Our first time at Couples Negril and we were extremely impressed with everything. We organized a wedding vow renewal ceremony and it was impeccably planned and executed. We highly recommend the private dinner on the beach. The food was excellent overall. The room was quite large and clean. The service is A1 and the employees are simply charming, courteous, and accommodating. Highly recommended and definitely a repeat in the future.

We stayed at Couples Negril for the first time for our honeymoon and were blown away!! I have stayed at a resort before and this was my husband's first time. We were treated like royalty the entire time. We were SO impressed. Everyone was so friendly. We stayed in a room with a partial ocean view and it was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach. Everything in the resort was within walking distance. The food was amazing and we never went hungry. They had so many activities included in the resort that we did not feel the need to book an excursion. A majority of the people we talked to are returners to the resort, that speaks volumes! I also really liked how Couples had a lounge in the airport and arranged a shuttle both to and from the resort to the airport. That definitely relieved some stress on our end. We will definitely be returning!

The size is great. I loved everything being so close. The beach is amazing with plenty of chairs. Each chair has a float to use in the water. That's really cool. Food was great. Staff was friendly. Lots to do that's included. Very clean and well kept.

Absolutely beautiful and would not go anywhere else. 4x repeater. Small resort but plenty of fun atmosphere to enjoy. Romantic as well. The most beautiful beach you will ever lay your eyes on. A must go. Once you go you willl understand the WELCOME HOME greeting when stepping off the bus.

Casual, relaxed atmosphere and adults only. Less than 300 rooms across 8 buildings. The facility has been around awhile, but it is well maintained. The occasional garbage is from thoughtless guests that are too lazy to find a trash can, and smokers that think butts on the beach are natural :( Beach is exceptional with few local solicitors. Staff is great and very courteous.

It’s hard not to compare this to another resort in another country but we both agreed 3 stars is how we’d rate the overall resort. The food was disappointing and the drinks were decent. There wasn’t many selections for restaurants and most bars where closed at odd times of the day. Jamaica has a slower pace to it which we eventually got used to (the service is always slow). The room was nice just different. The swim up bar wasn’t connected to the main pool which was odd and disappointing. The beach was beautiful, clean and warm. We loved the floating! We loved walking to Office of Nature they had good food. The night entertain was decent but everything started so late (10pm). The beach party was a nice touch, we had fun! Overall we give them 3 stars.

We moved to Couples after spending 2 nights at another resort nearby that didn’t meet our standards We loved every minute of it. By far the best food I’ve had at any AI resort. Service was too notch, people were friendly, resort was clean, activities and entertainment were perfect

This Resort is great for a laid-back relaxing vacation. Facilities are great clean and most important food was great aswell. The crowd is mostly older, but that is great if you're not looking to be partying 24/7

Check Your Bed Upon Arrival!!! We arrived on October 18 for our second visit to CN. Such a beautiful resort and we were very excited to be back. The resort upgraded our room to a deluxe ocean upon arrival which was located in building 9 with a perfect view of the sea (and the AN beach). The room was comforting…..until…. We had a few drinks, came back to the room and crashed on top of the bedding. In the night I woke up and just climbed under the covers. (Normally, we rip beds apart at hotels before getting into them to ensure no bugs, etc) this time I just climbed into the bedding. To my huge surprise in the morning, I climbed out of bed to notice the bed sheets were soiled with someone’s DRIED FECES!!!!! I was completely horrified!!! And embarrassed for whoever literally “pooped the bed”!!! It took me this long to leave a review as I am still traumatized by this incident alone. I called the front desk and lost it on them. They verbally apologized. The maid finally came and changed all of the bedding. She also apologized. And that was it! I SLEPT IN FECES MY FIRST NIGHT AT THE RESORT!!! We weren’t going to let this ruin our entire vacation so we tried to forget about it and continue on with our holiday. A day later I ended up with a runny, stuffy nose, congested chest and cough. Could this be from sleeping in someone’s filth? Disgusting! I still cannot understand for the life of me how the bedding was full of dried feces and the maid didn’t know, when they were supposed to have a clean and sanitized room upon arrival!?!?!?! Although we were able to enjoy the hot tub near the scuba pool for the first two days, it was closed for the rest of our stay. We booked a couples massage, which felt very nice although we were massaged in a hotel room with massage beds in place of the real beds with the tv playing soft music,. And still charged full price. The massage facility was apparently under construction. Would have been nice to even be offered the massage on beach or something. Maybe a discount to try to make up for sleeping in someone’s dried poop. It wasn’t all a bad experience. The food was good, the coffee was amazing. We did see a six foot shark at 630am while walking the beach in front of the riu palace. It swam beside us as we walked and video taped it. They say it was a nurse shark. Needless to say I stayed clear of the sea for the rest of our trip. In a way I’m kinda glad these things happened because CN was going to be our go to place. I’m thinking we will be looking into a new place after such a horrible experience. Maybe if the manager or someone at least came and acknowledged the filthy soiled bed, it would be a different outcome. NOTHING FROM MANAGEMENT EVEN AFTER LEAVING A REVIEW AT THE FRONT DESK UPON DEPARTURE!

