    So sick of the poor quality. I order only fish filet sandwiches. The sauce is usually not enough and only on one side of the sandwich, leaving the other side dry. Today I ordered extra sauce and this is how I received my sandwich. Come on, you have to do better! Ridiculous!

    This place has really gone downhill. Staff is rude and food is awful. Used to be my go to for breakfast, but after 3 bad experiences, plus today, never again. I'll keep my $ and save my time. Hash browns were so greasy my car smells like dirty grease/oil. Walked in the hse, looked at them and wrapped them both in 2-3 napkins to absorb the oil. Not too successful, so I went BACK to them,asked for new ones and the hash browns I received were just as bad and inedible. They acted like I was being unreasonable when i was very nice and understanding. With all this, it took about 40 minutes of my time, so the rest of my food was cold by then and I then warmed it up in the microwave. Horrible customer service, staff and food. Drive a little further down the White Horse Pike and get breakfast from somewhere else. Pple that don't care about someone else's business/product is like a cancer, eating thru it. This place definitely needs to make a change.

    Never get your order correct! This happens often! I keep trying to Give the benefit of the doubt, but... idk this is ridiculous

    By far the worst McDonald's in the area. The service is slow and rarely accurate. Just received a Big Mac that had no burger no cheese no condiments on the top half, just two buns on top of each other. This place needs an employee overhaul from top to bottom. They're absolutely awful, and that's the only thing they do consistently.

    Had to run some errands but stopped by McDonald's first for the $6 deal Spicy chicken, fries and drink. Everything was fresh made which made it really good! No pictures...I ate it all 🤣😅

    McDonald's is McDonald's it's quick an easy but ...for it to be fresh ya gotta go as soon as they make them or after the lunch run,an most of the time the milk shake mechaine is broken hopefully when u get there everything is good to go

    I go to this location frequently because of its proximity to my work and every single time I get the same thing and give them one simple extra instruction. Never fails every time they just don’t do it for me. It takes two seconds to heat up food. I even tried switching up the way I ask even though every other location seems to hear me just fine. I never have time to pull back around either to tell them because my breaks aren’t long.

    The order was place incorrectly after to havin to say 3 times. It was then not rung up and then the manager with the orange hair who should've did better getting communication at the window to make sure what was wrong with the order. Let the random drive thru person tell us it will be handled up front. To then wait and the order still be missing a fry. And how she didn't charge for the strawberry milkshake that was made with out whip cream when asked without. As if no one wasn't trying to pay for it. It was the principal at this point that u should've just gave the fries for free for all the inconvenience, and it wasn't even busy. Teach moment , dealing as a manager, you might want to get all the communication amongst your employees before you come out to the customer looking stupid. It's unprofessional, and no one told you to pick that job if you can't handle burgers and fries.

    Stopped for something to put in my husband stomach so he could take his antibiotics. Went into order. Floors were slippery. And not like wet from the rain. It looked like there were plenty of employees. Because there were some waiting for ppl for the drive thru. There were 2 ppl in line. No one at the drive thru. So why not. More times than not. We have to pull up and wait. My husband doesn't stray from his normal. 2 double cheese burgers and a fry. After ordering we as normal we had to wait. He should have checked the order when I handed to him. Needless to say there was 2 regular cheese burgers. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    In line, at 10:30am, ordered two breakfast sandwiches ($6 each), waited in a line that was pulled off to the side, to get two get MICROWAVED biscuits that were hard, on the bottom, and not cooked. I couldn't finish what I paid for. Disappointed.

    Salena took care of me and my son and went above and beyond to try to make sure that we had a phenomenal experience I truly appreciate her hospitality and her customer service. Coming from a retail background as a store manager we pride ourselves on taking care of the customer and that’s exactly what she did!!!

    I went to eat in and I was very impressed with the quality of the food I got, it was hot, fresh and delicious, It was exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service by José the manager is excellent. Thank you!!!! I love Egg Harbor City McDonald's

    So nice lady at Mcthrow-up handed my meal to me at drive thru and when I took ketchup from her there was ketchup all over my hand so she smiles at me when I said something 😃 Moxy went into franchise at got a refund. Who does that?

    i literally only came for ice cream and ALL of your machines are “broken”?? i had a bad day and wanted a sweet treat to lift my spirits in this summer heat but nooo yall wanna play in my face. one star.

    The service was great and the food was good. Lately, some of the Macdonalds I have been to don't get my order right, or I order on the app, and they don't have frappes that were paid for.

    Was at work wanted to go to one of my top fast food spot … for was hot fresh. Only thing was the lady thought my mobile order was at door dash but over all this McDonald’s is clean,fast and all the employees fast at work

    It's minutes from home and next to a super Wawa, great location, but even with the double drive you always get asked to pull ahead to wait. Rarely go due to frustration with so many things not to mention the health risks, Shamrock oreo shake is back and smaller than ever! Seriously my yogurt cup is close to its size, but even the 5 spoon fulls were delicious 😋

    Go to kiosk, notice note on kiosk no cash or apple pay, ok I'm paying card. Kiosk card pay doesn't even let me attempt to swipe and sends me to pay at front counter. Get to front counter, rep tells me they only take cash at counter, ok so ring me up somewhere. Tells me to go to kiosk, I tell her the kiosk sent me to the front. She reiterates they front is cash only. Ask to speak to the manager to ring me up, she states she IS the manager. I tell her I'm paying card and the kiosk and is not taking cards either, she states can't help me, so lost the 5 min it took to key in my order, and the extra 30 min to go to another McDonald's, because the MANAGER didn't want to ring up my order at least at the drive up computer or anywhere else. How did you become a manager, without learning to HELP your customers? Will never go to this location again, even though it's closer.

    They will put 1 sauce with the meal and if you want more they will charge you that’s really insane. I work in fast food and you usually give sauce more than 2 and if they ask for more we can give them 2 more for free.

    The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and modern with all of the new upgrades. They did add mayo to my husband's sandwich, which was annoying. He asked for i the sandwich to be remade, and they fixed it. Overall, this was a good experience at a McDonald's.
