    Been living here for 9 months. Walls are very thin I can hear my downstairs neighbors snoring, walking, closing doors, EVERYTHING. Very outdated.. When I first moved in my heater was not working, they fixed it, then stopped working again and then fixed it again. Now that it’s summer tine the AC does not work, maintenance has come here about 7 times (literally) and claim that nothing is wrong. Thermostat states that it is 86 degrees in here when I set it to 60 degrees but nothing is wrong? Ok. I cannot wait for my lease to end. Please save yourself from this nightmare and don’t move here.

    Living here is calm and comfy. The apartments have lots of room, with big bedrooms, walk-in closets, and plenty of sunlight. Plus, your rent covers heat, hot water, and cooking gas.

    The location near the Patco Train Station and UMDNJ is a big advantage, and not worrying about most bills is a relief for me.

    The Village at Laurel Creek is highly recommended. The location is superb, walk-in closets and sunny windows.
