Don't know if this is under new management but have noticed significant improvements over the past several months. Employees are always super kind and helpful. The food? It's McDonald's but at least the fries are always HOT

Overall pretty good. Friendly staff. They date code their ice tea here so you know how old it is which is pretty cool. Haven't seen that level of control in other McDonald's.

Did not get her name, but the young lady behind the counter is the definition of fast food - never seen anyone move that fast at ANY restaurant fast food or otherwise. Thanks also to the gentleman who quickly cleaned up my spill. Best McD's in the area.

This McDonald’s is always quick and friendly. They also always give my dogs treats and get my order right :)

I love coming to this one Lindenhurst is the best McDonald's around I say this with love we eat alot of McDonald's with 2 teens so I do wanna say I stopped coming to this one for a while till a new manager took over and she whipped this store into shape people are more friendly the store is cleaner the food is a ton better and my order is always correct we have alot of picky eaters in my house but I wanna say thankyou jenessa you are awesome 👌 you work so fast and efficiently and your personality to boot is above and behond I look forward to seeing you agian keep smiling keep doing what your doing cuz us lil folks notice what a wonderful job you are doing

This location is always clean and very quick service! The food is always fresh and have not come across any issues. Highly Recommend.

I have been a regular recently, since taking an evening class. I usually order in the app when leaving the campus. I'm not sure it is faster than ordering in the drive through, as I've done both. (It's less than a ten minute drive). Food is usually fresh, the staff friendly, but did have one incorrect order in the past couple of months. I wish there was a way in the app to not order straws, as the lids here don't require them. (They always put some in the bag).

Great restaurant. Good service. Grimace milkshake was a bit meh. Not their fault. Really good service and great quality of food.

I tell everyone, the Lindenhurst McDonald's has the BEST Diet Coke mix in Lake County, maybe even the world 🌎!

Sadly everytime we go they get the order wrong. We ask for a plain cheeseburger and it comes loaded everytime. We won't be going back.

One of the, if not THE, slowest McDonald’s around. Very understaffed. Can be very friendly depending on what time you’re there.

I sat in the bathroom for 45 minutes waiting for an employee to wash my hands why the hell is the employees must wash hands sign their then ???!!!!!!

One of the worst McDonald's. Rarely get an order correct. I usually drive to Lake Villa even if its out of my way. I stopped there today (mistake). Ordered McMuffin and Hash Browns. Got home, no hash brown but they charged me for it.

I went to McDonalds at 10:30 pm. The fries were cold and barely salted, the Big Mac tasted like it had been cooked hours before...literally. The bread on the quarter pounder was on the verge of stale and was WAY overcooked. (Or was under a heat lamp for hours) I will NEVER eat at this location again.

Very friendly and accurate employees. The outdoor waiter/cashier (NewYork accent) was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful to me when placing my order. The young man who handed me my order had a big smile; wished me safe travels home and to enjoy the rest of my day. When choosing McDonald's as a dining option, I always choose the Lindenhurst location even though a few other McDonald's restaurants are closer to my home.

This place is going down hill. Employees as well as Mangers are rude. Employee threatening a customer with calling their Dad as the manager giggles! Place is slow and a little dirty. So unprofessional. I can’t believe the way the young employe was speaking to the customer.

Came in 9pm after really long day at work, they were clearly upset to see me even though they close 2 hours from now, long story short they stuffed my burger with onions, i mean jokes on them because I love onions, still rude and disrespectful, I said have a good night, b**** didn’t even have the decency to say it back.

Well when they handed me my Sunday it was over filled. When they put the lid on carmel and melted icecream ran out all over the cup. They didn't even wipe it off.

Very friendly staff. Every time I go inside to order, they don't ask me to use the kiosk to order. They might take a few moments to acknowledge me but they are happy to help with my order. They smile and sometimes laugh with me. I recommend the Lindenhurst McDonald's anytime.
