    DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! I’ve been here for 3 years & the maintenance SUCKS and all the office does is say they’ll put in a ticket for your problems but if you don’t constantly call they won’t come. I’ve went 8 months without A/C or heat and only when i sent the office a letter threatening to make an escrow account they fixed my system THE NEXT DAY it was unbelievable. There’s black mold in my apartment and all they did was put a new piece of wall over it. The water won’t turn off in the tub even though the knobs are turned fully off and they have yet to fix the leak in the pipes causing the issue. Emerald ridge is a horrible place and it wasn’t like this at first . I even tried to break my lease but they want 2 months rent which is crazy . I can’t wait to leave .

    0/10 DO NOT recommend living here. you get what you pay for. the property manager Ashley is very rude. all of the issues you have with your apartment will be deflected, there’s absolutely 0 accountability from anyone you speak to. this is where i live, and the management and leasing office are careless. there’s so much wrong with these apartments and the management tries to make it seem like you’re the cause of it. absolutely not. poor ventilation in bathrooms causing mildew/mold on the walls, holes in the walls allowing field mice to come through, you’re paying an extra $10/month for pest control who doesn’t even come when they’re supposed to. the list goes on..

    We moved in last week and we’re having a great experience! The office ladies are great even months before we moved in they have been super sweet and always answered all of our questions, our dishwasher wasn’t working when we moved in and maintenance came within 10 minutes! All the negative reviews on here had me worried when we looked at this place but I wouldn’t change it for the world! Best decision my husband and I’ve mad was choosing to move here. Easy move in! Very welcoming! Nice people! Big apartments! Feels like a house, you can’t go wrong. With all apartment buildings you have issues just like with a house that is to be expected, don’t be a Karen ladies and gents :)

    Note: I am unable to post a comment without giving at least one star. If given the option, I would not give any star(s) I am going through the process of trying to get back a deposit and I'm met with ignorance and conflicting information from the property management at Altman Management Company. I signed an addendum with my lease. I received a lease renewal for 2023, raising the rent by $95. I responded immediately, requesting to be out by December 1st as it made no sense to pay December rent just to get back a deposit that they are say in $100 less than the rent. The renewal was received 10/3 and I phoned 10/5 and I was told by the assistant manager to let them know as soon as possible in writing. Now after moving out 11/28/2022, I'm being told to pay December 2022's rent, $87, and oh yeah, we're keeping your deposit. I NO LONGER WANT TO SPEAK TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER OR THE ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER. As I no longer live on the premises. I would like a call back from the corporate office explaining why there are so many different conflicting stories. Why the interest from $770 is only $.12 after five years. Why the I'm being threatened will collections when I was told by the assistant manager that they do not send anything under $1k to collections.     If I could give no stars I would. Most of the apartments are outdated yet they are increasing the rent yearly. I moved out in April. My friend still lives there with mold throughout her bathroom and all they did was paint over it SMH. The management is terrible. The property manager committed fraud. Miss use of funds from the state. The lead property manager just talks you around and circles. Trying to communicate with them is a hassle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE.!!!!

    Be aware of this scammers! If you pay your rent, make sure you save your money order receipts, these people will try and say they never received a payment. Tried doing it to me not one time but several times. Even has happened when the receptionist has received my rents by hand. Luckily i always have my receipts. They try to catch people lacking. Be aware. MAINTENANCE is terrible here. Dont make the same mistake i made, will be out of here end of lease term. Oh and also be aware of the 100$ late fee for paying your rent even ON time. Ridiculous people. Have to be smart and speak up people, they will try leach money off you for nothing.

    BEWARE STAY AWAY .....This is a nice size apartment let me start there. This is also an unfair community who consistently separates cultures. Basically you can tell that this is a community in which they prefer people who are of the Latin or Spanish decent and or elderly people. The bees around each entrance and no one acts as if they can fix it. Also management is very rude and doesn't want to fix issues. Kids playing on doors and kicking in the doors is a property issue but the property doesn't feel as though it's a main issue but it is if I can't lock my door. This property does not care about it's tenants at all. They also act like that can't answer the phone but always leaving notes on the door. I am unhappy and can't wait to contact someone over this building. This building continues to cut the grass in the front of the building but never does the back I was told they don't cut the grass three days they trim for one that's still too much when there is hardly any grass ever on the lawn to begin with.

    We’ve called the office multiple times about the Air conditioner not cooling the house. But maintenance just never comes and check the AC and we’ve been doing this for more than a year already.
