it was a very beautiful place to live. unfortunately its not for anyone under 30 unless you are there to relax its very quiet. we had a wonderful time there . my neighbor to the right of me was so sweet and chill he kept bringing us avocados at breakfast time. while the one to the left of us enjoyed not calling security on us as she did with all guests staying at 589 bamboo. we got away smooth until the last day which was my sisters wedding day.. but it was an experience that ill cherish. I'm actually looking into buying a home there ofcourse away from you know who! the pool was very unique i loved it the play house was completely the nicest I've seen in a residential area the only thing that bothered me was the female security officers on the premises for some reason they started asking for favors like can u buy us things while you're out. after 3 weeks they become too comfy and unprofessional but great services. we also had a decorator come in for my husband's birthday and a chef to come and cook. we had house keeping every few days but we didn't have a dryer for clothes that would be the only flaw but we took care of the laundry the old fashioned way. on a line. all in all it was the nice and i would get the same place again for a few weeks

BEWARE - YOU MAY GET STRANDED WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION! We booked to stay here and drove all the way from the West Coast of Jamaica only to have the owner cancel 15 minutes before we were due to arrive. Communication was very poor from the owner. We advised her of our expected arrival time (gave her a 30 minute window) which she initially said was fine. 15 minutes before we were due to arrive she told us we could no longer stay at the place and then blocked my number so we could not contact her anymore. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING AND RUDE. Have never experienced this before!

Nice gated community. I like it because it has a "ring" in the centre around which I could walk in the mornings. This was very important to me staying there. It also has a pool which I really liked. The homes are a bit close together for my liking and we were disturbed fairly often at night by our neighbors. Not sure if they were vacationing as well though so... I must hasten to say though that the house we stayed at was very adequate internally for our vacationing needs 3 bed, 2 bath. It was almost like Fort Knox going in a lot of the times because the security guards kept changing and/or didn't recognize our vehicle readily since we were not regular residents, and we got stopped a lot which was extremely annoying. I do understand and appreciate the need for security but they really need to streamline things with all their fancy tech and personnel at the gate, including cameras directed at vehicle plates... Surely that should have given them a green light or thumbs up once our plate was logged or registered in the system🤔🤨🙄

It was good to escape the sticks, however, as someone who can't drive. Travelling can be slightly challenging. However, it's a beautiful, well looked, after compound w/ security, gym & pool.

It was great!,it had a pool, a playground, gym and tennis court. I really enjoyed all of it. They even have a supermarket, pharmacy and an ice cream shop available. So it was nice to not have to go far get things.

Only one AC worked in the entire place. The washer and dryer did not work. The TV did not work. There is no hot water and the service was atrocious. The wifi worked. Richmond estate though is good. If you can get a different Airbnb at the location, you should be good.

1st let me say i love everything about SMARTVILLA. It's the place to be. Its all about comfort and being cozy at the sametime. The pool area was a boom for all of us that went. They also had a pool table there as well and Ludo boards so theres every little thing to keep you occupied. I would definitely return and i recommend persons to book SMARTVILLA for a little get away from home.

If you like gated communities this is the place for you... Clean friendly family orientated environment.

Villas are very nicely appointed location is great and secluded safe place to be. Small pool and gym but adequate need transport if wanting to go anywhere

Amazing quiet neighborhood in a great location there is a deli, market, and a liquor store on the grounds.

The security is amazing. Very thorough about who enters, which makes it great and safe for my kids while we stayed here. Down side is some of the staff have nasty attitude when dealing with people, mainly the pool staff. They closed off the pool for over a week and whenever I am heading out on errands, I would stop to inquire when it will be open. They basically ignore you by not replying while they are engrossed in their phones, legs up chilling or talk down to you as if your are a burden to them. Normally I would demand to speak to higher ups but what’s the point when they won’t be reprimanded for such nasty behaviours. Lovely place to visit or live but be aware of some of the staff there.

Very nice place. Working tvs ac and a pool. I love the areas of the grill and how the pool lights up. The house has good beds. No complaints of the home it self. I left something and communicating with host to get back so far honest ppl if you leave anything. Also if your a creator like me this home worth the photos and video content. Its in gated community
