me

front
counter.
Get

front
counter,
rep
tells
me
they
only
take
cash
at
counter,
ok
so
ring
me
up
somewhere.
Tells
me
to
go
to
kiosk,
I
tell
her
the
kiosk
sent
me
to
the
front.
She
reiterates
they
front
is
cash
only.
Ask
to
speak
to
the
manager
to
ring
me
up,
she
states
she
IS
the
manager.
I
tell
her
I'm
paying
card
and
the
kiosk
and
is
not
taking
cards
either,
she
states
can't
help
me,
so
lost
the
5
min
it
took
to
key
in
my
order,
and
the
extra
30
min
to
go
to
another
McDonald's,
because
the
MANAGER
didn't
want
to
ring
up
my
order
at
least
at
the
drive
up
computer
or
anywhere
else.
How
did
you
become
a
manager,
without
learning
to
HELP
your
customers?
Will
never
go
to
this
location
again,
even
though
it's
closer.
