My wife had dental cavity filling in this clinic. Doctor did the treatment. my Wife had severe pain for 5 days. We then moved to another doctor. The feedback we got was shocking. treatment was below standard and she didnt use any protective cover. Even filling material was not good. Filling was touching the nerve. During the treatment she was discussing the makeup with her assisstant .. My wife had around 10 pain killers over 5 days after the treatment. I would never recommend this hospital to anybody.

Today I was in this dentist's office for the first time. It was highly recommended to me by a friend. I had an appointment for 4:30 p.m. However, I waited for an hour, but no doctor came. I asked twice if the doctor would come and got the same answer twice: “You have to wait. Other patients are in pain.” Why is my appointment less important? At the end they asked me if I would like to make another appointment. Absolutely not.

This is the best clinic that I have ever been before, I truly recommend it to everyone, especially to the foreigners. I was on the trip and when you have ache in your head it might be a big problem. All these people know English, so we were able to communicate (but they know some other languages too, as far as I could notice). In the shortest period they fix everything so I continued my business trip without any problem. And one more thing, they are all smiley faces :D

As a new patient it took me a couple of minutes to schedule an appointment via the online portal, Dr. Verlsteffen carried out the treatment along with Dr. Zaka, both made sure I understood every step in a very relaxed and professional setting, humbly answering all my inquiries and providing me with insight on various related topics. 10/10 Service Update: I already passed the one year mark and can confidently recommend this clinic to anyone I care about, if you go there for a professional dental cleanup make sure you ask for Melinda Jennifer, she's the jewel on top. She gives that caring sister vibe, genuinely cares for her patients. Can't ask for more!

Very positive impression! This clinic looks new and modern, doctors were nice, friendly and caring. And what I appreciate that they didn’t act like they have no time for me or like it’s better that I go like some doctors in some other clinics unfortunately do. My issue was resolved quick and on a high level of quality. I also waited not more than 5 minutes and all the process was organised good from the 1st minute I came there.

I was in this Clinic 3 months ago for a root canal treatment and my Dentist (Doctor Dilber Yüksel) was very professional and she was also very gentle and I felt no pain. I highly recommend it! 👍🤗

Very nice building, reception and overall cleanliness. But if you don’t know german language you’re treated differently, because none of the stuff I met could speak English fluently. Describing problem and discussing it with a doctor is a joke.

Had an appointment today for periodontal treatment. Was there very punctually and was then treated very professionally by a young doctor's assistant and a young doctor. I can also recommend the practice at any time because of the friendliness that I have experienced there over the years.

As a patient I had a very bad experience there. Unfriendly, make patients wait a long time. Thank God there are numerous dentists in Düsseldorf where you as a patient are treated more friendly. Never again!

We are absolutely thrilled with 360 degrees milk teeth. All the staff are very sensitive and kind to our son. The practice is extremely organized, no long waiting times, and there are televisions in the treatment room to distract you. We have been there twice this year as an emergency because our son had a dental accident. We were able to come over straight away every time, didn't have to wait and our son was treated very well. Overall, we are very satisfied and are happy to have found such a great dentist!!! The highlight of every visit, whether as an emergency or for a check-up, is the small gift from the rocket that every child receives. Really a great idea!!!

We came up with the question of whether a tooth extraction could be avoided for our daughter because of fixed braces, which is what is advertised on the website. Child presented, documents requested. To speed everything up, we brought them over in person. Then they said we would be called when everything was checked. We were too, a few days later with the information that we would get an appointment in 6-9 months. OK, but is there a possibility of preserving our daughter's teeth? Is it worth waiting that long? No answer, the appointment in 6-9 months is there to answer this question for us. That's incredible! If we could have been informed about these waiting times when we first contacted us on the phone, we would have been spared a lot of trips. That's why I can't recommend this practice. More appearance than reality!

Although the practice is very large, you feel comfortable and Mr. Papagrigoriou takes a lot of time for detailed discussions and explanations. Since I'm anxious, this really helped me a lot and took away my worries about further appointments. I am really very satisfied with the treatment.

We have been using 360 Degree Milk Tooth with our 3 children for about 3 years and we are more than satisfied. Despite difficult treatments, our children still really enjoy coming. All doctors on site are always at eye level with the children and are taken seriously and given excellent advice. I can recommend this practice with all my heart! Subject: Be careful - billing too high This practice has been my point of contact for dental problems for a long time, and I have always felt well advised and treated. However, during my last treatment I noticed that I was charged almost twice the usual amount. As a patient suffering from pain and fear, I trusted the treating doctor. When my supplementary insurance informed me that it could not cover the costs in full because the amount was significantly higher than the maximum rate, I was deeply disappointed. There is obviously a maximum factor of 3.5, whereas for me the factor 5 of the standard rate was billed. It seems like my situation was taken advantage of as I was in pain and had no expertise in billing the treatment costs.
