    I would like to give a better rating due to the good service provided by the doctors and nurses, but unfortunately the reception leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the reception service remains the same as it was 1 year ago when I made the review. I've been calling since yesterday and no answer. Either they take the phone off the hook to constantly give a busy number or they simply let the phone ring for hours on end or it is often hung up by the reception staff themselves, as I have seen many times in the waiting room. The same situation applies to emails, practically in all of them an automatic message is sent that nothing can be processed by email. In other words, both are practically non-existent. The situation has persisted for centuries and there has been no solution to the problem, always the same excuse of lack of people, too much work or that they are not at reception and are constantly answering phone calls, as a new employee told me a few weeks ago. The center director must hire competent employees who are not constantly smoking during working hours or while chatting. It is not acceptable for a health center to go hours on end without answering the phone, a lack of respect for users. Users who pay your salary.

    I was calling for 2 days every hour to make an urgent appointment and they never answered, I went straight to the health center and saw the 2 employees in the conversation ignoring the calls! This isn't the first time they've done this! It's a shame

    It is unacceptable for a health unit not to answer the phones, not everything is handled by email because they don't even respond to emails, especially because there are many users who do not know how to use email and have difficulty getting to the health unit. I have already seen that they are idle in conversation and do not answer the phone which is muted.

    It's been my health center since prefabricated. I have no negative reviews that undermine the service. There's nothing like using your email address instead of your phone number for contact or establishing an email connection with your family doctor. This is a family health unit, otherwise contact Sete Rios.

    In times of COVID, go and find out why they don't answer the phone. They only accept appointments via email or in person; tense considering that those who most need a doctor don't look for anything on the internet and the like.... Thank you for nothing! Not a warning next to the phone number or anything; the phone rings and says I'm on the waiting list and half an hour later I'm still on the waiting list; I want to go there with a sledgehammer in my hand...!!!

    Answering the phone is worse than your health. I spend 24 DAYS trying to speak to the health center and no response. When you get a response, friendliness is 0. Not to mention the times I called while waiting in the waiting room and my suspicions were confirmed. The "doctors" have their phones removed from their holders so they won't ring. What daughters of ****!!!!

    They never answer the phone. I called more than 30 times in the same day without success. It seems like they take the phone off the hook to constantly give a busy number. When we contact you by email, they send an automatic response indicating to call in urgent situations. With a competent medical team, the reception leaves a lot to be desired...

    I've been calling the Health Center nr 217112310 for two days, and no one answers the calls, so as well as being  incomprehensible, it's at least caricatured, so I won't elaborate any further. As a user and citizen who pays taxes so that the SNS works at the service to citizens and considering the period of instability that we are all going through, the board or administration of this health center should have some concern and consideration for users and review the means of providing care to them.

    I was very poorly received by a nurse at this health unit, nurse JoĂŁo Martins. Due to the waiting time, his arrogant attitude in the service provided inside his room, always with a sarcastic tone of voice analyzing my clinical situation... after this less than warm reception, I ended up refusing to receive treatment from this Mr. . A completely false scenario was reported among his teammates, regarding the situation that occurred inside his treatment room. His colleagues did not witness what actually happened inside the room, as this gentleman kept a low tone while devaluing the pain he was enduring at the time, always making derogatory comments about my health. Having said that, my stance and that of those who accompanied me was one of revolt. However, in the eyes of his colleagues, the patient responded badly, I repeat even without them having been present at the events that occurred previously, inside this nurse's room. The right to health and equal treatment to which we are all entitled by law was not reflected in this health unit. Therefore, in light of the above, I will not return to this center again. Our justice has its time that we know me, long, but divine justice never sleeps.

    A banal health center like all the others. Telephone support does not exist, stop deceiving patients, by email it depends on the day, whether the person responsible for the answers is feeling well or not, whether or not they saw the little yellow bird. If it is in person, it is inconceivable how they treat the work, they are sick people who do not go there because they like it, they border on incompetence for the service they should perform.

    Could you please answer the phone? 3 people have been calling since 9am and nothing!! How is it possible? If you have a lot of calls, how about adding one or two more lines?!
