Honestly wow. Not only do they take over an hour to arrive, while other places only take 40ish minutes, they also overcharge for their food. Which would be fine if it was of higher quality, but its not. Its so bad i have to force myself to eat it

I have always loved there pastas. I went in there a week ago and ordered my food it took them 45 minutes to go from start to finish. While I waited the tables where messy the floor had paper on it. The person who took my order that evening would much rather be on her phone than clean the dinning room. And the bathroom for the women at least was a mess. Toilet paper everywhere. Also I asked for no cheese on my garlic bread they gave me one with cheese and one with out cheese. I like the one on 48th and Lowell they are way better at customer service than this location will ever be.

Pizza is good, people in restaurant are nice and helpful, i were the davinci’s customer for years but the guy answered the phone is very rude, i ordered on phone on last Wednesday and he just so rude hand up the phone when i try i told him: “can i have a masterpeaces pizza ,Medium size”, I made the phone call second time is same rude guy. Very disappointed and never come back again.

Went for lunch on December 10. Not busy, sweet new employee working. We ordered a half Italian with extra meats and veg and a whole Philly Cheese Steak, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Firstly, drinks were musty like lines or ice make has mold. I don't know ow which but it is definitely one of them. The place is dirty and unkempt looking. The kitchen, what you can see of it, is horrible. Not a clean surface to be seen. Fries tasted off like the freezer, and it tells me they have an insulation problem and frosting on product. This tells me the kitchen is exactly how I suspect. Sandwiches were nothing great. The Philly was dry and tasteless. The Hoagie were not toasted. Overall, without seeing the dumpster that I would 100% bet money on is a wreck, I can give it a solid 2. Here's to hoping I won't have diarrhea later. Total was $29 and some change before tip.

Always friendly staff in store. Great pizza recommend Philly cheesesteak pizza.

Food is good. The people taking orders or fixing the food or delivering it have a problem. Not sure where the issue is. If you drive there and order and check before you leave then there are fewer places to mess up

Their app has always been troublesome. Wouldn’t work at all tonight, called their number and I asked if they were having trouble, the girl snapped “I don’t know I don’t work for the website but Incan take your order.” I was stunned for a sec and replied “I didn’t think I called IT, has anybody else complained?” And she hung up on me. Tried calling back, hung up on me again! So, we are having Piezano’s tonight! Better quality pizza and still local!! Won’t be supporting the Knudsen family anymore!

I love this DaVinci's location. The staff is always friendly, the service is prompt, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed. I recommend this location.

I don't think their Barbecue Chicken Pizza is as good as it used to be. The last couple of times it has been kind of missing something. It's not tasteless, just not great, and it used to be great. I won't be ordering this pizza again.

Always consistently good. The spicy Leonardo plus bacon plus pineapple is the best pizza ever.

Awesome guys but man, "Nothing-But-Bread" hoagies, pretty sloppy pizza, and I'm pretty sure my wings were microwaved.

Literally ordered 2 12inch cheesesteaks with extra cheese and extra meat, paid extra for both and when I went to pickup I made sure that they made sure to make it with extra cheese and extra meat, and yet we drive all the way home 30mins from the location, to see that neither one has extra cheese or meat. This isn’t the first time, and it’s super frustrating spending additional money, and double checking with the restaurant when we get there, just for it to be wrong. Yet again wasted money and time. Of course tried to call with no answer, so now I’m writing a review. We use to go here once a month and now I don’t even want to come again. No matter how good the food is, overpaying for the bare minimum is just not okay.

Something tasted very off and chemical like with our pepperoni pizza tonight, like what I imagine melted plastic would taste like. Also the instructions (light on the sauce) were completely ignored and our pizzas actually had extra sauce.

Ordered a beef cheese steak and they gave me chicken instead. I wouldn't have been that annoyed about it but there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. I was already nervous when my co-worker handed me the container with the sandwich in because it seemed to weigh almost nothing. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. Probably better off with Fazoli's...

I just sand to leave a wonderful review here because the atmosphere here is so warm and wholesome. Everyone working is so kind and puts a lot of heart in all they do! The workers all deserve praise and respect for all they do day and night at their job here. You guys are awesome! Sending warm hugs and cheerful vibes your way! 💗

My sister actually opened this restaurant over 30 yrs ago. Good pizza but I prefer their subs.

Fun and good food. This is not a fancy Italian restaurant rather a fast food approach with a great little dining area. Kenny took our order and within minutes we had two orders of pasta - one marinara and one Alfredo linguine- a salad, bread and two drinks all for $25. Sauces were good, bread was hot and Kenny was extremely polite.

Great food a little over done and not enough sauce but personal preference. Still good!

DaVincis hot hoagies are always a “go to” when I am craving a hoagie. Something about the bread, the way they toast it, the melted cheese or sauces…it’s always a winner. The staff is friendly and do a great job.

In town visiting & looking forward to DaVincis. Dissapointed. Good cheese steak sandwich but stingy of the fillings and fries weren't fully cooked. 2 combo meals $27.

Ordered baked chicken fettuccine Alfredo, the sauce was not fresh. I ordered this with a ice tea. The price on the menu said $8.95 and it included the drink. My total when rang up was $14.74. I inquired why $8.95 plus tax was $14.74. The cashier said the reason was on my receipt and did not seem to care or answer my question in any way. I got my receipt asked the cashier why and he just stared at me. Rude I thought, expensive, and food quality sucks. Just go to Valentino's dine in on 35th and holdrege, a guaranteed better experience. I'd give the davincis on 46th and IO a negative number if it was an option
