My husbands ring had been too tight and hurting for months . We tried everything to get it off at home. We were going to go to the doctors but decided to try and cut it off first. They were super helpful and kind over the phone and again when we came in. When they realized they couldn’t cut it off do to the metal they used windex and got it off! They got nothing from helping us but we are so grateful! Stand up people who I will absolutely do business with them in the future

My husband died recently and I took his wedding ring into Lincoln Jewelers to have it resized to fit me. The woman who helped me insisted that I should have it back as soon as possible and had the jeweler resize it immediately , so that I would have it for the memorial service the next day. What wonderful and understanding people own and run Lincoln Jewelers. Lincoln is fortunate to have their shop in town.

Will never recommend this jewelry store to anyone. I went in to see if they could cut my ring off. The lady said that the jeweler just left. I couldn't go back the next day. So I called Thursday, left a message to have them call me back. Here it is Sunday, and still not a call from them. Went somewhere else tohave my ring cut off. Was VERY SATISFIED on how they treated me. Will definitely go back to get my ring resized and fixed.

The people who work here were so friendly. One of the hoop earings that my husband gave me before we got married, the latch broke after 24 years. I took it to Lincoln Jewlers and they fixed it for me the same day. I would highly recommend them.

So recently something hit my watch and broke the band. So I called the Lincoln jewelers today to see if they could fix it and sure enough they said yes. So I brought my watch in and they repaired it within a few minutes. The store was quaint and the people there were so friendly. Everything was well put together and when I asked them how much it would be to fix the watch they told me it was free of charge! I've never even been in the store before and they just helped me out. Great service! I will defiantly go here when I am in need of buying some jewelry or a new watch... Thanks so much guys!

i love this jewelry store. they had always been very good to my mom so when my ring needed a prong fixed she told me to go here. they fixed my ring free of charge. i have had them replace my watch battery, it was only $8 to do so. and last, my husband bought me a new wedding set somewhere else for Christmas. it needed to be sized so i went here. it was a tad expensive but you get what you pay for. instead of just stretching the band they added white gold to keep the band sturdy and not weak, which is why i needed a new wedding set after I went the cheap route with my last set and went somewhere they just stretched the band and it broke. at lincoln jewelers they did it right and its the same thickness as when i bought it. i also had them solder it together. im very happy with the results and didnt mind paying more for the quality of work. i absolutely love it. i will never go anywhere else. i have yet to take my other set in but i spoke to them about it and they told me they will be happy to fix it when i do bring it in. i will be doing that very soon as i just dont trust my jewelry with anyone else any more. and they are super nice which is always a plus!

Big fan of this place. Have used them several times for watch service and battery replacement. They’re quick and responsive. Recommended!

Terrible experience here. I do not recommend. They dont care about the customer at all although they pretend to, to get a sale.
