WORST PATTY PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. The service was poor, the patties were dripping so much so that all was left in the my hand was crust and no beef. The dining area had a lot of flies. Idk about anybody else's experience but I was so disappointed because juici is my favorite patty stop of all time.

Meal was great, cheese patties actually had lots of cheese. And the patties were fresh, need more varieties though where menue selections are concerned.

There was a slight delay at the cashier happen more than once. The serving area was good

Great food and good service and is perfect place to stop rest and get food.

Well to be honest I mostly buy breakfast here I really enjoyed the fish. The chef deserves a raise.

Good service. Friendly servers. Infrastructure appears to be going down though. Breakfast items are to die for. Porridges taste soooo good. The taste of the soups can be improved.

I have been here a few times, and the service is generally ok. The drive thru tends to move pretty quickly, and food is okay.

Jamaican version of a greggs mince pastie with cayenne pepper its so much better mmmmm place in General is run down scruffy restaurant the toilets were cleaner

Always clean but don't like that the bathroom lights are censored. Imagine using it one kate evening and within 10 secs there is darkness 😂

I went there one morning with my family and when I went up to the window to pay there wasn’t a cashier, anyway I saw a woman in the back coughing real bad, it wasn’t the type of cough to clear throat, it was the type of cough initiating your sick, while she was coughing she didn’t have any mask and when she was coughing she walk away first then suddenly walk back to the pipe to wash her hands ( AT THIS POINT I THOUGHT IT WAS BECAUSE SHE SAW THAT I SAW HER COUGHING MADE HER WASH HER HANDS).but I know if I wasn’t there she wouldn’t of washed her hand because she didnt turn to the pipe Asap. After that incident she went back into the far corner and stated coughing again I just left and went to linstead juicy patty to order where it was more clear and proper management

I was traveling across Jamaica. I am a Vegan. Tried Juici Vegetable patty. And, Vegetable Bun. Price was better than Tastee. I took the opportunity to compare the two companies. A lot of more Vegetables like calloou is in Juici stuff Bun and it was tasty a little Doughie though from the moisture it may have to be injected of the Vegetables after baking or less baking powder to make skin more firm. The Juici Vegetable Patties ingredients inside was nicely seasoned but the skin was not flaky enough. But everything was Price right and good enough. Because of Price I would choose Juici but they need more locations. Blessings

Always a pleasure to stop by and get my peacorn porridge with a cheese patty for breakfast.. Great customer service, pleasant staff and good food makes a great combo.,restroom was clean and spacious, ample parking available and drive through services also available

Cx service was trash, everyone just standing there staring not even to Sayuri order will be ready in a min" the place wasn't even full because it was mid morning. The atmosphere inside was just bland...dunno if is because it was morning but 1st impression last

Honestly, not all juicy patties serve a variety. This one was no different. Limited breakfast options. Peanut porridge had too much flour. They cannot fry dumpling. It is like baked flour. They need the location at guinep tree in May pen to teach them or the location on east street in old harbour. Those location are like 5 stars.

The restaurant is badly arranged. The line to the cashier runs along the area for eating. That would make it uncomfortable for patrons sitting at those tables as people would be standing right next to them. The area to cash and collect food run into one another. There is simply not enough room for cashing, getting the food and dining in the area. There is another set of tables in another area that is comfortable to sit and eat so management needs to look into rearranging the area for cashing and collecting the food.

Customer service was beyond poor, the works honesty need to get severe training in Customer service. For a renowned food chain the management need to do their job to ensure the staff is operating professionally. (ESTABLISHMENT NEED MORE PROFESSIONAL WORKERS).

This location get worst with each visit... the staff needs to be retrained and encouraged

Got my patties before going to the airport on a Sunday. Good thing I did because no beef at the airport that day.

The cashier had a nasty attitude. The patties were burnt on the outside and the flour was still raw inside the patty. Never had this issue before.

Spanish Town branch is my go to for a nice Beef patty on a Saturday! I'm addicted!!

The patty and coco bread needs to be better you can not find the cheese in a cheese patty until you have almost eaten it all.

Went through the drive through, poor customer service the agent speak through the intercom was rude , she needs more training. Patties are ok...the corn porridge taste weird though. Overall it's a good location but need to put more effort into customer service

Baught some fried dumpling and asked for some brown stew chicken gravey on it. It was good. Juicy patty aim to please .

Bog Walk Juicu needs deliverance from inefficiency. They have consistently good customer service, horrible food service. There is no breakfast at 10 a.m. though breakfast ends at 11, no combos were ready considering breakfast is finished. Card machine works 1/1000 time and you are only told this after you have sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes. And there is apparently only 1 card machine there. The store has a great location though...

Right after completing the gorge heading to ewarton located at bog walk. They open early to accommodate travelers and people from around the area. Its the go to destination in the morning. Breakfast is ready patty are served hot and they have two types of porridge readily available
