Went to this McDonald's on the 4th of July after checking that they were open on Google. When I got to the window I didn't here anyone ask me what I wanted so I asked are you open and I got a reply stating no sorry. Then this young man said have a nice day. So as I was driving off I looked at the food pick up window and saw people working so I backed up my car and I had a fit that this embasil trying to punk me like that. Anyway I got the manager énvolved and I hope he lets all his employees know that messing with customers will not only hurt McDonald's reputation it will get them terminated. I wouldn't recommend this store not only because of that I've also gotten my orders wrong or cold in the past.

Haven't been to a McDonald's in years .. was in a hurry so hit the drive thru. Got home to a Quarter Pounder w cheese on one bun with no bun on top lmaoo

How do they have the DRIVE THRU OPEN? When there are doing construction on the exit to get out? They have nobody they're standing and telling people what's going on? The managers just all laughed in the back while they're Unpacking the shipment. You gotta get better people to talk to the The drivers.

The food is good. Sorry, Burger King has much better fries. Service is good but never really friendly every time I take my daughter here. Never a hi or hello, or have a nice afternoon or evening. Sorry, but not sorry. I will always visit places more if the staff is just customer friendly and the food is good. Not customer friendly, only visit once in a while.

This place is nothing but trash! First, every time you drive to the drive-through you’re sitting there waiting for 25 minutes then you order and they can’t get it right! Nobody in this McDonald’s knows what they’re doing! I will never go back there again and I don’t recommend anyone else going there as well. Absolutely horrible.🤬 this is what you get on a crispy chicken sandwich no sauce nothing except for buttered pickles. Dry it’s just nasty.🤮

The manager or lead shift , which ever title Nancy holds . Does not need to be in her position. She’s completely rude and incompetent at her job. Holds no value to McDonald’s reputation at all. Was inappropriate in front of my children with her Ill intentions.

This place is Trash. The place is dead for a reason. Their food be sitting out. They give you left over food after 9pm. I asked for cooked to order and the food came out cold. Food was Very stale. Go to the other Lindenhurst McDonald’s on 221 Sunrise hwy. their food is fresher.

This McDonald's is Very nice and the Staff are very Friendly! But the Prices of Items can be very pricing!!! Fast Food is not a Good Choice by all Means!!! Save your money, and Cook at Home 🏠!

They mess up orders all the time and barely fill their fries. There’s another location a mile away. Skip this one.

This is an awesome McDonald's! It's newly renovated, clean and efficient. The dining room is nicely appointed and modern. The staff is friendly and they do a really great job. Our orders are always correct even though we often have special requests like no bun, extra onions or no ketchup and pickles. Definitely the best McDonald's in the area!

I Always stop by this place is such convenient because is close to my house.

"Whenever my family is in the mood for a quick bite McDonalds is one of our go-to spots. Not only is the food consistently good, but the playground is a real lifesaver for parents like me who are looking for a moment of peace while enjoying their meal.

I made a pickup error on my app purchase. I input the wrong location and when I got to the location I wanted, I realized my error. Instead of sending me in a direction that I didn’t want to go, the manager Anna, took care of me and fixed my error. She was a sweetheart. I’m glad to see there still are people out there who want to help others and make things easier. She’s an asset that I hope McDonalds realizes they have. Thank you again Anna!!!!

McDonald's is getting cheaper by the day. How do they charge $11.29 for a LARGE Big Mac meal. And give a LARGE fry with the meal but the large frie doesn't even fill the fry container halfway. How does this make sense??????

Terrible experience today with the manager onsite was taking drive through orders. I order my meal and said coke no ice, fries no salt (she sighed inside the microphone) and fresh chicken. Who's time I'm on while waiting? but mines, the audacity of a manager to conduct one business in that manner. I'm spending my money for her services that she's obviously not comfortable providing. This place needs a better management system thats willing to provide the services one ask for. ie. My coke has ice in it, fries has salt, I guess she only heard fresh chicken please.

I've been going here for a very long time, like 10 years. They seem to hire good people and they're track record for not screwing up orders is really really good compared to many others. Great job.

Very poor walk in service. Not busy, yet we stood for 10 minutes with no service. We walked out finally and went to McD on Sunrise. Service and food there were great.

Try to avoid fast food but this McDonald's is really nice.Has 2 drive-thru lanes.Dining area is large very clean believe they have a kids play area also.Staff friendly last visit cashier took time to help me with McDonald's app never used before.

Love it here because of the playground and sometimes they even bring you your food became of the kids. Just to update, they have a brand new indoor playground, higher than the previous one and the kids really love it. Glad they decided to do this while it was closed down during covid, it's much better and cleaner. The staff still brings you food while the kids play so you don't have to take your eye off of them.

When you go to a fast food restaurant... a drive-thru no time ever no matter what day or time it is should you ever wait 45 minutes it's pathetic and I will never go to this place ever again it makes me sick to my stomach not to mention the food is horrible for you and they charge you a fortune for everything f mcdonald's!

This place is horrible. I went to get breakfast. I asked for sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. They gave me ham, egg, and cheese. He didn’t want to change it just because I speak Spanish and he say I need to ask the right way next time so he finally change it. but with a big attitude. That I have to learn English. What kind of thing is that?

Friendly and helpful staff. Store is neat and has been updated. Could use some better seating for a larger group and not everyone likes their legs dangling from a stool.

It's McDonald's. Service in the drive thru was ok but the kid taking the orders didn't seem to be paying attention.

Wish my filet o fish were consistent.Depending on times of the day its either hot or warm.Crispy or mush. Frustrating for a premium product. Guess the kids making the food don't really care or that's the training.

My fries got cold quick but the food was wonderful.