Book the trip!! This place was unreal. If you are looking to relax this is the spot! The rooms were great, the level of service from every single employee was amazing A+. The food, the pool, the beach, what can I say they were unbelievable. They go above and beyond with the decor very immersive throughout the resort. The beach was plentiful of natural shade as well as the sun and calm waters. There is nothing negative I can say this resort checks all the boxes.

Beautiful place, best beach ever. Laid back atmosphere, relaxed people here. Food was ok, but not awesome. We had a fantastic view from our room, but the room needs some renovation. We were in room 9303, fantastic view of the ocean and the garden. The concept of adults and couples only is very appealing to us. We will come back.

Couples Negril is absolutely the most beautiful resort that we have ever stayed at. The landscaping is so lush and well taken care of. You feel so relaxed in this gorgeous setting. The service is second to none. All the resort hosts are so friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The food and drinks are amazing. Make sure to seek out Tennyson to make you a Jamaican Desert. The size of the resort is perfect, not too large to be overwhelmed, but no too small to feel crowded. You will never have trouble finding a chair on the most beautiful beaches or by the immaculately maintained pool. If you are looking for a romantic escape to spend quality time with your significant other, Couples Negril is the perfect place. We have been here twice in the last six months and can't wait to return 'home'.

Incredible! My parents have been here over 10 times and I can see why now after spending 9 beautiful days at Couples Negril. The property is beautiful. clean, and a not too big.. easy to go back to your room, find the spa etc. Tried the spa for a hot stone massage and it was wonderful. We rented a private boat for my family organized by couples (more intimate than the boat experience included). The food was fantastic!! Surprised at how healthy we could eat with fruit smoothies, fresh juices and waters. Lastly service was great, friendly - book your trip!!! I will be coming back with my partner.

All around a great spot. All inclusive and adults only. Exactly what we were looking for. Get a chair at the pool the looks tward the beach. It's a fantastic view. This resort has a ton of trees so you feel like you are in a forest as you walk around the property. I liked this. Give you the feeling of seclusion and privacy. Comfortable beds Very friendly staff Rooms are nice with great patios Happy we came here. We met lots of people who had been here 5 and 6 times. I'm not shocked at all. This place will make you love it.

This was our 5th trip to this resort. We love it because it is smaller than some of the other resorts. The beach is beautiful. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. I can't say enough good things. We'll always return!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at couples Negril in February and had THE BEST time. We learned to scuba dive with the amazing Sugar. He was so calming and knowledgeable. Because we had such a great time, we are going back again next February!!! We may just have to make this an annual thing. Thank you to the whole staff for such an amazing trip.

