The place is very appealing, well decorated, food is good and coffee delicious. The only thing is that service takes forever… :(

Lovely atmosphere, I think the mango smoothie could be a bit sweeter for me. Staff are pleasant. Tried the egg Sammy & white chocolate pumpkin spice as well which were both good. Overall nice place to eat/drink breakfast/lunch

First time visiting this location and i love it. It is aesthetic and the service was friendly and warm. Food was really good too.

I decided to try Cafe Dolce Barbican after a few less than desirable local cafe experiences and I wanted a new spot to sometimes work from and grab a bite. I 1st went there one evening and got an amazing Harvest Salad, made by Ruth. She was particularly friendly and engaging and had a good knowledge of the menu, and was able to recommend and describe the various items. I also received good service from Tassy and Zori. The good vibes made me come back the next day in the daytime and I again received good service, a yummy omelette made by Kerry, and a chocolate hazelnut latte made by Tassy. There are lots of options on the menu and I'll definitely be back to work my way through it. Thanks to this team for great work and I def would recommend it.

Good coffee place , with decent atmosphere and service. Menu is varied and interesting but the recipes for both the carrot cake (skimpy on ingredients ) and tuna panini (strange tasting ) I tried were weak.

I can't tell you how many times we have ordered breakfast from here!!!!Hubby and I will have breakfast any time of the day and trust, you can't go wrong with the "Egg Sammy"👏 ! We enjoyed it! Definitely recommend 👌

Waited for 35 mins to receive two simple breakfast paninis despite the place being very empty and was told that the wait time was less than 10 mins. The two individuals that works at the front were quite pleasant though.

Decided to try here with my husband from our usual places at sovereign north for breakfast on a Saturday afternoon and while we got our coffee within minutes our meal took over an hour. They completely forgot our food and we had to show them the receipts for them to make the food. We didn't even get an apology for the error. Not sure I'll be back anytime soon. And no, the cafe wasn't full. Everyone had there meal when we walked in and others that came in after us got their food before us.... Update: tried them again and a much better experience, from 3 to 4 stars. Meal was prepared in a reasonable time and it tasted great. Only downfall was my latte being lukewarm and the server looked like she didn't want to be there. The cashier was great though.

Top notch customer service...the owner is cordial, friendly and very welcoming. Makes me feel comfortable every time I visit. Quiet space to do work, chug your coffee and get lost in the menu offerings. A1 service

Four years later their service has gone to the dogs. No longer going there. Not even a pleasant good morning, feel like me deh a Spanish town cook shop with bad manners🤣🤣🤣🤣

The food served was not bad, but also not the best and I personally felt like the prices were a little on the higher side. However, the coffee was good, the atmosphere and service was great, and the space was well kept and offered the perfect ambiance for work, or just relaxing

Nice ambiance, servers were pretty great. There was a maintaince issue which affected some of the menu items availability but the staff were very helping and courteous! Would recommend.

Easily one of the most beautiful cafes around. Friendly vibe with a variety of comfortable seating options. Ambiant music, soft lighting, such a pleasing atmosphere. The coffee lacks the skill of an artful barista, instead we are left with bland, milky drinks. I'm reserving judgement on the food, as I slowly make my way through the menu. In the end, I return because it is such a lovely vibe, but for how long?

The customer service was excellent. My wife and I went there for breakfast and we enjoyed the experience.

The owner's customer service is what you look for when doing business, a warm and personal feel to it and a light Atmosphere. The food options are different from what you would normally see on a menu but it is something you want to try. So I guess I will have to come again and try the other options

The service was astonishingly wonderful and I want to say hooray to Jaheim who helped me with my decision even thou I couldn’t decide what I wanted. I love it there and would definitely come back because of him .
