EXCELLENT JUICES We dropped by an afternoon for a couple of juices. They have a nice and interesting selection of juices. I have had their coffee before and is not liking that - but the juices are really delicious.

The service was excellent both times I visited. A female employee helped me to use the app during the first occasion (coming from Sweden, can still get points/pay via app while in Denmark) and on the second visit the two (male) staff members made the sandwiches extra tasty and were keeping the locale very clean. Juices and Tunacados were excellent.

Jag beställde ananasjuice med äpple men jag smakade inte ananas alls, bara äpple. Jag var där förra sommaren och allt var jättebra, men inte den här gången.

Jeg kommer langsomt til bedre og bedre kunne lide dette koncept. Høj kvalitet i drikkevarer af friske råvarer. Fulde af smag og de giver en god energi. Priserne er måske lidt i den høje ende, men så giver det lidt mere et luksuspræg når man kommer der.

Poor service. The girl working there was talking on the phone with friends for 10 min when we were waiting in the counter.

very bad for vegan options and super expensive. 20€ a kaffe, a tea and a basic and skinny sándwich.

I came in a few weeks ago after ordering on the app 15-20 minutes before closing but I never received a confirmation. I walked into the store and was immediately told by the worker that she’s not serving anymore. I’m not sure why you have a closing time if you close before that window. I told her that I made an order on the app about 10 minutes ago. She hadn’t even seen my order and just told me “oh I can’t make it anymore as I shut everything down already”. No apology for not seeing my order in time. Then she offered to make a few other things from their menu which I politely declined. She continued but I still politely declined and told her that I didn’t want anything other than what I ordered but it’s fine that she can’t make it. Then she asks me to come the next day to get my juice… I don’t live in Vejle so I told her I can’t. I kept waiting for her to offer me my money back but It felt as if I had to come up with a solution for a mistake she had made. I then told her I could come back in a few days when I’m in Vejle again. Then she told me that it had to be between 8-12 while she’s working, which is also while I’m working. So I had to get someone to cover for me so I could go get a juice that I didn’t even feel like having anymore. No compensation for wasting my time, no free stuff to make up for her mistake. No nothing. Not even a single apology. Only a “good that you could come today” when I went to pick it up a few days later. I was also there a few days ago when she offered other customers in front of me to take some extra things with them as she’s closing soon and will have to throw them out. Again I got nothing. Safe to say I’m not going back to the establishment in Vejle.

De lader en vente 2-5min før de gider at tage i mod ens bestilling selvom der ikke er andre i køen. Dårligste service i hele byen.

Jeg bestilte en avokado sandwich + agurk, pickles og steak, ingen mozzarella og den sandwich jeg modtog havde ingen tomat, ingen avokado og en smule pesto. Mega skuffende😡

Alt var perfekt. Tobias skal have lønforhøjelse 😀
