    I only give one star because I can't give anything less. I made more than 40 calls in 1 day (I know I'm exaggerating but I'm extremely urgent to speak to the doctor) and they don't answer the calls. They even turn off the phone.

    They never answer the phone, I don't know what the employees at that health unit do. At this time we are going through, more than ever we would need the support of our health center. I am forced to go there to resolve matters.

    Terrible service. The Reception Guide advises making contact via telephone rather than in person. It turns out they never answer the phone. However, the team of doctors and nurses is 5*. It's a shame that this situation has persisted for years and has never been corrected.

    I was sitting in this center, I called when the phone was unoccupied... I tried 4 times.... and the phone was ringing but no one answered. The doctor is 5 stars but the administrative part is terrible!

    SHAMEFUL service. I had to move out of town on PURPOSE to make an appointment for my mother. Even when the room is empty, they simply don't answer the phones. This administrative attitude, full of sieves with the obsession that they are doctors, is disgusting. They should be fired

    This comment refers only to the service secretariat and there is no medical team. The secretariat does not deign to answer the phones. Today, forwarded by SNS 24, I tried to call to find out when I would have my emergency appointment, but they obviously didn't answer. I traveled, in pain, for 20 minutes just to arrive and receive the information that the appointment would be at 7:15 pm. I went there for nothing, just because they weren't deigned to answer the phone. The SNS lacks a lot of things, but some of the problems start precisely with what already exists there. We are people, we are not trash. I don't want to imagine the same thing happening to a 75-year-old, it's too bad.

    Uma vergonha, os telefones tocam e não atendem. Culpa é do chefe dos administrativos. Se não tem competência corram com ele. Alguém ponha mão neste centro.

    They arranged this one of the appointments, one or two people are missing then they are there doing nothing. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails. I was there and everything is by appointment, they don't treat someone who is bleeding, it has to be by appointment. And to make a mark you have to go there, because we live as we did 200 years ago. Until people are fired, the situation will not be resolved.

    They don't answer the phone and with so much data protection and doctors don't have an institutional email so that patients can send exam results and others, they have to send it to the general email. This health center is a shame. And they still want people to go to health centers before going to the hospital.

    This comment is intended solely and exclusively for telephone support. This Center never answers the phone. I don't know why they have a telephone line if they never, ever answer the phone. I've called at different times of the day, from 9am to 7:30pm, and they never answer the phone.

    Nursing and clinical staff are the best, but administrative staff leave a lot to be desired. The phone at this USF is useless, they never answer. Send an email for a response within 5 days. The User must agree with the disease to make an appointment. And who can't send an email? And who can't go to USF? Poor our elderly.
