Great place to stay in the center of Port Antonio. Very big bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows, hot water, air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix and huge balcony with sea view. It is only 2 minutes away from Texaco Gas Station, where you can find the route taxis to all beaches. The owner is very nice and helped us with taxi from and to Knutsford Express station.

We were in town for a wedding and birthday party and stayed here. The location was perfect. I had room 7, one bedroom, the room was huge, very clean and comfortable. Nick, the property manager was excellent. He made sure we were taken care of and went out of his way to help. They are able to get you safe taxis to get around as well. We will be going back to Portland and will definitely stay here again. Vey nice property. Reserve early because they book up quickly, the price is so reasonable.

Very nice staff and accommodations. Not stocked with essentials but the grocery store is walking distance. Is off a loud street and the neighbors can be loud- so plan appropriately.

Great 4 night stay, early November, in Port Antonio at Inn The Town. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Close to the town, so easy walk to local restaurants and marina. Nick (owner) and Cecile (housekeeper) were particularly helpful, especially helping us organise a raft trip on the Rio Grande. Thank you, team! :)

Inn the town guesthouse is at a very nice location.The rooms are very nice, clean and very spacious.They have hot water, AC, fan, coffee and tea maker. I also love the fact that we got enough towels and water in the room. Great hospitality from the staff members 👏 👍. The place was very secured with remote gate 🙌. Inn the town is the place to be if you are staying in Portland jamaica 🇯🇲

The apartment was fantastic. Staff incredibly helpful. Location central to many amenities. Wonderful view of the seafront.

A beautiful and modern hotel right by the shore. SUPER Clean and very efficient and responsive staff. Each room has a lovely balcony and large ceiling to floor windows. Hotel is close to banks and restaurants both local kitchen and chains like KFC. The view of the bay is worth the stay alone and despite being next to a road it will not interrupt your sleep and there is a beautiful old church juat behind the hotel. The manager is professional and great customer service but some of the staff have to learn professionalism and how to speak to customers, or maybe they think its okay to speak to fellow Jamaicans in a curt and rude tone and in a way they would not speak to tourists.

In the Town is one of the best hotels in Jamaica. The price is right and my family loved it. The services was amazing. We will be back again.

My family and I stayed at Inn the Town in July and had an amazing time. Very clean and well kept. Nikki and his team did an amazing job. Will definitely recommend.

My first impression of the place was "very nice". The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I felt safe with 24 hours security and remote gate. The ocean view from my balcony was amazing, The Folly lighthouse can also be seen . I remember saying this room is nicer than a 4 star hotel we previously stayed. It is on a main street but the room was very quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

The location is perfect and close to anything you need. Plenty of different shops, restaurants, street food, and transportation are all within a few minutes walk. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the view on the balcony was perfect. Nick, the property manager, even noticed me sitting on the balcony one evening, swatting mosquitoes (they eat me alive in Jamaica), and walked to a nearby store to purchase some Insect repellent. ALL of the staff were amazing. I will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for an authentic Jamaican experience, look no further! Inn the Town is centrally located with hands down the best views! Rooms all face the bay, clean, and modern. The staff was very attentive and always there to help. This will be the only place I’ll stay when I come back to Port Antonio!

I must say, after a long search for somewhere to spend the weekend in Portland I finally found a great location. The person whom I spoke to "Mac" short for Mackeda is the greatest, her customer service is on par. The room is great, I love everything about it, now I know whenever I'm in Portland where I'll be staying.

I had a fantastic time staying here. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff made for an enjoyable and memorable experience. I'll be sure to visit again!

LOVED this hotel!! Staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were super clean and comfy! Right in the heart of town. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My family and I spent a night here and it was perfect!! Service was wonderful! Beautiful views and we could hear the ocean waves all night. The sound put me to sleep. We spent the morning staring a the beautiful views across the street. It’s right in the heart of the town and we found a great food spot nearby for dinner and of course we went to a juici patty before heading out the next morning. I stayed at the Riu a few days later and honestly I would have paid more to go back to Inn the town.

Great place, safe with security guards by the gate, and very clean. Slept like a baby even though it’s right on the water and by the road. Google maps shows it in the wrong side of the road though, it’s on the other side, and has a great location in fact. Highly recommend

Inn the Town is a very good hotel among hotels in Port Antonio that you can rely on and have a good ambiance to have a working environment and also a relaxed leisure time. It borders the waterfront and well positioned to the business center of Port Antonio. It has options and I love to use the apartments because they are set up to have my family with me.