Hands down the best vacation I have ever had. My husband and I went in August of 2022 for our honeymoon. The staff is amazing!! We had a private dinner on the beach. The food was amazing. Im very picky but still found something each and every meal. Drinks are amazing! The bars are clean. They kept our room clean as well. The only "dirty" spot was the swim up bear because the trees blew stuff in. The ocean is clear as can be. I was nervous about going to and from the airport but everyone is so nice and will help you around if needed. We meet some amazing people on the trip and cant wait to go back!!

Couples Negril was awesome! Great staff, and very friendly. The food was delicious. The water activities for guests were outstanding and run very well. The beach is amazing. By far this was our best vacation ever. Can't wait to go back.

Had an awesome chill time. Something different from the party life style. Quality food (except pizza), nice pool area & Bar, nice beach layout and Clean nice rooms. Had to remove a star for the bitterness attitude most employees presented.my wife and I (Latinos) felt uncomfortable asking questions especially during dinner. Other than that it's great amd loved charting with the happy Jamaicans 😉

Stayed here on a "busman's holiday" with a few extra days for leisure. This lovely resort on Bloody Bay whose turquoise waters are clear, warm and always inviting - even as hurricane Ian pushed up 1 meter + waves - perfect for body surfing - are a major attraction for ocean swimmers. The property is well maintained and, apparently, obsessively cleaned, every day. The standout feature here for me is the service - reliably gracious and accommodating. One evening, we asked the chef to perform a variation on a menu item. She came out of the kitchen to chat with us about what we wanted, and then she sent us a memorable meal, perfectly served by smiling staff. Based on a visit to Couples Swept Away on nearby Long Bay in 2012, I would say Couples has upped its culinary game. Our room's patio on the ground level, near the spa building, provided us with a perfect location where the sound of the waves on the beach mixed with the gurgling water from the Spa pond, the breeze in the palms, and at night, the peeping tree frogs. Enchanting. My primary compliment to Couples is to its staff and its management for providing such warm, friendly guest care, and for nourishing such a carefree and uplifting experience. I made a point of telling the guest manager who approached me near the lobby, as I waited for a friend, that my experience here informed me that this is a well-managed property. The staff seems to talk with each other almost incessantly, mixing their chit chat with all of the communications they deem necessary to work together as a unified, coherent team. To me, this is a feature of Couples that stands out. No one comes away from this resort NOT feeling that every staff member's priority is the attention to each guest's pleasurable experience. There is no question that I will return for more of this very relaxing experience and especially for the 5 star hospitality it delivers.

Perfect place to unwind and get away. Staff is outstanding from front of house to back. Stunning beach. Calm, warm waters of Bloody Bay are breathtaking. The colors of the Caribbean abound. That's why we keep returning "Home".

Couples Negril is a fantastic resort. The rooms are very nice, the beach is beautiful, and the staff are amazing. There’s tons of different activities included, like catamaran cruises, sailing, billiards, and trivia, so there’s plenty to do.

Spent 7/7-7/13 here and I don’t have a single complaint. The staff is amazing. The food is amazing. The beach is amazing. A great place to do as little or as much as you want. We hope to return again.

Second time at Couples and will return again and again. Beautiful landscaping, constantly working to keep the landscaping Amazing!! Extremely clean the entire stay!! The service is very special with some great personalities. Very trustworthy!! Bloody Bay beach is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! Lastly, the food experinece was very good!!

I don’t leave reviews often but I really felt this one was necessary. Couples Negril is extraordinarily awesome! I was so impressed by how clean the resort is. House keeping came in EVERYDAY & cleaned the room. The foliage was breathtakingly beautiful. I was even more impressed with the customer service & hospitality that was shown to my husband & I. Everyone & I do mean EVERYONE was super nice, friendly, helpful, pleasant, patient, & more. All of the staff had positive attitudes & made sure we were well taken care of. There were 3 staff members who really went out of their way for us. They are Nastasia, Enoch, & Brandon. They definitely deserve a major raise! They are a major asset to Couples Negril. We were there for a week & I did not want to leave. We will definitely return & recommend this amazing resort! I loved everything about it & can’t wait to go back!
