I dread going into work, New Day makes it better. Their bright-smiled baristas, yummy goodies, and quality drinks always start my morning off right. So glad they put their new storefront right by my office!

The best Mac and cheese I have had in quite some time! My friend also loved the grilled cheese here! Made with so much love and the drinks are excellent as well!!!

You can't go wrong with New Day! Lots of great healthy options on the menu, space is always clean, and the baristas are the friendliest! Only wish is that they stayed open longer Highly recommend the Green Goddess and Velvet Elvis smoothies:)

My favorite New Day location. The staff is nice and efficient. Favorite drink is either blackberry lavender oat milk latte or London Fog. (Hard to choose)

I needed a coffee and was in Firth. Saw New Day Coffee and went in and had a Lavander Latte. OMG, it was so good. Went to the one on 15th and Pine Lake(?) And had a Blackberry Latte. So good. Love the range of flavors. Going to try a Blackberry/Lavander next time. If they let me.

Some of my favorite coffee in Lincoln. Their iced lattes are delicious and high quality with a huge variety of flavors. I’ve also gotten their breakfast sandwiches and a few pastries…also amazing. Their smoothies are great too! Plus, the atmosphere is perfect for a coffee date, reading, or working.

This is my new favorite coffee spot. I can't wait to try everything on their menu. They are super friendly and the prices are affordable. They have so many flavors and a huge menu. I love it 100 times better then Starbucks or scooters. Guys. Try it.
