Awful. I decided to book anyway due to price, it having a kitchenette, and location. We were not given any towels for a baby and housekeeping did not provide them the day we asked due to way management communicated with them. Then, a week after checking out, we get a message saying we left the room exceptionally soiled and owe 50 Euros - what? We have stayed in 100 hotels and have NEVER had this issue. No explanation was with it, no photos, etc. PS- the kitchenette doesn't have a freezer.

Very nice apartments. They are very clean fresh apartments. The have lovely organic shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Just the mattress was a little sunken in, but overall it was comfortable

I posted my problems on their website but only received a template answer and that they are very sorry for this. The suite was smaller than what it was agreed during online booking and did not match the pictures. I was expecting room service at the 3rd day of my stay, but they did not give any room service and recharging of bathroom items and coffee during my 5 days stay. It was written during booking that there is a central washing machine, but it was a lie.
